I won’t use them again. Had I known now what I’ve learned through working with them they would’ve never had the opportunity to work on my vehicle. These reviews are very misleading. If you want a professional job for your vehicle please go elsewhere. Not only did I have to keep returning to have them fix things after showing them what needed fixing, there are still things wrong that they should’ve fixed. They sent me off after the first repair with a bent rim and more. I returned with a check list. They completed it but now my front end sits crooked and my fog lights were not reconnected. I drive a Dodge Challenger. They might be able to fix an older pickup truck or a bucket but if you have a nice car that you care about don’t go here. I’ll update this review later with pictures but I just kept forgetting to do this and I feel people should know what I went through. There is only 1 review that matches my experience and it’s the bad one. Save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere. I knew when I saw the 6ft blue lives matter flag hanging upon entrance to this business I would have issues. I had never been to them and it was at the scene of my accident that I randomly selected them after reading their great google reviews. Very misleading.

This place is one of the best in town! I’m from a small town and wanted someone I could trust fixing me car — these are the guys you can trust!!! I showed up and got an estimate without having an appointment. They worked with my insurance without any problem. My car was repaired within the time they expected! Hands down would recommend them again and again!

I have been meaning to post for several weeks, but I always forget...J. Willis is hands down the best in the metro!!! Not only do they do fantastic body work, but they feel make you feel like you are doing business with a small, hometown group...none of the pretentiousness of these corporate groups. They are a humble, hard-working group who remind me of the type of individuals who make up the backbone of the Oklahoma people and embody their spirit and work ethic.I will never hesitate to recommend J. Willis to anyone...friends, family, colleagues, casual acquaintances, and/or strangers. Im not sure if I was the only unlucky customer, or if they just fix every mistake they make. I took my car to them based off of their perfect reviews and left wondering what the hell... They sweet talked me in and everything started just fine. Jay is a nice guy, but his employees are nothing close to professionals. First off, the biggest issue. I was rear-ended and instead of fixing the frame, they used shims to correct the bumper mount location. Next, they didnt align the tailgate, and it was hitting on the edge, and is still rubbing on the bumper, messing up the paint. Also, instead of pulling off trim pieces, cleaning off the previous adhesive/tape, they just put more on top, adding to the bulk and making it not stick and look sloppy. Next, they broke a trim piece when removing it, tried to just stick it back on, and when I pushed the issue, they said, oh, well just adjust the insurance claim so if anyone is wondering why insurance rates keep going up, its because of shops like these jokers. Next up, I paid extra to have a scratch painted while it was in there, not related to me being rear-ended, because, you know, insurance fraud... and when his henchmen removed the trim, they scratched up adjacent trim and messed up the paint surrounding the trim! And Ill just ignore the sloppy paint job... fat paint drip all down the edge. Jay kept fixing all of the issues, but in the end I left completely disappointed. And to top it off, the vehicle model badge is crooked, so every time I walk up to my car, Im reminded of the shoddy job these guys did. My warning to everyone reading this... know exactly what you expect when you take your car here and dont leave until your expectations are met. I should have just gone to the place that my insurance company recommended from the beginning...P.S. I shouldnt have to leave my real name for fear of adverse reactions. This is an account of my experience and I stand by it.

Top notch customer service with second-to-none technical expertise. These guys took car of severe hail damage on my 2016 WRX and had to do a new hood replacement with the paint match and everything. You cannot tell the difference between the factory paint and their work. Overall, everything was excellent and the shop was very patient with myself and my wife while I was gone on military training and they were working on this. Would recommend for any collision repair or body work you need.

I brought my 2008 Suzuki in for repairs after a front end collision with another vehicle. The front hood and right side bumper had to be replaced. Unfortunately, my insurance company considered the vehicle a total loss. I told Jay I wanted to spend as little as possible on the repair. Though extremely busy during the holidays, Jay was able to finish the vehicle for minimum cost in around 2 weeks. It did take a few days to start working on the vehicle but Jay was friendly, professional and honest. He loves to work with military folks and he kept us informed, giving us cost-saving options every step of the way and saving us a bundle on the repair. I highly recommend Jay Willis Auto Body. I am ecstatic that our car looks as good as new. The color and blending of the paint looks great. Before going here, I went to several other places for estimates. J. Willis gave us good advice, customer service, and a fair price. I recommend them.

I stopped for side mirror replace and possible paint repair, fully expecting to drop off for a week and pay high repair costs. Mr. Willis, owner, immediately got to work to replace the mirror and buff out door paint marks from tire tread sling and side mirror wind damage during rush hour. It was done and I was out in a few hours with high quality work, low cost and great experience due to my rushed schedule. JP is the ONLY body shop to go with a van or car equipped with handicap access. He is a specialist and repairs all vans for a local company that sells this product. His only goal is to make you 100% happy. He even took care of items that were not part of the collision. I even saw a Thunder player there with his car! Cant say enough about how nice this guy and everyone there is.

Cody was awesome. Came by the shop to see when he could fix my bumper. Ordered the part the next day and fixed it within 5 mins. They are quick and do great work. Highly recommended to everyone. Thanks Cody looks great

Excellent service and fair pricing. I went in expecting to pay $1,000 or more for a replacement front bumper (and, perhaps stupidly, told them that), but after looking at the issue, they saw that the damage was mostly cosmetic and didnt require a complete replacement. Instead, they were able to get me on my way for about $200, and you can barely tell there is any damage to the bumper if you look closely. Will definitely return for future body work.

Fixed the mangled up bumper on my Prius super fast. Paint color matched perfectly. Fit and finish looked like new. Price was fair, especially since it only a couple of bucks above my deductible. Well always go there.

They fixed our van to make it look like it did originally then did one better and fixed some other issues. Friendly and professional. Worked with our insurance to get the right amount. Recommend everyone use this place.

If you are looking for a honest place to take your car this is the place!! I truly felt like I was taken care of the minute I walked in. There were no hidden agendas and the price I was quoted, was the price I paid. Not to mention, I had two other estimates that were nearly double than what I was charged. I feel like so many places try and rip you off by doing unnecessary repairs, but not this place!! Jwillis Auto Body will always be my go to place for my future auto body repairs.
