This place has helped right all the wrongs that have happened to my vehicles. The staff is super friendly and their lounge pre-covid was comfortable to hangout, I should know because I have been in it every year for the last 5 years (Accept 2021 because of covid-19).

These guys made 5,000 from the insurance company fixing my truck my A/C and muffler was fine before I brought my truck there to be repaired. A day after I picked my truck up there was noise coming from my A/C and my truck sounds worse. I would never return to this place or recommend them to anyone. I will be getting a lawyer and I’m glad I took pictures and have videos of my a/c and truck running before I took it for repair at this horrible establishment.

They were an absolute gem to deal with. They kept me updated more than my insurance rep did on the status and what was going on. They gave me an approximate completion date and got finished early which was a welcome thing, since my car had sat prior to them receiving for repair. We had to tweek a couple things after I got it back and they got it fixed for me! Jeff was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely take my vehicle back to them for repair. Took my VW in to have the right rear quarter panel fixed. The estimate went smoothly, but they had so much business I had to wait two weeks for an opening on their schedule. Well, it was worth the wait because the repair work was done quickly and professionally. When my car was put back together, an interior piece wasnt fitting properly, and Jeff offered to replace it free of charge. The staff was polite and courteous, and knew the value of good customer service. I would recommend Collision Clinic to anyone.
