I am so amazed at the work that was done on my vehicle! Amanda was very kind & the Allen auto body team really took care of my car! My car looks like I had never been in a wreck when they were done.

This is my second time to use Allens and both experiences have been stellar. They are knowledgeable, kind, easy to communicate with and do great work. They explained everything, did the work by the book, completed the work in a shorter amount of time than anticipated, worked with my insurance company and left my truck looking like new and smelling like new thanks to the ionizer. It is rare to have a good vehicle experience when an accident is involved, but Allens made it as painless as possible.

My accident happened to be caused by a man jumping in front of my car which made it even worse because it wasnt my fault. I had to pay out of pocket to fix my vehicle which meant I was willing to spend money to fix my vehicle even without insurance. I had gone to Google for a collision center and Allen auto body collision repair was the first to pop up on my tour of estimates they were my first stop. I did not have an appointment because I had no idea what to do in this situation except to go to a collision center and try to get an estimate. So when I walk into the establishment we were told to wait because the phone rang completely understandable. Done when the woman came out to speak to us she said well you need to have an appointment but then continue to peek at my for about 2 seconds. In conclusion for her to second look at my car she determined that it would cost $6,500 to fix. I was like oh okay where did this number fall from the sky - I SAID TO MYSELF .When Im willing to pay you to fix my car which I had a horrible accident in and pay you cash you proceeded to tell me that its an all or nothing deal you will not fix my car partially and then I come back later on for you to fix the rest because in reality what person has $6500 just hanging around.I legit felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I felt like I was judged on the second I walked in I felt like I was put into a predicament because I want to spend my money with you and instead of scheduling me an estimate you looked at it for two seconds and gave me a crazy absurd price. I had money to spend and she just did not want my money so thanks to her I was sent you the fabulous Freemans Collision Center they saved me $4,000 thank you Allen auto body shop the passing judgment on me for no reason licking my horrible accident experience even worse

Amanda is extremely friendly and professional! She went beyond the call of duty and really helped me out with my Kia Forte 5. This is an honest shop who will do best by the customer and effectively repair their vehicle unlike any other shop in town.

I chose this shop over the others I quoted because I immediately felt comfortable. Redefining Going The Extra Mile.After speaking with Amanda over the phone, I decided to use Allen Auto Body for my daughters car accident. Shes 17 and it was her first car. We purchased a Honda because we wanted something safe and reliable. Amanda explained everything in a way that was easily understood - I think she knows as much about cars as the mechanics working on them. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughters car was still as safe as it was prior to the accident (and maybe even safer). I have never seen a more thorough body shop. They test drive your vehicle after completion to make sure nothing has changed after repairs. They washed and detailed the vehicle and it looked brand new after it was complete. Amanda is so helpful and kind, even if you only get an estimate and nothing more! She gave me good advice on dealing with the insurance adjuster, and was honest about the condition of my car, which isn’t even worth the damage that was done to it. She went out of her way to help me, even though she got nothing out of it. I highly recommend doing business with a person this honest and thorough.

Great service! Amanda did a great job of explaining the process to me, keeping me in the loop on repairs, and dealing with the insurance. They detailed the car and replaced a mirror which wasnt on the order for free and basically turned my car back into new! I would use them again for sure! Such great work and service.

Our 2013 Odyssey had been damaged in a fender bender, and the rear bumper, gate, and trailer hitch had to be repaired. From the outset, Amanda walked me through exactly what we should expect, outlining how the insurance company would work with me (and with her), discussing the possible damage to the frame that could increase costs and timeframes, and detailing the requirements from Honda. Ive not gotten my car back yet, but so far the experience has been as good as can get. I brought it in today with the estimate from my insurance company, immediately was greeted by Amanda. She explained exactly what would need to be adjusted on the estimate and what would need to be done. She gave an estimate and adjusted time estimate to be more accurate than what was given by the insurance company.They took the car that day and when I called after closing time because I forgot my garage door opener they stayed late so I could come get it.I will update this review as the process continues but I am very pleased with the process thus far and am confident that it will continue to go well.UpdateWe received weekly calls giving updates about the car, total time was about 3 weeks, we got it back Wednesday 5/3. They made sure to get new parts over the used ones insurance suggested, they got us an appearance allowance of 80 dollars from insurance for our wheel that had curb marks as well as a small impact mark. They had a scavenger hunt that saved us a hundred dollars. I am very pleased with the results and will look here first in the future.

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience. They told us how their process would work and how they would work with our insurance company. When they were complete with the repair of our car, it looked better than before the accident. They were friendly from start to finish. Fantastic team. They repaired my 66 Impala hammer dent ( dont ask) quickly and expertly. They even took out some scratches on the driver door ( other side) without additional cost.
