Excellent service all the way around. The lady that runs the place is awesome and even helped me by not purchasing a part that actually works so I replaced the less expensive part and my dryer works excellent. She gave me other pointers on how to prevent the fuse from popping again. Best prices in town also.

I called this location & spoke with a VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WOMAN that knows her inventory! I recommend that you call this location if youre looking to repair your OWN appliances. I have used Appliance parts 2 u in okc almost monthly for the last year since I have rental houses. Kelli is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about appliance parts and goes out of her way to get parts ready for me either the same day or next day and texts when parts come in the next day if she didn’t have it in stock and I have had some pretty tough orders. The last part I ordered from her was a stove top knob for a GE Profile. She said she needed a model number and so I pulled the stove top out of the counter because the model number plate was underneath and she ordered the knob off that model number and I had it by 10:00 am the next day and it was 20.00. I had not bothered to order one 5 years ago because everywhere else wanted 55.00. I tell everyone I know when they’re looking for appliance parts to go see her because she knows her stuff.

Well, I drove all the way from Edmond to the Oklahoma City location only to find that its been closed (apparently for good) since May.

Kelly is amazing. Shes the only one open on Saturdays, she offered to test the element and thermostat, and she was very pleasant to work with. Shes also got very competitive prices with those shady internet suppliers, she offers 12 month warranties on most parts, and you get to shop/support local business!

Kelly was amazing, she was patient and open minded to my lack of knowledge and helped me figure out the right part I would need. She also had the part ready to go for super fast pickup ease, she even showed us the best place to find repair demonstration on YouTube. Im super girly girl and was able to make the repair myself, I was screaming in pain at one point due to my lack of arm strength and need of a 3rd arm! I have decided its time to go back to school in order to make more money and be able to hire service repair people in the future, although I am much proud of myself for not giving up and getting the job completed. Great business, great prices, and great staff!!!

Very helpful on the phone even before I visited the store where the staff tested four different dryer parts for me and found the one that had gone bad. Replacement part very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend them to anyone with an appliance part need!

Wow, just tried to call and ask a pretty simple question and the lady that answered the phone seemed inconvenienced that I was calling, she was rude and annoyed I was asking if they carried replacement dryer knobs. No wonder retailers are losing business to Amazon, I prefer to shop locally in person, but I would rather shop online any day than deal with people like her.

Have bought parts for my dryer from here before and was happy with service but the Lady I spoke to on the phone today was rude and impatient, I understand she was probably busy but the way she acted and what she said was not necessary. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Friendly staff and they had parts on the shelf. Went there to get a thermo fuse for my dryer and it took just a couple seconds and I was on my way! Wet laundry here I come!
