I have chronic pelvic floor pain I’ve been managing for years. I’ve had three surgeries, trigger point injections, physical therapy, 2 urologists, a primary, even quit tea and alcohol. I’ve been to the ER 4 times. At what point will I get taken seriously? This Walgreens was great years ago I don’t know what happened. They told me my EMERGENCY meds would be in by Monday. I in pain I patiently waited, come Monday “we don’t know who told you that but we can’t get it at all”. Misinformation followed by being just blown off. They might as well have said “sucks for you bye” when people start dying because of lazy misinformation and unwillingness to help….. oh wait that’s already happening. When will it stop? A woman can’t get 12 suppository’s??? What is wrong with you people?? I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy but I wish it upon those in positions to help and do not- only briefly so they know. I LIVE IN THIS PAIN. I wonder how many people have died from lack of help and resorted to street meds. Please take this seriously, I know there are good pharmacists and techs there and I am not referring to them in this review 🙏
The staff have always been very patient and helpful. It also has a good atmosphere.
Had four scripts on auto refill. Canceled one after it was deemed not necessary anymore. When the time came to pick up other scripts the canceled one was among them. When I pointed out that this had been canceled and wasn’t going to pay for it, they apologized but still had to bill the insurance(100’s of dollars).because, ...”that’s are policy”). wonder how much Walgreens all over the country make by this “policy”? Wonder if the insurance companies know about this “policy”? Canceled all scripts and moved to Rite-Aid.
The staff is always professional and very helpful.
Scott in the pharmacy was exceptional, very courteous, with a sense of urgency, very detailed & and impeccable customer service! Thank you very much for your assistance today Scott, it was greatly appreciated.
This Walgreens notified me on 1/20/21 that they were out of my prescription and more was coming. I called today, 2/21/21, and was told that their supplier doesn’t carry my medication. They did not communicate this at all and now I’ve gone a month without my prescription. I could have looked for a new pharmacy weeks ago and had my prescription by now. Since they told me more was coming they also should have notified me as soon as they found out their supplier didn’t carry it. Very disappointing.
The pharmacist thinks she knows more than my Ob/gyn.
Very disappointed in the service I have received recently with film developing. My processing orders are almost a month late. I can understand delays, but when I go into the store, I can not get any answers. Twice I have talked with Jessica, who I believe is the manager, and she has promised to talk with the vendor, find out the status of my film developing order, and call me back. Both times, no phone call. After the first incident, I went into the store and spoke with her. She apologized for not calling me, said the she forgot, and would be sure to call me that day. Nope, didnt happen. In one of our conversations, she stated that Walgreens had to accept the bad customer service that they were receiving from the outside vendor that processes film, because there was nothing they could do. I told her that was baloney, and that if she could not get an answer for me as to when I would receive my order, to tell them to cancel and return my film so I could take my business elsewhere. Walgreens, Jessica, how do you expect to survive, much less excel, with bad customer service. You cant just blame the vendor. The tail does not wag the dog.
Nothing but issues with this place. I refill the SAME prescription every month and they are still too incompetent. Every time i went to refill the prescription I was told you havent been here since September. I go every month. So i explain I get the prescription every month on the dot and every month i have this same issue. Instead of trying to help me they continuously give me attitude and say I havent been there. They wont ever answer phone calls, they dont get the correct prescription and they are horrible with customers. I have wasted so much time, energy, and gas on this place. Dont waste your time with them. Go to the 24 hour one in Lansing.Update: ONE of the older ladies in the pharmacy finally helped me after i explained what has been going on for months now and she explained to me she doesnt understand how anyone could have not seen the problem or tried to help me. They created 2 separate accounts after the first visit so they always pulled up the wrong account. While this lady was helping me with a great attitude, the lady who Ive dealt with every month and persistently said I havent been there, was watching her help me and looked directly at me (she dealt with me earlier that same day) and didnt say a word but gave me a disgusted look. It takes a lot for me to get irritated but I will always refuse to deal with the lady who has basically called me a liar every month. I still would recommend going to the 24 hour location in Lansing as I havent had any problems with them.
This pharmacy will not call my home walgreen pharmacy to help me transfer /complete a partial fill medication from them. I have to call and go through all the previous details if theyre on record.
I am so frustrated by this pharmacy when a prescription is faxed in by a doctors office. Inevitably I end up playing telephone tag sometime for days to get a prescription filled, going back and forth from doctor to nurse to Walgreens and back again. Ive been lied to repeatedly by the Walgreen staff only to find out the script had been received, just not filled in a timely fashion. Hire some additional employees. Ive been with Walgreens for years because they used to have good customer service and was willing to pay a little more. Ill be looking elsewhere.
I went through the drive through tonight 7 or 8 minutes until 9pm thinking I could still pick up my prescription but the person in the window put up a sign that said no pharmacist available and walked away. I needed to just pick up a refill. So I drove around building, parked and went into store. It was still before 9pm when I got back to pharmacy. All the windows were closed down and there were other people waiting who just shook their heads. We talked to the Manager but there was nothing she could do. Im completely out of my meds and cant get back to store until tomorrow night after work. One of them just came from Urgent care and had their script called in here expecting to pick it up on the way home.Walgreens was definitely a fail tonight!
I recently attempted to exchange a bottle of multivitamins. After being asked multiple times if I bought it from this store a PA announcement was made that a customer wants to do a return without a receipt! Very professional!Later the manager again asked me where I bought the meds from as if I stole them and was now trying to exchange them! To my dismay after 20 mins once I finally managed to do an exchange the manager gave a refund of $5 while the price of the med was $8. Not sure how stealing $3 from a (former) regular customer will make anyone happy or wealthy but atleast it made it clear to me to stay away from these thieves! In addition, the pharmacy is by far the slowest most pathetic in the area. There is a Riteaid and Myer pharmacy on the same road close by and I recommend everyone to go there instead!
The sign on the building says Walgreens Pharmacy .They open at 8 AM. Guess what is not open at that time? Thats right the Pharmacy, that opens at 9AM. Laundry detergent, condoms and candy are available, but not pharmaceuticals. No pharma for you until 9.
I hear the pharmacy isn’t great but the store part is awesome and the staff is super friendly
Dee and Steph were so helpful to me when I was trying to print a picture to put on a wine bottle. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!! Thanks for helping me!
I love this pharmacy . Phuong and the rest of pharmacy staff is so helpful and nice
If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. When Ive called for refills on certain medications, theyre out-of-stock and say its s Friday, they wont get any in until Monday. Ive NEVER had that happen at a pharmacy except this one, REPEATEDLY. Do they not understand the detrimental affects of missing even 1 or 2 days of some medications?? They didnt even offer to call around to other Walgreens in the area. Im switching all my meds back to CVS. Ridiculous!!
Dont recommend this place. I went in to buy some Not Your Fathers Root beer as a present for my boyfriends uncle (it was his birthday) but because my boyfriend was under 21 the guy wouldnt sell it to me. Didnt realize my boyfriend had to sneakily sit in the car, while I, a legal 21 year old wanted to buy someone a gift. I definitely wont be back.
Last week I had to go to Walgreens to get my familys passport headshot redone due to some issues. The shift Manager Alex was extremely friendly and patient to listen to and address our concerns. We had to get headshots done for our 3 year old and 2 month old baby as well. Alex was so friendly taht he took my 3 year olds headshot atleast 7 times, reviewed them and if there was even a slightest issue, he would re do them until they were perfect.Alex (Shift Manager) spent atleast 45 mins with us alone to get this job done.Extremely happy with the service. I am definitely coming back for all pharmacy and other needs to this Walgreens.
I had an older lady help me at the counter, I wish I remembered her name but she was so nice, so sweet, so helpful and pleasant.
This is my corner store. For milk coffee cereal icecream and snacks for the kids to take to school, this is my go to to avoid the big grocery store. I also have several perscriptions and am usually picking them up throughout the month. The pharmacy rocks! They never stop being helpful. The store staff are friendly and helpful. My kids love the toy aisle a little too much. A true modern bodega.Cant believe how many low reviews are posted. Attitude goes a long way in personsal happiness. Never had a problem, not once.
This pharmacy is terrible. I’ve been going here for a year now and they yet haven’t changed my name when they have been saying “I will take care of that.” No you won’t because you guys have been saying that for a year. They also refilled my medicine with DIABETES MEDICATION. I was mortified. What if I didn’t catch it and I took it?! I also haven’t had my prescription refilled in a week because they never ordered it so I ended up passing out at work from withdrawals. I called them and they said “well I don’t know who told you that because we’ve had it here for the past week”What a ridiculous place. I’m going to meijer from now on.
Great customer service here! I love this Walgreens.
The pharmacist at this location is absolutely horrible. I am not sure of her name but she has an accent possibly Indian descent. She is so rude. Refuses to help you if you are having a issue with your prescription. My doctors office is having trouble getting a prescription filled for me because she refuses to call my insurance company even though it says right on the prior authorization that the pharmacy needs to call. She has no patient care. Sad that a pharmacist takes no pride in her job.
They were very helpful and friendly to us.
EXCELLENT STAFF and STORE ! CANT BEAT THEIR SERVICE !
Trischa was so kind and helpful
Better prices than Rite Aid! The employees are also really nice!
Always helpful staff and products fully stocked.
Very rude pharmacist- never go here. They dont know how to add new insurance and they were unprofessional from the beginning!!!
Is always open which is nice
Totally inorganized and poor customer support
Nice
