When I informed the cashier that the bathroom was in disrepair and not cleanly enough to meet health standards he said, “well, I suggest you don’t come back then.”

Was just in there to get a couple of items. Cashier told me my balance was $3.91. I gave him $1.91 in cash which should have left my balance at $2. He told me my balance was $3 and after I said it should have only been $2 if I just gave him $1.91, he proceeded to try to argue with me about it. He then told me very rudely I dont have time for this. Theres a line forming and I want to go home. Very unprofessional and he could obviously use more customer service training

Not in the habit of reviewing gas stations, but this one left a mark. The staff was above and beyond courteous and thoughtful, not to mention the price was super low. A win win for sure.

My daughter and Son in law was just at the gas station. My daughter needed to use the restroom and my son in law went in with her because she wasnt feeling well at all. They are on their way to a funeral. After they got in the restroom the station attendant got to banging on the door yelling for them to get out. My daughter had her husband open the door to show she actually was using the restroom. He left the restroom and had an verbal artication because it was very rude. They understand that things happen in restrooms but it was truly a better way to handle it. This just happened and it needs to addressed immediately.

Went inside and the cashier looked at my Einstein graphic t-shirt, and promptly told me, Yknow Einstein was a plagerizer. He was used to sell Jewish superiority propaganda like Magic Johnson is used to sell AIDs. Never in my life have I been confronted with such blatant homophobia and antisemitism. He gave us a God bless you all. And I left as fast as I could. Ive never met a worse employee. This was probably a 1 minute interaction and it is, by far, the worst customer service Ive ever recieved.

Received a Meijer gas gift card. I never buy gas here, but since I have a gift card I thought I would give it a shot. The pump wouldnt scan the card (neither the barcode on the back or the magnetic strip) so I took it in to ask for help.The first employee I talked to directed me back outside. I tried it again a few times and went back in when it still didnt work, and spoke to a different employee. He walked me back outside and proceeded to try to run the card himself to no avail.Apparently theres a rule that prevents prepaying for fuel with a fuel gift card, and I was at the pumps on the backside of the gas station which cant be pre-authorized. So in order to even try to run the card inside, I had to drive around to the other side where the pump can be pre-authorized.I pumped my gas, went in to pay and the gift card didnt work inside either. The employees told me they could not manually enter the card number. I guess Ill have to contact customer service now?Employees were trying to be helpful, but it seemed like they didnt have many options available to them. Just a disappointing experience, and far more of a hassle than I would expect to redeem a gift card.

They can afford to pay someone to tell people to turn their cars off, but they cant fix their pumps? What a joke! Go somewhere else!
