Unprofessional at best. Don’t buy from here.I ordered a hat February 2021 and had no updates. No reply to my calls/messages/website inquiries. Once I saw others had the same experience, I opened a dispute on the transaction via PayPal.

Called the Staker hat man up, he answered all my questions and helped me figure out my order.

I ordered a hat from Staker Custom hats in March 2020. I was told the hat would be ready by September. September came around and I hadnt received the hat, which was understandable due to COVID. I called and emailed Staker Custom hats but received no response. It is now March of 2021 and I still have not received the hat or any updates. Be very careful about ordering a hat from this buisiness!
