Great customer service!

Great store with Mac products. Picked up a new computer. While they don’t have everything it was so much easier than the apple store. They have repair too which is awesome. Add to that it is stuffed with cool local swag and everything you need to show your love for Weber State. Well designed and the coffee and crepes are fantastic too.

I cant say enough good about this place. As a student, your laptop is the key to your productivity. My laptop crashed right before finals week and Wildcat Tech SAVED me. Every time I have gone to them for help, I have felt 100% confident in their skills. Terry, is the BEST. He is so smart, kind, and helpful. I would trust him with any tech problem and will go to him and wildcat tech (or Weber State Downtown) for any computer issues I ever have. He is absolutely fantastic and so helpful.

Really helpful place. The tech guy there is the best, he is more interested on helping you than in your money; which for me its really important and a key factor if Im going to turn in my MacBook Pro. Overall, really cool place.

I work here so I may be a bit biased but the customer service is second to none!
