I had an incredible experience working with Abbeys for my flooring. From the start when I entered the showroom, I was quickly assisted by Kyle who was informative but not pushy. After finding a product that was right for me, they came to measure a week later. Install was done two weeks later (provided flooring type was in stock) and completed promptly. The installers absolutely blew me away. They showed up on time and worked with me even in times I wasnt home. There was some furniture I could not move on my own and they helped me take care of it. I had some furniture moved into the kitchen as well, and they helped move it back after the install was done, when they could have left it. I have a small dog and they were very patient with her as well. They were so friendly and genuine which made me feel like a valued customer. The floors themselves are flawless. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really shows, and I have fallen in love with my home all over again. I will only be working with Abbeys in the future.

We remodeled our basement a few years ago and still love our carpet we got from Abbey Carpet. It is super soft and we love the color. We get compliments on how soft it is all the time. Kyle was great to work with. Installers did a great job. I will definitely use Abbey Carpet again, and highly recommend them.

My floor is uneven and wavy it looks so awful and even feels awful when I walk on it. My front is coming up and breaking and the backslash they did in my kitchen is also uneven not smooth at all!

This is the third time I have used Abbey Carpet. They always do great quality work. Prices are always within my budget for my flooring needs. Their contractors are very professional and quick! My favorite for local carpet and flooring needs!

We ordered carpet from them, it came in and they were able to hold on to it since we had other stuff to do still. They came out and installed the carpet, which were ordered very move carpet from them. They are friendly at ther store and the installers were friendly to. Ill get more variety from them when we are ready.

My family has been doing business with Abbey Carpet for generations. Now that Im moved out and was ready to replace the carpet in my own house I knew that I would be going to Abbeys. Well I was dead wrong, not only did I get the worst customer service from some young guy but he was not willing to work with my husband and I at all. The guy who help us acted like we werent worthy of being in his presence, he was so rude and didnt even try to work with is at all. My family has never had this kind of service at Abbeys before so being treated the way we did was heart breaking. My family will never be returning to Abbey Carpet again and Ill be sure to mention the horribel service to all my friends.

Small. It pretty well stocked showroom for carpet, tile, laminate and wood flooring. They dont do a great job of picking up the samples from the floor after they have been looked at. If I was the store owner, manager I would be taking care of that issue. Until my carpet is delivered, installed etc. I cant rate the full experience.

So helpful in selecting flooring color choices for both the carpet and the hardwood floor refinish. Both turned out beautifully with absolute top notch quality! Easy to work with and accommodating with our schedule needs!

We had white oak installed and finished on site. They did beautiful work! They were nice to work with our schedule. They helped us make a decision on color. I feel like the price was reasonable. Good work Abbey Carpet!

My husband and I bought a house and wanted to recarpet it. We looked at couple different places and we were so impressed with Abbey carpet! We were greeted right away but never felt pushed or followed around like you do at other places. We explained what we wanted and were shown the perfect carpet for us! We ended up buying new flooring for our bathroom as well! Terry did an amazing job installing our carpet as well. We are so happy with everything! Would definitely recommend!

I had Abbey Carpet completely re-do my 1970s house. New carpet, bathrooms, and kitchen including new flooring. Kyle has an eye for what looks good together and helped me pick out everything in my kitchen and it looks amazing, as does the rest of my house. Im constantly told what a nice house I have. We were in a bind and Abby Carpet really helped us out. We got beautiful carpet that is so soft for a reasonable price and the installer was so pleasant and even gave me tips for how to maintain our carpet. We will definitely shop here again.

We used Abbey for laminate flooring, tile work, and granite countertops. They do what they say they are going to do. Subs and installers were on time, very nice and cleaned up everyday. Kyle @ Abbey worked very hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied and we are! I will definitely use again and highly recommend

Friendly and helpful

Awesome store, awesome staff and awesome installers. We used them for an ongoing remodel the last few years and couldnt be happier with the results. Now we are getting ready to build a new house and we are going to use them again.

We had a pleasant experience with Abbey. They just re-carpeted our entire home and we are very satisfied with the finished product. It looks great. They were great to work with even when a small issue arose. They immediately took steps to fix things and I think that speaks well of any company. The only negative I could possibly give is that when they scheduled us for installation, I wish someone would have given me a heads up that it was a two day job. I am sure to anyone who works in the industry that would have been obvious, but it wasnt to me. Even with it being a two-day job everything ultimately worked out well, but I could definitely see that being a potential problem for another client.

I work on a lot of home remodel projects and Abby Carpet is the only store I would work with in the area. The provide insight that is crucial to the installation process and are always willing to help with anything.

These guys have always been honest and fair with every job they have done for us. Not only do they have great products but there customer service is unsurpassable. I use these guys for every flooring job I do.

This place, the customer service and the owners are an absolute nightmare to deal with... Their only concern is your money. My mother passed away before paying the remainder of her bill. I had every intention of paying it (along with her other bills) in full however, I asked if i could be given more time in order to set up an estate account as her bank accounts had been frozen. I gave them a copy of a death certificate as proof I wasnt trying to buffalo them. THEY IMMEDIATELY PUT A LIEN ON MY DEAD MOTHERS HOUSE BEFORE I HAVE EVEN HAD TIME TO SET UP HER ESTATE ACCOUNT FOR A MERE $1600! Please do yourself a favor and find what you need elsewhere!

Great place and varieties

Seem to use cheaper pad and materials not really passing the savings on to the customer but taking advantage of the fact and pocketing the profit. Will get the job done though and my reason for two stars instead of one.
