Called and asked for a very specific part, they immediately went in the back and pulled multiple options aside for me. When I showed up they showed me the parts and offered them at a very reasonable price. I literally could not have fixed my bike without them, thanks!

A fantastic concept, helpful folks, and beautifully restored bicycles. I ended up picking up a 58cm single gear Raleigh road bike. Smooth as butter. Kirsty was very helpful. Also, the shop is respecting COVID-19 precautions. Thanks yall!

When you are fixing up a bike, and need parts always consider check with these guys 1st. I have found parts and bike here for a great price. I have sent numbers of co-workers there for used bikes, and everyone has come away with a great experience.

This place is amazing. I have been able to do hundreds of dollars of repairs under their coaching for a fraction of the price it would have been at regular bike shops. Not to mention the great deals Ive gotten on bikes for my kids. Highly recommend the collective for anyone who is interested in learning how to maintain their own bikes.

Sellers BEWARE. We appreciate the availability of tools and used bike parts (we love bikes!). But want to warn others to be careful of selling on consignment from the Ogden Bike Collective. We took in a mens intermediate-level road bike, a mens 3-speed commuter, and a car trunk mount bike rack in May 2019 after learning the collective would sell on consignment. We heard nothing for months and so returned in October 2019 to found out if the items had sold. We were told the Collective had no record of the items. Ive compared the items to whats selling on KSL Classifieds and estimate we lost $1,000 - $1,500.

Recently visited the Ogden Bicycle Collective for a class project and had an amazing time! As a class, we spent a few hours collaboratively fixing youth bicycles for a Christmas giveaway. Had lots of fun learning new skills.Additionally, the OBC sells used bicycles at a great price! I have my eye on a mountain bike that matches perfectly with my needs and skill level. The employees are incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. Whether you’re looking to purchase a bike, fix up your current bike (shop space is available by the hour for a small donation), or volunteer with a great organization, this is the spot to be!

Great place to go to fix your bike or find a nice refurbished bike for a fair price. I also like that I could donate my old bike for parts and not have it go to waste. I found myself a new commuter bike complete with rack, fenders, and mirror that works perfect for me. One of the staff swapped my seat out for me and was very helpful. The building is very well organized with several workbenches available for the public and every kind of tool you can think of. You can pay with a card which is nice, too.

One of the best experiences Ive had with my bike repairs. It was very empowering to watch a few YouTube videos about what I felt the problem was and then come in and have the staff walk me through it. I worked with a volunteer named Kevin who took me step-by-step through the process. I saved a bunch of money, learned a lot about bikes, and actually had a lot of fun doing it.

Neat little bike shop. This shop is what you could compare to as the bike version of Deseret Industries, Savers, Goodwill, etc. People donate bikes, and the shop takes apart and sorts the pieces where you can go buy at a very discounted price. They also have workbenches, but instead of having them do the work, you rent the space and do the repairs on your own, and can ask assistance when needed (not the type of shop where you drop off your bike and have them do it for you.)The shop is a little bit messy and unorganized (which shops arent :)) but has just about everything you need for low-end to high-end bikes. They are missing a few tools for some bike repairs, but for general builds and adjustments on your bike, they are a great place to go with good prices and a very helpful staff.

Every community should have a place like this. For a very small fee, they will help you tune up your bike. They also accept donated bikes and fix them up, giving some to charity, and selling others at a reduced cost to fund their operations.

The O-Town Collective is AMAZING! I had a bolt sheer off between the saddle and post. The bolt was an odd size and thread gauge. After many visits to local bike shops, none of them had that bolt and wanted to sell me a new saddle. One visit to the Bicycle Collective and out of the MILLIONS of bolts, I found the bolt to replace what was sheered off. Amazing place, amazing staff!

Very friendly, knowledgeable people and they actually have a real mechanic who charges a fraction of what retail shops charge, he will even help you order a new part(s) again at a fraction of retail cost, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure it was the correct fit for the part that I was replacing. They are really passionate about getting you back on the road / trail again. That and the prices absolutely cannot be beat.

I took my grand daughter and we got both of our bikes fixed. They didnt do the work for her, but told her what to do and helped us both when we needed assistance. After the first hour she was performing tasks like a bike tech. Great staff & volunteers. Be sure and leave a big tip.

From 2014 to mid 2015 I went to the collective quite a bit and really liked it. I went back recently (May 2017) and it has REALLY gone downhill. It is a pretty gross and dirty in there now. The once landscaped property is now a pile of weeds, and a few of the employees/volunteers (couldnt tell what they were) were unfriendly and hard to communicate with. So sad.

My son loves going into this shop. He is always going in to say hi and ask questions and on a few occasions made a small purchase. I feel bad because he always wants to just hang out and I worry he is bothering them so I try to limit him from going too much but the people are so nice to him. On a couple of occasions he had a flat tire and they helped him fix it. This last time he got a new tube and they helped show him how to put it on. I guess they also do a Tuesday night thing where they help show the kids things on their bikes. They are super friendly and very helpful. I thank then for all they do. I will definitely be purchasing our next bikes here because I would like to support this local shop.

This place is great, I needed help with a loose front wheel hub. Jess helped show me how to disassemble it and put it back together. We cleaned all the internal parts and repacked it with clean grease and reassembled and adjusted it. I really appreciate them being here for the community! I learned something and it was very fairly priced.Thank you Ogden Bicycle Collective!

Shady... Went in to get a couple used bikes for my kids. I was looking at two very similar Specialized mountain bikes. I noticed a pretty large discrepancy in price between the two. I told a decidedly disinterested gentleman working there I was interested in them and was wondering why the difference in price. He responding by telling me the prices were wrong. He dropped the more expensive of the two by $20 and raised the other by $90! What? Bait and switch much? I certainly wont be back.
