Early in the week I set up an appointment for delivery of Crushed Granite to my home. The delivery was scheduled for 10-12 so I stayed home from work to ensure I could be present for the delivery.At 12, the delivery still had not arrived so I contacted Staker to inquire as to delivery status. I was told that my order, which was placed by the Ogden office, had not been communicated to the SLC office. I was then informed that my driver was finishing two other deliveries and would be late for my delivery.As frustrating as it was to find out my delivery was late (which is understandable), it was far more frustrating that the lateness was not communicated because of internal factors that required my follow up.Though the crushed granite has just been delivered and looks nice (the reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1), the customer service is lacking and the internal communication between locations leaves a lot to be desired.

Tried calling for 3 days in a row and got put on hold with a recording that said estimated wait time, less than 1 minute. I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I looked at Google and they said they were open Saturday til 2. I tried calling to confirm before I drove all the way there. Got put on hold again for 15 minutes before I gave up. Drove there anyways and the sign in the window of the building said open Saturdays til 2. A small sign in the window of the door said closed July 25th.Maybe update your hours to reflect that or atleast have your recording state that you are closed. I wasted a while lot of time driving to multiple locations just to find out they are all closed. I will take my business elsewhere

Kyle went the extra mile for me. I mistakenly ordered the wrong gravel and my utility trailer was full when I decided I needed to change it. Kyle personally shoveled, by hand and by himself, the entire load out and then filled my trailer up with what I wanted. Great guy and amazing service! This place has an incredible selection of landscape rock and gravel. I will definitely be back.

Ordered 15 tons of 16th inch sand and it had a roughly ton of gravel in it. I complained and got a discount for the next order. Ordered 17 tons of 3-6 inch rip rap and it came with roughly 3 tons of sand as well as inch minus gravel. They just cant seem to get it right. I could not be more disappointed. I bought 24 tons of 4-6 inch rip rap from Geneva Rock and it was perfect. You get what you pay for.

Very disappointed, got very expensive landscaping rock delivered and they obviously did not clean the truck out as the rock was full of tar globs. I am still picking it out of my expensive rock!!

The people werent very friendly. We went there for information, and it felt like we were really putting them out.

Little disappointed google says you are open on Saturday until 2 . I was taken care of by a girl that happen to be there working on her day off but other wise I wouldn’t have been . Can’t remember her name but she had blonde hair and was wearing a Vans Hat, not married . Overall I will come back but how hard is it to keep hours updated ?
