This was not my first time buying from a dealership, but it was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. The Young Ford team was awesome to work with, and made the whole process totally painless. The staff is always friendly but I’ve not been impressed with the car servicing at all! The last time I took my vehicle in for its oil change my tire had a slow leak and I asked them to take a look at it. When I picked up my vehicle they didn’t even check it (tire light was still on), I mentioned this to them and they just took it back and filled it up with air. I finally took it in to Big O and they found a big screw through the tire. Ford didn’t even care to check! I’ve had other experiences similar to this.

Jordon and his team in Quick lane are just simply amazing!!!! From start to finish they were all over my service!! I choose these guys time and time again over other service centers even when these other places offer me free services. I trust their word and their work here! I came to get my oil changed yesterday at the location on Wall Ave (Ogden) and Jordon from service helped me. He was so kind and so patient with me. I had many questions and he never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I truly appreciate his help. My last oil change I had gone to a different Ford dealer and they treated me so badly. This was definitely a whole other experience. I wanted to thank him for his patience with me. I also wanted to thank Claudio I believe his name was. Update: MJ the Service Manager brought me into his office to apologize for the experience outlined below. He discounted my final bill significantly, and told me that they will work to improve communication, to prevent this from happening again. My Service Rep also was apologetic and owned the mistake. They did all they could to make things right, which I appreciate. This showed me that they care about their customers, and the overall customer experience.Original post: Dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. for a fairly minor repair. Their ride service dropped me off at my work place. I was told I would be contacted soon. No one called. At 4:30 p.m. I decided to call them. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, then someone finally called me back. They just barely got to my vehicle and decided that they will now need it overnight. I’m now stranded at work. At no point did anyone say it would be a two day job, and that I wouldn’t have a way to get home from work. And to book the appointment was a two month wait. This was my experience. Your are better off going somewhere else.

Richie was amazing, truck supply is very limited right now and most dealerships and said what I was looking for I would need to order. He went over all the details I wanted in my truck, double checked everything and ended up with a great ride for a good price. Will definitely buy another vehicle from him if I get the chance.

Used the Quicklane at this dealership and received fantastic service!! We were passing through on a big roadtrip and several dealerships in previous towns couldnt get us in for weeks. Called for an appt the day before and got in at 2pm the next day. Got there a little early and was out by 220pm and back on the road. I really liked how they text you a video showing the Techs checking items on your vehicle. Dean, service advisor, was very professional!

Trevor is awesome! I came looking for a used newer F150 and Trevor showed me a few different options and ended up taking me to one of their other lots to find the truck that i was looking for that checked all of my boxes. He was very patient and informative to every question i had and the best part is even after i bought the truck he has reached out several times to make sure everything was good and if i needed anything which seems unheard of after the deal is done. I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a new vehicle you will not be disappointed.

We purchased a car a few days ago and are very disappointed in the dishonest treatment we received. First of all they sold us a car for 3,000 dollars more than they advertised it on KSL.

Same is a great salesperson. He has just the right combination of finding out our family and needs and recommending the truck for us. He demonstrates great product knowledge, and very personable. The best thing, no high pressure. Not even awkward about the sale at all.

I was scheduled for a 4 PM oil change this evening and at 5:20 went and asked if my truck was ready yet because I could see it sitting right outside the window and the guy said he could not see any paperwork yet and then a kid comes out and gets in to take it for an oil change. Seriously?? No one tells me at all that it’s an hour and a half behind and they think that it’s just OK that I’ve been sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for it and no one said a word to me!! If I could give zero stars I would give it zero stars I will never go back there!

Alexa helped us get into a really nice 2019 dodge caravan. They worked all day with us because we didnt have the best credit but they pulled through! Alexa was very nice, and professional. Take your business elsewhere, folks! I had a deal IN WRITING on a new F-150 with these guys, but when I showed up to sign papers all the numbers were different. I showed the manager all the emails their salesman had sent me stating the bottom line price and monthly payment that I had agreed upon two days prior when I put down my deposit, but apparently they allow their sales staff to make deals by email and take deposits on written agreements that they have no intent of honoring when customers actually show up. The finance rate they said was had “locked in” on Monday, after running a credit report and collecting my financial information, was 1.5% higher when I came in to sign on Wednesday - not to mention the additional cost of “options” that they added to the price on top of that at the last minute... Don’t waste your time here. Buy your vehicle somewhere else.

I was only there 1 hour. I thought it might take most of the day to squeeze me into that tight schedule. Way above my expectations.Fast, smooth, hassle free, efficient. Service Tech Dean was just so pleasant to work with and kept me informed the entire time. I buy a new truck every 2 to 3 years. Its this kind of great service that keeps me going back to young Ford!

Ive said it for years, even as westland ford. This location is the worst in the state of Utah, its almost like its a competition for them to make things difficult for customers. Parts department will argue with you, not warranty items even though its through the manufacturer. The service department is very hit or miss, sometimes they figure it out, other times theyll only warranty a part if you pay to replace another part (that is still under warranty from the last time they replaced it)I can go on and on about stories about specifically this location, I dread coming here and will not again, I will make the drive to another location.
