Matthew G. was great and helped us at this store. He went out of his way on Sunday, Mothers Day 2021, to get us a refund on a NAPA alternator that we had just purchased and had installed at another dealer in Nebraska. That new alternator worked for a while, but then began charging intermittently. Anyway, Matthew called several managers, per company policy, until he was able to reach one of them, who gave him the authorization to give us a refund for the alternator we had just purchased from him. He was kind and helpful and sympathetic to us being broke down on Mothers Day. Thank you, Matthew!!!

I attempted to return an A/C compressor because it was leaking at the seam the moment I installed it. I bought it at the Clearfield store, where they made sure I knew they included a 1 year warranty. Well, Ogden store tells me it’s clearfield’s fault and that since I didn’t have a qualified shop do the work and replace all the parts, that the warranty will be void anyway. I’ve learned my lesson….this isn’t the first time with a problem like this with Napa…..I’ll buy parts elsewhere from now on.

I really prefer NAPA parts, but this location has one bad egg of an employee. The first time he was rude to me I gave him a pass, maybe he was having a bad day. But today when I went in, he was mouthing off to another customer. Apparently hes rude to everyone. Im going to have a hard time returning to this location.

The best thing about this place is Chad. He knows his cars and is very helpful. They are great at getting most parts in a timely manner if they dont have them in stock.

Napa is,by far the best parts store. They are slightly more expensive than others but worth it for quality parts and tools.

I had a really disappointing experience last time I went. The staff member that seemed put out by my needing help was demeaning and couldnt care less about what I needed. The questions they asked felt like they just wanted me out of there, so I left. Its unfortunate because Im recommended their products by the best mechanics but I didnt want anything to do with them after being in there for less than 2 minutes.Usually parts houses ask you what kind of vehicle etc. Nothing of the sort. Again, super disappointed. Will not be returning to this location and wouldnt recommend it over the help I receive elsewhere.

Nice people, they wrote on paper what I couldnt comprehend verbally due to my Deafness. They are professional and courteous to the Deaf. Recommended.

Had one part i was looking for in stock . The other part i needed they had the next day. Awesome service and very friendly countermen.

Great staff my truck died at the light and they let me use their jump box to get it going and they were really helpful afterwords helping diagnose and fix the problem.

The person (Josh) at the desk was so friendly and helpful. I didnt know what part I needed and he went out of his way to find out and look up what was needed. I went to jiffy lube and the air filters for my car they said said would cost $100 NAPA sold me the two filters for around $30!

My son and I went to Napa near closing time. We suspected we needed a new battery. Josh was fantastic! He offered to come and test the battery before having us buy one. I told him this was my kids first car and we were uncertain if it was an issue with the battery or the alternator. Josh went above and beyond! He determined we needed the battery and explained what we might notice if it was the alternator. Josh offered to walk my son through removing and installing a new battery, since he had never done it before. During that time, Josh gave my son tons of advice on how to maintain his car - periodically tightening bolts, keeping up on maintenance, things to watch for, you tube sites that are good for him to review as a car owner... you name it! Not once did he look at his watch, he told me not to worry when I referenced the time, knowing they close at 7pm and insisted he just wanted to make sure we were good before we drove off.This is how it should be! Customer service and people skills at its best. Josh absolutely deserves to be recognized as a stellar employee and as a good human!Folks, if you need auto parts, ask for Josh. He knows his stuff and will treat you right!Josh, if you read this, thanks again, for everything. I dont do reviews often, but when I do, they are warranted. FYI... you are the reason my son now wants to learn more about cars. 😊🚘

Quality built parts, excellent customer service.. took the time to make sure the parts were a correct fit and asked if I had any questions with installation. Purchased a Napa Premium starter with a better warranty and price than those orange, green or red block stores. Opened the box and was thrilled to find a High Quality durable part with the same build quality as the o.e.m. and NOT something that seemed so cheap that you would be afraid to damage just installing it. The NAPA part is even backed up with a 5-year Roadside Assistant card included in the box.

Matthew G was amazing! We called in with an issue with our catalytic converter.. Matthew knew exactly what we were looking for and even pulled other parts to make sure we got the right thing the first time when we got there. We went to 3 OReilly parts and 2 auto zones who ALL gave us the wrong parts! Thanks Matthew! We appreciate all that you did for us today!

The appearance of the exterior is fairly drab, but do not let that deter you.The customer service is phenomenal!My cars battery decided to ☮️ peace out after my 5 yr old and I bought movie tickets and drove out of the cool-shaded-part of the parking lot into the direct-HOT-as-an-oven-sunlight-part of the parking lot.(this NAPA Auto Parts is just off of 12th ST and on Wall Ave. *Maverick gas station is to the north, *Utah Pain & Rehab is to the South, *Bamboo restaurant, Subway, & Cine Pointe-6 are to the east and slightly north. But their parking lots are connected).Their parking lot has several parking-spaces reserved for those using a disabled person permit and their threshold between their sidewalk & parking lot is generous.The door is not automated, and may not be quite wide enough to easily move a wheelchair through.I have been in this store several times & the lighting has always been dim. (Okay with me. Theyre saving energy!)The interior is clean.The employees are groomed nicely and talk shop *without* dropping f-bombs, *without* mentioning the anatomy of a hot chick that walked by, and *without* any wild posters.I felt comfortable being in there and I felt comfortable having my 5 yr old son in there. (Theyre so family-friendly they sell super cool HOT WHEELS at their counter!)As another reviewer mentioned the pricing is a bit higher than other auto parts store. However, EVERY mechanic Ive ever talked with has ALWAYS told me to go to NAPA because NAPA parts & warranties are much better than the other parts store!Also, I have signed up for their REWARDS club to save money, and I ask if the part I need has a GOOD tier, BETTER tier, and BEST tier, that way I can decide what I can afford. (Their GOOD tier is much better than the other guys best tier)Anyhow, my reason for writing this review is because JIM was my knight-in-shining armor on this incredibly hot day... And I received the impression hed be anyones knight-in-shining armor.He walked across the very hot parking lot to my car, looked at my car, went inside to get what he determined was needed (a battery tester and some tools), he sorrowfully gave me the bad news, but gave me possible options (*besides* just buying a new battery at that moment), he helped me find the correct battery for my car (the battery in my car wasnt exactly the correct part!), he gave me three batteries to choose from, he then helped me download a coupon that saved me $14, and at no extra charge he chit-chatted (sympathetically) with me as he installed my new battery, and took my old battery with him to be recycled (saved me another $15!).The most important aspect of this situation was Jims behavior throughout our 45 minute interaction.He was never haughty nor bothered in working with me.He was respectful, professional, nice, helpful, and thorough.Jims behavior is rare in the automobile industry. NAPA on Wall Avenue is fortunate to have him!

Got a few of my Orders wrong The last few Tim’s I’ve been in there. Probably give them a few more try’s before I stop using them. I still think the parts are better than the rest. That’s y i continue to use them

Poor experience, Saturday JV team couldn’t even find a light bulb in their system. Wouldn’t even let me text or email a picture. Sounded like he just woke up from a nap. “Napa don’t know how”

Store just doesnt seem as cool as Autozone. I will be in the Zone from now on. Purchased wheel cleaner, brush and carpet cleaner. Just stopped in to check a different autopart store as I have not been to NAPA in years.

I stopped by the 1250 wall ave store in ogden utah after placing a switch and gasket on reserve the night before. The woman that helped me, I dont recall her name but receipt says emp. 16, was very uncourtious. This employee could not find my reserve order or for that matter spell my name. One of the items, a gasket, was in an opened package. I was interested in another package but was told this was the last one. As a 20 year ASE certified mechanic if that has been installed and run then put back in the package, chances are it will not seal. While standing there waiting at the counter I learned of a promotion, fill a bucket and receive 20% off on those parts. I may have done that if offered, I mean I did pull up front in a 50 grand restored 1964 pontiac GTO, I would have bought brake parts for one of my vehicls or something. I wont be returning to this store, if you want CHEAP migrant labor for customer service, this is your place. If you want to pay someone who knows parts 5 dollars per hour more, he would have sold 300 dollars in brake parts in 3 minutes. Lets wake up and realize cheap is killing businesses
