Steve took my order over the phone and an hour later, I had the perfectly matched paint for my 1991 Jaguar XJS.

Wow! I visited this business on 25 JUN 20. From the time I set foot through the door until I got back to my car, the customer service was impeccable. Ford walked through the store with me asking questions about my project. He then gave me advice and selected the best products for me in the correct quantities. After checking out, he then helped me carry my purchases to my vehicle. Whatever they are paying him is not enough. An employee with his knowledge is invaluable.

After calling them the day before to Verified the paint match, I went to extensive work to remove a panel from my RV and brought it in. The snotty guy that helped me simply said it would take a couple of days because he doesn’t just stop work to paint match. I wondered if he doesn’t consider helping a customer “work” then what does he consider work? First time I walked in the door and it will also be the last time.

After going a couple different paint shops for a project I have been working on, these guys were way more helpful than the other shops. They also have fair pricing in comparison!

I showed up at there door at 5:29 and the door was locked and there was a lady in the store that was playing in her purse and I need a body hammer, she totally ignore me and acted like she could see me. For a business that is in business to make a profit and serve customers needs, they aint doing a good job. Therefore they get a 1 star from me.
