Uhaul is a joke they never have any thing that is needed or they one thing at one location and the other at another location but wont help you get either one I dont know why they think they are so awesome uhaul is the worst company ever to deal business with the people and as well as the company

After a mishap with our reservation at the Midland Uhaul, this location was quick to get everything ready to go. Brand new facility and seems to be in a very secure location. Highly recommend if you have storage needs. They have plenty of space.

Rented a 9 U Haul Van from this location on a Friday morning and returned it within 24 hours. Manager wasnt there when I dropped off the van, then I receive my receipt a few hours later and I was charged $28 for fuel despite having returned the van with a full tank. I was also charged an extra day for the Collision Damage Waiver. Ive emailed, called and talked to the manager and employees, each time they take my information and promise to resolve the issue and I have yet to hear from anyone. One employee cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation over the phone and began having a conversation with someone that walked through the door, completely ignoring me. Ive emailed them a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge that shows the tank was full, Ive contacted their corporate office and all I continue to receive is promises that someone will get back with me to resolve the issue and provide me with a refund. This entire office is extremely unprofessional, lacks basic customer service skills and are horrible at communicating.

Dependable to get your stuff there in one piece THX drove through three white-outs safety is first with this company every time I had to move & It sucks Right!!!!! so from cost to cost you can`t go wrong here THX
