1102 walked into store, it took about 5 min for someone to come to the front, acting like I wasnt there, I asked him if they were open, he said no and itll be an extra 100$ for callout, Im the one in need so I said that was fine. He walked to the back I could see him making a hose for about 5 minutes. Then he hands the hose to customer and stays talking for another 5 10 min. Now I feel that he didnt want nor needed my business, so I walk out, as soon as I get in my car he decided to come out 1120 04Sep21

Ive come here multiple times with another company, so knew these guys have what I need....That being said, I asked for a new hose fitting. 5 minutes later they send me on my way free of charge. What wouldve been a $6 fix was free. They will have business from my new company and Ill see to it that we get an account set up.Thank you guys. Great customer service.
