Large truck parking, ok fast food restaurants

Hi my name is John and sadly I wont be coming back to your establishment I witnessed a horrible experience with the cashiers in the morning. It involed a older lady and a younger woman. The older black woman was screaming at the top of her lungs. She was EXTREMELY Disrespectful not to just the other cashier but to us as customers. I am Hispanic and the way the younge lady handled herself was very well. Stood there calm and Collective And she did her best to not let the situation escalate.

Great place to stop has Churchs Chicken

The bathrooms are disgusting,have not been cleaned at all..The subway says it is 24 hours,the sign says open they was an employee on the church chicken side on phone but said subway was closed.. Why is your sign says open.Nice place for a truck stop..Want be returning here

Just gotta give them 5 stars it was 5 star service. The young lady behind the counter was so nice, friendly and funny I wanted to ask her on a date, wish I got her name. But I got there at 11pm and I know if I need truck parking the Ranger always has parking. Got up at 8am went and took a nice hot shower and got me some breakfast tacos and went on my way. Truckers dont pass this truckstop for a Pilot or Loves they got everything you need.

Clean restrooms. A place to hang your purse inside stalls, so important us gals. Air hand dryers. Full length mirror. Nice shopping area. Nice pix decorate the walls.

If I could I would not give it a star, if you use the lottery Machine and if your money or tickets get stuck you are out of luck Manager Eddie Dias will not help he will try to charge you gas money to go and give you your money off the machine if he is doing that that means that he is not making money or its his side gig if you complain you are out of luck because his general manager dont care he will call you 4 days after and he will not listen to anything just get your money dont ask I think its a scam Eddie has if you dont pick up your money his gain.

Yes the cashier lynette was very helpful and I notice she had the whole store clean and very organized and well known of the store keep hiring girl like that and you have a best store in town thank you

Odessa Texas.....Sorry lazy workers in Churchs Chicken. The restaurant opened at 10am, the food was ready... its 10:07 but the lady tells me she cant serve me for 15 min because the other (must be slow) cant count her drawer right!?!

I been coming to road ranger for a while i love all the people there all the workers are great. Im always getting good service. I find that this beautiful young lady Jessica is always so good to me shes very kind and nice she always takes her time with me and makes sure i get what i want and walks out happy.I give her a 5 star rating.

When my husband and I came in traveling this past weekend we stopped at churchs and Jessica was so polite and so bubbly and great timing with our food. The new lemonade pie she suggested was amazing. Definitely 5 from us.

I’m giving a 1⭐️ because of the lady working at the subway location inside she literally yelled and cussed at me to put a mask on but there were 3 other people standing inside without a mask and she didn’t say anything to them just me

I went into subway, the customer service was horrible, the lady that made our sandwiches was RUDE, her name is Joy, she argued w me and I watched her argue with the customer before me.

Its a truck stop. Nothing special.

When using a credit card to save a trip going in the store around people is a complete waste of time because they never have paper in machines outside and you dont know until you waste your time trying! They should post a sign!!! And theres always 3-4 people behind the counter 2 open cash registers but only one line to serve customers waiting its sad because most people stopping there arent wanting to have to spend so much time in line

Over all decent place,Men room was a complete disaster. Employees were awesome quick and friendly. Small store but lots to choose from. Always worth the stop for breakfast.. good food at register.

The 4 stars is because this place is nearly always super busy whatever the time of day. Take your patience with you! The help is nice and theres usually more than one line open, its just busy. Both the Subway and the Churchs Chicken are good.

Stopped at this truck stop to fuel up and grab something to eat. The pumps were very slow, it took me 20 minutes to pump 100 gallons. And they were out of diesel exhaust fluid. How does this happen? How does management allow a truck stop to run out of diesel exhaust fluid? I ended up leaving with less than my tanks full and no diesel exhaust fluid, I didnt even bother going in to get something to eat. I do not recommend this place.

Love the Bavarian Nuts!! Got a couple of bacon breakfast sandwiches though that I couldnt even tell if there was bacon on them. When I looked, there was two transparent slivers of bacon that even putting them together wouldnt make a normal slice. I know it is a truck stop, but come on.

The high volume diesel area is faster but their foods are expensive. The workers there are nice people, very welcoming and always smiling and creating you. A lot of people in the morning but the ladies are fast. Their breakfast sandwich are 2 for 5 dollars. There is a subway in there too

The attendants at Road Ranger are great. Very friendly and helpful. Stay away from Subway here. The food is terrible and the sandwich artist dont really want to be at work and it shows. If Road Ranger had a little more variety in food options, that would make the visit more enjoyable.

Theres always a ton of people here but the cashiers are quick so the time it takes to check out is rarely very long.The pizza is good, but they dont keep a wide variety out.Lots of oilfield people here, but its the locals in small cars you have to watch out for in the parking lot. They tend to drive too fast, stop for no reason, and back up without any regard for anyone behind them.

This Is a nice stop. It is clean with easy access in and out. There are 2 food chains here subway and churches chicken. The gas pumps have plenty of room and the rest rooms are clean. Staff does not interact with you or make it an above standard experience, still get you in amd out quick. I prefer the pilot on the other side of the road just becuse of the smiles and the up beat attitude. The manager always comes and greets me it seems no matter where he is in the store or no matter how busy he is. Road ranger is a good stop despite my preference and I would recommend it.

Good clean place. Restrooms are clean overall. Great place to stop for a quick bite and fuel. A bit surprised that they dont offer more for oil field drivers, but overall a good experience.

The only reason I stop here is to get fuel on my way out of town. If It was more confident for me to fuel up somewhere else I would. This place is always dirty, the food is barely warm, subway is the only decent food in there, if they even if they have someone working there. I dont understand how a 24hr truck stop has two restaurants that close at 8pm and if you show up at 715 just expect them to be passed off because you showed up. I now try to avoid this place as much as possible.

This truck stop always has clean and stocked bathrooms. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat for any time of day. There is also a subway and churchs chicken connected to the truck stop. It is very convenient and very fast friendly service. I would recommend this truck stop to everyone.

The customer service is awful. They definitely dont care if the lines are long and only to find out we(all folks coming in ) were at the wrong register. 3 clerks and not one of them said anything until a customer up front asked. I usually dont write negative reviews but this definitely deserves one.

Good coffee. Good selection of food. Much of it is locally produced or associated with West Texas. They have a lot of souvenirs and a fair amount of truck & car parts & emergency supplies. The people were very friendly.

For some reason right after putting fuel. My rewards card was emptied by an employee as I tried to redeem a shower..and my rewards points were empty as well. Plus no hot water.

This is a really great truck stop. It has a Subway, a Churchs and their own kitchen. With a variety of coffees, drinks, and good food, this is one of my favorite stops.

This one of the busiest stores I have been to. I got an awesome cup of coffee and kept going. Their burritos looked good but I wasnt hungry.

Counter staff is always very friendly and helpful here. I usually get a Mexican plate from them. Best food in the area.

Diesel here is usually the lesser price in the area. Food is OK but service has always been great. They need more stalls in the restroom.

Ordered food at Churchs and it was ridiculous. They kept serving everyone that came in after we had placed our order. We walked up to check and they had misplaced our order completely. How can you misplace an order when theres only five people ordering. I just think it was very rude and inconsiderate. To make things worse the person that took our order was supposedly the manager. What a joke. I guess the office doesnt care who runs their business.Other than that experience I loved the shopping and looking at all the great thingstgat can be round there.

I ate at Churchs ordered a 2 piece they didnt have any breast, So I waited patiently, I see the fresh chicken come out. Lady taking order skips over me to fill this Hispanic couples box. I proceed to get skipped. So finally a walk up and say something. Lady at register gives excuse and so on. I eat my food no big deal things happen! Tell why, A few hours later I get to feeling woozy, sick to my stomach, cold sweats next thing I know Im in the bathroom with severe diarrhea and vomiting.

Its got everything you need lil bit pricey but well convenient good spot nice people

Clean Showers at $12, the free parking is in the back thru the truck entrance, you can stay overnight also parking is well lit.

I stop here quite often on my way out of town. However, after being charged $2.02 to re-fill my 20 ounce coffee cup, I will probably be stopping at one of the other convenience stores I pass on my way to the interstate.

Subway has always been open, pizza always hot. Staff has always been very professional and normally long lines but short waits. Theyre fast!

This is one of the nastiest truck stops I have been to.I went into the Subway/Churchs area and the floor looked like it hadnt been swept and mopped in a few days. Maybe they had a busy day and short handed on employees as it was extremely busy. May need to look into someone to do the cleaning around there.

This gas station provides you what you need and then some... What I was not impressed with was the cleanliness of the restrooms.
