Laundry down. Nobody bothered to find out which machines leak, and which ones dont leak. Meanwhile, 3 weeks over the road, as a driver, with no clean clothes left. Saying sorry, does not get my clothes clean.

Friendly staff. However, you have to pre-pay with your card inside to pump gas. Even though there is a card reader and it appears that you can pay at the pump. You still have to go inside. That makes no sense to me

This is not a very friendly place and it’s not a very clean place. The staff don’t really care about customers nor to help. McDonalds next door is horrible to it’s customers. You Oder and get cold food. Refrigerator doors are left open by customers. Staff doesn’t close the doors as they walk by. Nasty globs of something left in the soda tray for hours trash left on counters because staff are lazy and don’t pick up after customers. This literally is the worse place I have seen.

TONS of food, some healthy. CAT scale, ATM, lottery, beer, FedEx, UPS, bagged ice, laundry, showers, McDonalds, fresh brewed coffee 24/7, big truck parking lot, drivers lounge w/TV, nice cashiers.

Be careful truck driver with the water yall takes shower or drink coffee it might be infected with serious illness water might have bad bacteria and feces. Water might be coming from FLINT WATER CRISIS UP NORTH in DETROIT MICHIGAN.

How is it possible that coffee at 6 in the morning costs $ 0.99 on the reward card from my flying mug, and at 7 the same coffee is sold to me on the reward card for $ 2.05 and the seller at the checkout says this is the new price from today?

I cant believe how selfish people can violate other peoples right to be healthy. If youre sick stay home. The cashier was sick and coughing every 5 seconds under his shirt serving food and customers. I counted while I waited in line. All while not wearing a mask. Even if it was a common cold thats not right !!

Good food, very good customer service, but you guys let local drivers claim truck parking spot with their small cars.

Everything was clean and great. Got a shower and the building newly remodeled. Everything good except that the French Vanilla creamer dispenser had been replaced by a squirt syrup bottle. That sucked but we just went on over the hill to the next truck stop to get coffee as we are hooked on the real creamer.

Rosie shes very rude and Disrespect the Customers. I will never go back this truck stop because of her.

The one stars is only clean showers I can say and parking now due to the oil industry is slow right now..Food cold and horrible in the McDonalds and the travel plaza and they look at certain customers or ignore certain customers like you are from another planet so lesson learned.Go to a place where you can get service for your buck instead of you going to a place where they don’t care if you get service or not.Customer service is the name of the game but no customer service in this location at all..Real talk

Just recently I ordered breakfast. It took a little longer than the usual fast service, but, those ladies there are super nice. One of them gave me a little more on the breakfast for the long wait. I really appreciate that. I’m going back for more. Thankyou!! Even the fuel desk people are very courteous and respectful. I like!!!!!!

You can’t rest on this place, they have only 30 minutes limited parking, when you get tired after long hours driving, you can’t sleep on this place, they will tow your truck

Clean and friendly place, and unlike the other truck stops in this area, there is parking that is not taken all up by the local drivers. Beats the Loves a few miles away, better layed out, and far cleaner inside & out! Im coming here from now on.

I cant leave this particular stop until I comment, so Im insisting that I make time today. This is due, to one of your employees that just caused me to marvel. Im still trying to figure out if shes from this planet. Let me try & explain. I got in last night very tired, not feeling the friendliest. I was standing in this long line, which wasnt helping. I was thinking why doesnt the mgmt get someone to help this lady(BIANCA). MGMT PLEASE FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE. The answer is she didnt need any help. BIANCA started working two registers like she was directing a symphony, a typist typing 200 words a minute or Magic Johnson facing Larry Bird in the finals ( you know that was back in the day). Im only trying to say she was amazing to watch & her attitude was not like most, but she handled that evening like a true champion. I am most happy to applaud your selection in her because she is a leader & takes pride in her performance. I never voiced my initial opinion, but I feel as though I still owe you an apology for even thinking such a thing when BIANCA is behind the register. Keep up the great work.

Great customer service from a young gentleman at the counter...

Clean and well organized, but primarily set up for non-commercial customers. Store only has one working washer and dryer precious little healthy alternative to McDonalds available very few items that commercial drivers can use 85% of the stores taking up with non-commercial items Im sorry store this place is a real let-down they should have a sign in front that says commercial drivers only 15% welcome here.

When we placed our order, our drinks came just minutes before our breakfast did, just a large coffee, chocolate milk and a French Vanilla coffee. When we did get our food order, we had to ask for silverware and had to ask a second time for condiments.As for the food itself, the hash browns were cooked to a crisp on one side and not cooked at all on the other side. I guess I could forgive it all if they were slammed, but this was NOT the case. 😣😣 I would NOT RECOMMEND THE IHOP IN MIDLAND TEXAS.

This Travel Center is cleaner than most it is at a convenient place to get off of the Interstate and back on. I like the broad selection of snacks and drinks and if you want more pick up some pizza and wings or something else on there hot buffet.

I am truck driver and always go to pilot first if i find one I went there and get medium size cup with hit water and lady in store charge me $2.50. Every other pilot and flying j just pay 50 cents. Dont know maybe they do this on every customer and every item. But definitely next time I am here wont go to that store.

Lot fills fast with oil field trucks that arent very courteous. Quite a few dropped trailers so they could go home as today is Friday. The actual truck stop was nice. Clean shower, no wait but it was midnight. McDonalds was good. No Dennys. Excellent place if you get here early!

Ever since they remodel the place they raised the prices on everything - rediculously high - its call price gouging - I live in San Antonio n I always get 2 pizza slices for $ 5.00 n there at the store in Odessa they jacked up the price which is more than $ 7.00 for the same = 2 slices of Pizza, that is not the only item the jacked the prize up on -- EVERYTHING went up not just by a lil but high

Worst truckstop ever. Will never go back. Parking filled up with oil workers who park everywhere. All coffee except decaf completely empty at 6am. Oil workers wouldnt pull up in fuel isle and waited 30 to get to fuel. Personal cars parked in truck parking and notified management nothing done about it. Mcdonalds out of straws, sweet tea, napkins and ketchup. Waited in line to place order for 15 minutes. Only one person in Front of me. Bathroom nasty. Toilet paper and piss all over the toilet seats and floor. Cashiers fat and lazy by the looks of them and the store

Usually Flying J is known for clean bathrooms, good coffee, & friendly people. People were ok, coffee always good, restrooms... All I can say is somebody dropped the ball all day from the looks of things.I even watched an employee go in so I waited while I was waiting lol@ went back after that person came out and... Still nasty. Wait, now 2 employees, maybe I should do my waiting outside before they lose another star.

Its usually a little sloppy, but no messy. Theres always a wait (even if theres not a line), but its usually not too long.The food is good, but Dennys is better. The staff is usually polite, but not very eager.

I asked for efs check the cashier said they didnt have any... Found one in my truck pre paid the pump stopped although it was only .49 cent the cashier didnt give me any change she said I was charged a fee for using efs

This has to be the busiest fuel stop I have ever seen, I barely found parking bobtailing. Mcdonalds was only accepting cash, the drink counter was trashed. The funny part was that staff seen it and decided fb was more important. Pancakes on the floor in the afternoon. One young lady was bringing salads to sandwich area in sandals with no socks! Random people asking to give them rides or asking for a free shower as if I dont need them. Wow just wow.

Super busy. Good selection of food to go. PJFresh Salads, pizza, wings, soup, etc. And a McDonalds. Parking is at a premium. Commuters I would guess.

The whole P/FJ chain continues its downward spiral. Squeegees that look a year old, sitting in buckets of soapy water that hasnt been changed in a week? Receipt/shower kiosks not working (out of paper), all three self serve check-outs down, filthy restrooms(despite that hokey pre-recorded Can I get a courtesy check on the mens and womens restrooms please? Thank you that every location plays on the hour) with all three paper towel dispensers empty, overflowing trash cans in the parking lot. The whole chain seems to be understaffed, abd badly neglecting any needed maintenance. The McDs was just as bad, being understaffed, dirty, and serving semi-warm food. Me and my fellow drivers are currently lobbying hard for our management to let us start fueling at Loves.

I love F/J but damn if the oil field drivers dont ruin the experiences at any of the west 1-30 Pilots and Flying Js and basically any truckstop west of Dallas. They trash the places and are very inconsiderate to the point I think the employees just give up doing a great job because of these slobs and jerks so Im not gonna rag on customer service because I cant imagine what they go thru daily dealing with dirty immature boys. Well yes I can imagine, I share the road with them unfortunately!

Nothing to write home about. Large lot for trucks, but a lot of local fracking drivers here. Oftentimes, they drive too fast in lot, then double park in thoroughfare. Then the restaurant is McDonalds....

No showers being cleaned, waited an hour and looked back along the shower hallway to find out that 5 were open and no one was working on getting them ready, apparently, the other shift left an hour ago and they had just gone on break, still no showers.

12/241. I came in a little after 7pm for a shower. I went back to the showers the porter was cleaning the shower next to mine. He had very offensive rap music playing very load. Every other word was the f bomb or ni**er. He was singing along to it. I asked him for an extra towel. I had to repeat myself for him to hear me. When I got in the shower, I called management. I told her I was offended by what I was hearing. She immediately went to him and asked him to turn it off. He did. For about 1 minute. As soon as she was gone, it was turned up again. Cussing even louder. He has no respect for anyone.2. Twice in the last 3 days I have gone into McDonalds and ordered 2 jalapeño doubles. The first time I received 2 jalapeño singles. I came back in today and politely told the cashier (pregnant redhead) what had happened. Instead of calling a manager, she laughed it off saying that they do this sort of thing all the time. Today I order 2 more and received 2 Mcdoubles. I called back to speak with a manager. She told me when I came in to ask for the manager. I did, right after I got out of the shower. He put his finger up and asked for a minute. After 15 minutes waiting I asked for him again. Another 5 minutes and he finally shows up. I tried to explain what happened. Every time I started to say something he would interrupt. All I wanted was to get what I paid for. I ended up getting 4 jalapeño doubles free. And wasted 30 minutes total to make 2 separate orders correct. Days and hours later respectfully. All I ask is to get the orders correct the first time. Very disappointed in a mediocre meal and situation.3. An ongoing problem. WiFi. For 2 months I have been trying to connect to the wifi here. I have called technical support 3 times. I wasted a month of service due to this being down. After the second call, I was given a free month of service. Again, Id rather have it right the first time. 5 miles east is a Pilot in Midland TX. WiFi works there. I only go there if the J is full. I went there earlier this week, turned on the wifi and nothing. I called the 3rd time to get it turned on. Flying J is a mile from where I load. Going to the Pilot is 10 miles out of route. Now back at the Flying J, I still have no service. Free month is going to waste and Im burning through my data... I was told all 3 times that they were working on it. FYI the Flying J in Pecos has the same issues.I understand that this is a truckstop and truckers cuss. I would like to be able to go inside and escape the profanity. From the employees also! Not have it hit me in the face. I choose to use Pilot/Flying J because of the convenience and locations around west Texas. I choose this location because of the proximity to our loading facility. What will it take to get these seemingly minor problems corrected? I am very close to jumping ship and going elsewhere.

Oilfield Trash needs to park their junk in the oilfield, not along the curb blocking legitimate parking. Truck stop staff are lazy, incompetent and rude. Management is an absolute joke. Wont stop here again.
