Had a great experience getting a renewed prescription for my eyes.Pretty much all I was looking for.They hand you a prescription when you pay out, so it becomes your own responsibility to keep up with said prescription.This place wont nickel and dime you like other places, nor do they force you to buy their glasses at a premium price.Just the kind of place I look for.

I have called multiple times during business hours. No answer and your mailbox is full. Which brings me to my initial complaint. Your assistants are about worthless. When I called to have my prescription sent over to be filled I was told my the receptionist that I needed to get the fax number and call them back. I am an office manager and if one of my employees told a customer something of that sort, Id have to sit them down to help them reassess what exactly their job entails. Now. You double that with their inability to pick up a phone and youve lost yourself a family of customers and 0 recommendations.
