I went in order some glasses. Unfortunately the glasses lens got chipped during the process of making them which meant needed to be re ordered. They said it would take 4 weeks. I waiting 2 weeks already. Spoke with manager she explained in full detail on why the lens chipped and helped me pick out a new frame. Also made sure we the tech that theyd be able to make the lens for those frames. Its a set back but, the care and attention I received was top notch.

Very fast! Had 2 different prescriptions, one with bifocals, done in under 10 mins! From the time it took to drive to HEB and walk in the store, already received a texts to pick up. Customer service is on it!👏👏Thank you😁

As an adult I’ve always used eyemart express except for one time, that was mistake. I will probably always use eyemart express for all my glasses from here on out. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but this time we were in and out as soon as we had our glasses picked out. Then after we left got a text 20 minutes later they were ready! Amazing! Friendly staff have kept me coming back time after time.

Ive been trying to get a simple progressive lens with 2.5 magnification prescription from them for over 6 months and they cant get it right. When i look through the magnification, I get blurry in one eye and a trapezoid view of my phone or tablet or whatever Im trying to look at. After 3 different lense sets, I have no confidence in there ability to get it right.

Always fast and easy. They don’t breathe down you’re neck while shopping which is cool.

This store is great! Competitive prices, good selection and a really helpful staff. Victoria spent time helping me find frames that really fit my face well and I really am happier with my glasses now than Ive ever been! Im sure the rest of the staff is excellent as well. You kind of get that feel when you walk in and see how attentive everyone is.I was passing through town and needed glasses in a day. Tip: basic lenses can be done in house. Mine took 16 minutes! If you add on features like anti-glare they may need to send your lenses out to a lab. Just something to think about for people who find themselves in my situation and need to get back on the road asap.Also, ask about current deals! I think I received something like 30% off by sticking to the selection being promoted.

Worst customer service ever. Workers just sit at computer and don’t help customers. Walk in customers do not know policies or check in procedures due to no workers, greeting or explaining what the process is. I do not recommend this place for a good shopping experience.

After getting my eye exam with Dr. Morales which I had a great experience there and great doctor with awesome personality and fast service! I went right across to eye mart to get my glasses and Victoria helped me with a smile and great personality and made my visit very enjoyable! She is very helpful! I received my glasses only a hour later, unlike Stanton Optical which took days! Also fast service and great deals on glasses! I would definitely recommend both Dr. Morales and eye mart for your eye care! Be sure to ask for Victoria! I’m glad I changed places from Stanton to them! Also with COVID around both places make sure they keep everything wiped down and disinfected! Definitely won’t be going anywhere else now for my eye care needs. Thank you for awesome service!

Lexi was so patient and kind as I pulled a lot of frames to try on with a face mask and two children-ages 6 and terrible 2. I have almond eyes so certain frames look weird on me. I’ve also been having problems with my kidneys not absorbing nutrients. I don’t get out much especially with kiddos but My toddler broke my glasses and my backup pair. I was nervous getting out of the comfort of my home. I was relieved that the store was so well taken care of.Everything was so organized and clean. I was tended to entirely before moving to the next person. Everything was cleaned as soon as a person left. Limited people in the store was also very nice. I went to get a few essential items in Michaels while I waited For my glasses to be ready. It was not a long wait at all. I LOVE THIS LOCATION! Everyone was so kind. Lexi is my favorite.

First off the whole store was clean. Employees not wit customers were cleaning all the glasses people had tried on. I was lucky enough to be paired up with Victoria. She was very helpful and explained exactly what my insurance covered and then helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I will come back again and have her assist me with my next pair.

We were greeted by a very friendly associate named Brittany. She was pleasant to work with and she was patient. She answered all of our questions. Although she gave us an estimate wait time of about two hours (covid sucks), my sons two pairs of glasses were ready in 35 mins 😁

One of my side ear pieces broke from my glasses and I brought them here and they put in a new screw and fixed them in under 10 mins.

They will treat you well to order your glasses but they are pushy with upgrades. Unless you know it’s an upgrade they will not tell you that it’s an option. I feel for those on a fixed income or limited budget.Their staff needs to be properly trained in how to interact with the public. My glasses were ready and paid for. I waited over 45 minutes to pick them up. The associates will not acknowledge you when you walk in. When I gently let the associate there know I had an appointment, & had been just needed to pick up. She practically growled at me to sit down that she had a list. I was never rude or pushy. I had been there for over 1/2 an hour. I never write reviews, I made exception for them.

I’ve used Eyemart Express for years. I have never had a problem with my frames or lenses. Personnel are friendly and helpful.this last time I had to wait a week to get my glasses because I have bifocals and for first time I got the no glare which had to take a week. They seem to be perfect.

Glasses where not adjusted prior to taking measurements for progressive lenses and no adjustment offered when i picked up the glasses pretty much here you go see ya. In my previous job as an ABO certified optician glasses should be adjusted prior to any measuring that certain lenses require.Very unprofessional service and wouldnt recommend eyemart express to anybody!!! Worse customer service.. as soon as I walked in the door to ask for a frame replacement a rep approach me with an attitude. I needed a frame for my wifes glasses while she gets the new prescription next door. She said since I didnt get the old ones there she couldnt help me but she didnt even check if there was any frames that would fit the lenses. Never coming back to this place, way to lose a customer in 15 seconds

I bought 4 pairs of glasses and two of them were done in 12 minutes and the other two not far behind. I decided to get 2 pairs of sunglasses(prescription) and it took maybe 30 minutes. They were quick and efficient! Definitely will be back.

My glasses were ready faster than I was told they would be. They said a week & it took 2 business days. I went on Friday & got them Monday. Perfect fit & I liked the service I received as well from the shy short, Hispanic, straight hair young girl with glasses 😅 I forgot her name lol but it was a Hispanic name as well 🤷🏽‍♀️ If that helps. Look for her. Ordered me exactly what I wanted. Cheapest lenses, just something I needed as an emergency. I’ll go back later & get me some good prescription shades & upgrade to transition lenses. Which I was told u can do for about $75, within s year that is. Been going there for about 6 years. Never a disappointing pair.

Really great customer service, they did not rush me to pick a pair(I tried on every pair available), or try to up sell me. Glasses aren’t expensive at all! And I do believe they accept Medicaid as well! My glasses were ready within 45 minutes! And they offer a great warranty plan!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really like my new glasses. Did not give 5 stars because it took them two weeks to put my glasses in the mail, I live 175 miles away and couldnt pick them up, and the sunglasses have brown tint instead of the gray tint I asked for.

Went in this morning expecting to receive the same great service I receive last time. Boy was I wrong. Got there at 5 minutes after the store opened. Myself and one other person were the only ones in the store along with two sales people. The sales person took my insurance and glassed prescription information, and that was it. No, help what so ever. Another person enters the store and both sales people couldt wait to help that person. I looked and looked at frames but still no help arrives. Finally, I got ready to leave and told one of the sale people to cancel my prescription and insurance information. Then all of sudden the person could find time to help me (too late) I was unaware this store was a self service store. Will not ever come back.

My husband and I were very pleased with the attention, time, and politeness shown to us by Genesis. She was extremely helpful and very cordial even though the store was very busy with customers. We did not feel rushed to pick out frames or to be hurried in any way. The glasses were ready the same day for pickup as promised. They called us promptly and in a timely manner as soon as the glasses were finished.
