Excellent! I love this store. Unfortunately I have to park my semi truck somewhere and they dont allow truck parking. Truckers really depend on walmarts for food & supplies. I hope they will consider allowing us to park a short time to shop.

I love this Walmart. It can get crowded between the customers, pickup service employees, and pallets of product in the aisles. But they stay pretty stocked up.

Because of the self check out, prices should be cheaper since the customer had to do self check out. Staff just stands around doing nothing and most of the time dont help. Store should be more organized since there are no staff to check customer out.👎👎 dont like self check out sorry.😒😒

Its safe to say that this place never has what i need but I understand. The reason I give one star wish -10. There pick up is the saddest. 4 ladies have asked what and name I stated I would give them the pick up numbers they said no they see the name. A 5th came out said she found it still nothing!!!! I can answer call no one answers and when they do. They say they dont know who spoke to me but its only front of them and there on there way.... Still waiting. House g on 2 hours. Ive seen cars come and go. ... My time is not cheep and its sad that I paid for this pick up and no ones paying my time!!!

This super center does not have a drive through pharmacy. It also does not have dedicated counters for drop off and pick up. As such I waited in line for 30 minutes to drop off a prescription. Once I finally get to the counter and hand the man the prescription, he tells me he needs some more of my paperwork. So I go out to my truck and back in. Then I wait another 5 to 7 minutes just for him to tell me that they dont have said medicine in stock! Shouldnt that have been the very first thing you check?! Total waste of time. I swear they must be using old commodore 64 computers from the 1980s.

Can not find things, signs are not good. Staff on the floor cannot speak English or are very rude. Tried to do self check out & register popped open. 4 staff members in the area but still had to stop & try to get help, then had to rescan all items. Probably be awhile before I return! I can order on line from Amazon or other places without the hassle of rude staff & self ck out.

I hate the self check out. It s awful and very and un personable. Guess yall will start doing away with stockersBefore to long. That way your customers can just get the products.out of the shipping boxes on the parking lot.

Good store just the help and check out is always slow and number of lanes open are only 1-3 at the most and lines get real long and they never open up any more lanes ever.

How hard is it to find good help nowadays in Walmart? I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes I’ve had somebody paged twice for the department that I’m waiting in and still nobody shows up. I only gave them one star because I had to give them some thing as far as I’m concerned they don’t even deserve the one star. The Westside Walmart makes every other Walmart look bad because of their poor customer service.

This was one of the cleanest and well organized and stocked walmarts Ive ever been to. Its self checkout only here but its set up is better than the standard self check out. I dropped my trailer at the truck stop and bobtailed there shopped and left no problems.

So of course Walmart has great prices. Everyone know that. However, I try to do most of my shopping with them online or pickup. The reason is that the store is so hot during the summer. I will only go into the actual store for something quick. Walmart, please lower the thermostat. I know you guys can afford it. If it was cooler, people would probably shop for longer and spend more money.

Well they certainly botched the remodel. They just reorganized it (READ DISORGANIZED IT) to more closely match the unkempt west Texas dollar stores. Thieves will empty the shelves and employees (managers especially) actively ignore correcting inventory numbers thereby preventing the computer from being able to reorder. Cant wait until the cameras can detect empty shelves and fix inventory numbers without human intervention. Floor employees actually to customers to get out of fulfilling their obligation designated in their job description they were trained for and signed documents indication knowledge of and willingness to satisfy said obligations.

The customer service is trash but the good thing is I dont have to deal with the employees for the most part in the selfless checkout.therefore the customer service is good

They changed the whole layout of walmart which is nice but it feels kind of crowd it and there is more self check out than cashiers also their subway is closed so Im like eh

I bought a ring and they list it. Found it and sent it to be sized. They called me to pick it up. Im here to pick it up and have to wait 45 minutes when I was told anytime is fine. This is the most incompetent store. Workers dont help the way they should. Only a few people will.

Its been a long time since Ive been shopping at Walmart so needless to say, I was in shock when I went in and noticed it was all self checkout. It made me wonder on how it has came to this and ask many other questions. How does this help our economy if theres no cashiers? Do we get an employee discount since we cash ourselves out? Are they slowly transitioning to an online-curve pick up only, since a large portion of the parking lot is for pick up only? One major thing that hasnt changed- the amount of time one is in line to check out! No matter how many people are there.

I hate self check out, so many times things dnt ring up as marked, have to keep calling an employee over. I asked about a price discrepancy and was told walmart is doing that on purpose to encourage ppl to order online and not come inside.

I get in and out quick. But there were men walking around alone and 2 of them kept trying to talk to me in Private and i just keep walking. Very creepy and i always see Grown males walking around alone just watching females walk around. I have told a male worker but they didnt do anythi g about it.

It shucked they told me that my order was done. So I drove down and waited for 40 minutes so they could tell me that they cant find it at all. I even showed them the email where it said that my order was ready for pickup I had to put one star so I can post it

I went back to return a generator that wasnt working. I have a warranty but lost the receipt. Didnt have the card used when making the purchase because I no longer have the account. Due to a horrible experience at Pecos Walmart concerning a different purchase, I was weary. However, the young lady that helped us in Odessa tried her best to locate the missing receipt. Although she couldnt find it, she had a pleasant attitude and she put forth the effort to help us as best she could. Thats all one can ask. The rude woman at Walmart in Pecos could learn a lot about customer service from this young lady. Thank you. Im sorry I didnt get her name.

My family has been using the west side Walmart since we moved to Odessa in 2003. We have always been met by friendly service from the door greeter to the people who now bring us our curbside orders. I have done so much self check out I’m sure I would not have any problem Applying for a cashiers position . Of course I shop other places around town but when I need it fast and I need it at a great price the Westside Walmart is where I head to.

This store is horrible. Waited for assistance at the self checkout for several minutes while the dumb little girls were running around helping others that had there lights come on AFTER us.

I hate this store. Both of them really. The associates are rude. Watch your receipts. I cant count the amounts of money we are over charged at the register. It happens almost every time.

I dont know who is in charge of getting the groceries together for Walmart pickup but this is disgraceful. Whoever picked my groceries today thinks that giving me moldy strawberries is okay. For starters this shouldnt even be on your shelves if its turning, let alone growing mold! Aside from that, as a worker picking food you should be responsible enough to see that these have mold on them and should throw them out, alert someone above you or at the very least do NOT pick them out and put them in a customers groceries for pickup. I just have to wonder, if you workers/company would be okay with buying moldy food you had ordered to feed to your children? If the answer is no, as it should be, then why the hell do you think it is acceptable to give it to a paying customer or any one for that matter to potentially feed to their family?! I am currently on hold with this store and have been left on hold for over 20mins now trying to get this resolved. This is not the first time this store has messed up my produce order but to give someone moldy food is absolutely unacceptable. I want this issue resolved!My advice to anyone reading this is DO NOT BUY PRODUCE AT THE WEST SIDE WALMART IN ODESSA TEXAS!

Walmart selling new manufactured sidewall indentation diffective tires. These tires are made by Goodyear brand and Douglas is made by Goodyear subsidiary that was bought out. I wanted a $75 - $95 good tire made by GOODYEAR and is what I have on my vehicle. My old Goodyear tires did not have this manufactured diffect. This walmart did not have my set of four GOODYEAR that was on my vehicle, so the salesman recommended Douglas tires made by Goodyear, he proactively lied to sell me these diffective manufactured tires. Yes they are cheaper at $55 dollars but are made with 50% less tread and as the Auto shop manager and the shop supervisor claim its where the bead meet each other and apparently this difect is on both in and outside of the side wall. They knew about this problem and still decided to sell manufactured diffective tires. As the shop supervisor stated, You bought them and left. Insinuating you bought them now they are yours. Had I known Douglas tires where manufactured diffective and with 50% less thread, I would have never of bought them...

No human cashiers open. Have to use self checkout. The machine kept acting up an not enough real people to help. Had to wait for a person about 6 minutes. Made it to pay an the machine acted up again had to wait a second time once again not enough real people to come help. I swear this place gets worse day by day. Just hire some actual help!

Its an alright place to shop, you buy anything from food to cloths to electronics etc. The staff is nice. It open from 7am to 7pm I believe if not 7pm then 10pm. But if you wanna do some groceries shopping this is the place to be. So I give 4 stars.

We had a tire needing replacement and the staff took such good care of this even though it was almost time for the tire center to close. Very grateful for their customer service.

My complaint is that the service is no good.They dont speak English, cant tell you where anything is. I shop here as little as possible because of this. You should be able to communicate with your customers.

Place is like any other large Walmart. No issues friendly staff, online order for my husband and have no issues with them accommodating a large semi to delver to that cant park in designated area, they were friendly and insured to communicate and get his items to him.

We go in and out . Busy but fast. Very organized and clean.

No cashiers were opened I asked one of the women’s what was going on and they said that in order to remodel they had to temporarily let go of the cashiers to pay the construction workers.
