Service is good enough to make it a 5 Star, but the prices on accessories are so HIGH, you wont want to go back.

Ii am a Sprint (over15 yrs) costumer & went to the store yesterday. I spoke to the Manager about the newest Samsung S10 phone. Im trying to decide on what phone I want. She was very knowledgeable about the the S10. The Manager is also well informed about the IPhone. She has me rethinking on what phone I want. I will revisit her & switch to Verizon.
Great customer service, however read the fine print. Do not buy any devices or add any service from this company. They are not a Verizon direct store. They will charge you a $35 (setup and service) fee. Just to unwrap your gadget, install the battery, and hand it back to you. Then once you get your bill a few days later that activation fee you paid was to this company. Now Verizon wants $40 activation fee on top of that.Your best bet is to drive the extra 10 minutes to a true Verizon store in midland and wait in line and save $35 or more. Remember sometimes under special promotions the Verizon store can wave their activation fee. I would have saved around $75 had I just gone to a real Verizon store.
Always great service here, they didnt have a replacement glass screen protector, the young man recommended a brand that was good.

This place is never open. We live nearby and have tried several times. Its 1 pm on Saturday and the doors are locked. Dont waste your time and just go to the main store.
I try to always be positive, but I spent nearly 4 hours in this store. The manager helping me, left half way through setting my phone up, and there was only one employee helping me, another customer, and anyone that walked in. Most walk-ins, ended up leaving.

One nice young lady running the store by her self. Was very helpful for me. But she can only help one customer at a time. She did a great job.
It said they open at 10:00 am. I got there at 9:55 and waited employee got there at 10:00 went in I waited a few minutes went to door it was locked so we waited in a few minutes employee came out and said very rudely we are not open I have to go to bank. So we waited at 10:25 employee showed back up we waited a few minutes went todoor it was still locked. So we waited at 10:50 I left. They lost out on a iPhone sale. Employee needs to learn some customer service.
This has to be absolutely the worse Verizon Store in all of West Texas. Service is horrible, was told the phones we ordered would be in next day, they showed up 5 days later and were lied to about what took them so long to get in.Recommend you go to a corporate store and not this retail store.Dont waste your time with this store. Period!

Refused to handle a warranty replacement, told me to call support. Verizon support confirmed the store should have handled the warranty replacement for me.
