The lady at the midland kiosk was so very helpful when I was phone shopping. She showed me several phones and explained the differences to me. I decided to go with the IPhone 6 and she showed me how to set it all up with my email and everything. I wish there were a way to give more than 5 stars because she deserves it.I was back by there earlier today and she even took time to ask me how I liked my phone. That is real customer service.

Great service! I thought the battery in my iPod needed to be replaced, but when I brought it to them they looked at it and told me its not the battery. They explained the symptoms and why they think its not the battery. They explained what they need to do to fix it, the process and risks involved, and also warned me it will erase all my data on the iPod. I told them I understand and to go ahead and repair it. They repaired it and its working great. Also did not cost very much to fix. Great repair and superb customer service! Thank you.

So my iPhone stoped working one day and i took it to the apple store in Las Vegas. They told me that they couldnt fix it and i needed to buy a new one. So I got a samsung and forgot about my iphone. When i moved to odessa i found my missing iphone and i got it fixed for the price of a new battery.
