We had been to another store and only one person could go in and little instructions. When we went back they closed a doors locked. So we went to infinity wireless and he worked with us. Helping change our phones over in a timely manner. He offered more services and upgrades bu accepted our decline graciously. He had us eat up with new lines and we felt well served. We will never go back to the other store.
