Have always had excellent service with this company. Recently had a screen replaced on my iphone6 +, & charging port., well unfortunately the “loud speaker” quit working the next day, took it back to them & Rex examined it & concluded that it “went out type deal”, he didn’t ask ?’s, or “it’s your fault attitude ” but simply replaced it @ no charge & had it back working in no time. I can’t say how appreciative I am of this place and what they do. My moms battery was in terrible shape. She is fighting cancer and her phone is essential for her health and communication. I took my phone in with a broken screen, with him saying I can have it fixed...when it had its screen replaced they broke the backend....Samsung S8 ....They told me, but said the phone would be good as new.. said they stand behind there work. / I took it back 2 days later and the same guy wants to tell me that it was my fault... as that guy took off case he sold me... cracked all around when screen was taken off ..260$ use your insurance claim.....looking out for YOU!!

Shoutouts to Steve. I came in to fix my phone charging port, he immediately said that the he was going to bless my day. I thought the whole charging port was going to be replaced, but he said no to worry and said it is a common issue and that it was going to be a quick fix. He cleaned the dirt out of the charging port and the phone started charging right away and he didn’t charge me a dime. Next time I have phone issues, this is the place I’ll be taking my business to and I recommend it to everyone.

Terrible. Less than three months ago I took my iPhone X in for a new screen and then had to take it back with in three days be my screen was flickering on and off. They put another one on for free but there in the store the 2nd new screen stopped working. They put another one on and it appeared to work and so I went on my way. Over the last three months my screen has continued to flicker and my phone started getting super hot. Yesterday I turned it off to restart it bc it wasn’t functioning and then it wouldn’t turn back on. Went to an apple store and they said they noticed I had a third party screen immediately. They said that third party screens often end up messing up the hardware. Long story short, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Took three screens to even get the phone functional and then the final screen ended up messing up my phone completely. SUPER unhappy about this.

Best cell phone repair shop in west Texas. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Its like my phone was never broken! And the customer service is amazing. The owner switched around otterbox parts to get me the colors I wanted. This shop is amazing and I definitely recommend coming here.

BEWARE!!! Most of these reviews are fake. And they don’t do a good job on phone repairs. They also say “it have 7 day gurantee” quote unquote, but when you tell them that the job was done wrong and that there is clearly a defect with their workmanship, they deny it and say that that’s the best humans can do because they don’t have the “robots” to do it perfect. And even when you tell them that they did a poor job and ask them to fix the issues. They refuse.Do yourself a favor and buy the parts online, you’d be saving more money doing it yourself and doing it right.They charged 211$ for a poor job. Save your time and money.

I brought my phone in to get it repaired on 8th Street, this place was charging 60 bucks less than everyone else, so why not . Told me that that their screen was defective and told me to go to the other store to try out a new one. So I went to their sister store by heb.. As soon as Steven open the phone up he showed me where the previous person broke the tab where you insert the screen . So I cant even fix the phone no more . Im out of a 600 phone . Hopefully I can save someone else trouble.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS !!!! Just over a month after having my cracked phone screen repaired streaks started to appear. The longer the screen is on the heavier the streaks would become and moving with images. The screen will also become completely yellow or pink. When I called the owner he said it was my fault and he would no warranty it. He said once I paid and walked out his shop there was no more warranty. So now Ill have to pay someone else $320 to fix it right. So dont get ripped off like me, go anywhere else than here !!!!! Heres a follow up. After going to several other repair shops and not telling them the problem with my phone, each shops first question was who replaced the LCD screen and improperly installed a low quality aftermarket LCD. And after informing them it was best cell phone repair, each of the other shops had said theyve had to redo him poor work and had heard nothing but negative remarks from customers. So with that, take some advice and DO NOT LET THIS GUY TOUCH YOUR PHONE. Unless you like paying double.

I bought a iPhone 7 Plus screen and battery from this guy, the battery shuts off whenever I do too much and the screen messes up and freezes almost everyday. His parts are all off brand and do not work, and then whenever I brought the batter back 4 days later he hassled me about switching it out because apparently it was too long after purchase, and then he flat out told me anything except Apple parts don’t work right . And yesterday (idk why) but I took my girlfriends iPhone 7 to his store and got the screen switched out, now her phone is freezing the day after ... his service is okay but his parts do not work
