Horrible experience. It only has 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I shouldve done this last year but decided to pay them a visit today to try and correct their deception. I bought a used car on Oct. Beautiful vehicle by the way. A used Ford Mustang. I shouldve known what I was getting into but anyway lets begin this scathing but truthful review... When I bought the vehicle the lady informed me of the muffler problem. Told me she would follow up the next week to get it fixed. By muffler problem I mean like both exhaust pipes were rattling and after further self inspection I noticed they were rusted out. I never got a follow up call and being the busy body I am couldnt travel 40 horrible miles on that highway that is in need of desperate repair.. I said ok I can live with missing exhaust pipes. Ill just make sure to fix the problem myself (out of pocket) before inspection time... Fine.... Fast forward to 2020 and it was time for new tires.. we all know where the cheapest tires in the US are. Ive been buying tired there since before I had a license lol. They are so cheap there . . Well I was informed by the tire technician that they couldnt service my tires because i had modified the rim?!??? I said that cant be those are stock rims and even have a Ford logo on them. The tech then continued to show me the rim size was 17 and they sticker on the door states the rims should be 18 and that tire place has a policy that if the numbers dont match they cant service my rims.. my speedometer is off by a mile because of this deception.. also mustangs have a mustang logo on the rim and not a Ford logo!?!??? I was furious and drove all the way to sky Mazda and informed the lovely but deceptive lady about these shocking revelations... Only to be promised a call back from the manager that I think is probably still in lunch as I type this right now... As you see I never got the call back. even after I told them I am purchasing another car and I still want to keep the mustang?!???!! I wanted to be a loyal customer to these liars and they couldnt even call me back!?!?! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and any other bureau and government agency. I see this as deceptive and a fraud.. Thank you Sky Mazda for affirming my belief that if I wanted a Ford Mustang I shouldve gone to a FORD Dealership and not a foreign Dealership.. I cant wait to go over there again. though I have to travel far and waste more money on gas I feel it will be worth it... That red Jeep is what I was going to purchase by the way....

I recently purchased my 2020 Mazda 3 from Sky Mazda in Odessa and I couldn’t be more impressed. Lisa was very knowledgeable of the selection of different Mazda’s she had to offer me. I found the one worth test driving and I loved it. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle’s different features, and she was thorough and patient during the remainder of the process. I’m in love with my Mazda 3. Horrible costumer service. They want you to buy a car without asking any questions. If you do ask questions they will give you an attitude. They don’t want to put any effort into making sure you are buying a good car that is safe and reliable, they just say “its is safe” and expect that to be enough. I was ready to buy the car after having my questions answered (they didn’t know any of the answers upfront and were clearly bothered that I was being so thorough and not just buying the car that same day). I checked the next day to see if the manager, who I was speaking to had an answer for me, and he told me that the car had been sold car… So unprofessional (I already had told him I was ready to put down $500 till the insurance check cleared). If you want them to be thorough and do their jobs, they will just sell the car out from under you.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The seller outright lied on several points of sale as well as the costs, practical use and functionality of the extended warranty. The platinum warranty limits the costs of any items or repairs to the point where the use is negligible at best. For example, towing is covered but only if it cost $50 or less. As ridiculous and useless as the extended warranty has been, trying to get the service department to actually do their job is even worse. Be prepared to wait a minimum of weeks and possibly up to a year just to get your stuff fixed because its not their fault that they didnt follow through with the paperwork. make sure every conversation you get with them is in writing or recorded because nothing is that is sad will be followed through unless you are willing to continuously waste your time and energy to be told its not our fault and well, theres nothing I can do about it.EDIT BASED ON ATTEMPTED CORRECTION FOR THE ISSUES: Deal with Randy. He is the one who will get results and/or useful information. Turns out the issue is covered under the powertrain warranty without even touching the extended warranty.... And yet the young lady at the service department phone Wednesday and Thursday couldnt be bothered to take the time to even check.Randy and the lady on vacation: willing to work to correct a problem and/or find out what needs to be done to get a solutionThe rest of the service department: start taking notes, you have a hell of a lot to catch up on learning!!Extended warranty: billed as covering everything except the dog eating the car. Practicality: one step from worthless.EDIT: The little critique at the bottom of the post says that they would get in contact with me tomorrow. Its been 7 months, no contact.

Took my car in to get serviced. They did a good job, I even got in on short notice. The only thing was the receptionist said it would be a couple of hours. To the that means about 2. I was there for over 4. I would still go back. Just make sure you have a complete understanding of ur services, time it takes, and if ur using any of their online coupons, make sure the receptionist knows ahead of time.

I purchased a car from them that they claimed went through all the mechanics and everything was perfect. I had trouble with the car from day one and called them and didn’t not receive a call back. I took my car to another mechanic and I had to have a shifter and torque converter replaced. The car actually broke down on the side of the road with my pregnant wife in it. I called Mazda wants my car was in the shop and they didn’t care about the situation and wouldn’t even help me with a rental car. They are scammers and don’t keep any promises they make. I will definitely not be buy another vehicle from them again.As you can read from the response they didn’t not address the fact that I said I HAD PROBLEMS FROM DAY ONE!!!! I received no callback and conveniently nobody was there to help me when I came back. Before you beat around the bush to cover your dishonest service you might read the entire post!Update from Kelly Grimsley Mechnic: the cars computer had been wiped and rebooted twice to try to correct engine vibration before I even had brought it to them and the problem was the torque converter. Any car lot that Turely went through a car and looked it over would see this it’s as easy as plugging in a computer. I have paperwork on everything that had to be done to fix the problem along with things that were done before I bought the vehicle. Sky Mazda is so dishonest I have a baby on the way and I’m stuck with a car that continues to still have issues and I was left without a vehicle while the repairs were being done. People like them have no honesty after the sale and DO NOT care about the customer. All paperwork is in the process of being submitted to the better business bureau. I don’t anyone to go into the mistake I have with still owing $20,000 on a car that won’t run.

The service manager, out right lied about what he was going to do in the sale. We went to p/u the vehicle he said they going to send it to another dealer. They had it in the back. The deal was made to look like he didnt care. He was rude.
