Update: changing my once 1 star review to 4 stars. The salesman has reached out to try and correct his mistakes. We are overall pleased with him/Sewell trying to make it right!Super disappointing experience.Came in to buy an Expedition. Was told from the start by our salesman, Robert, said Expedition had remote start, which is super important to me with 2 young kids in this heat! We sign the papers and go to load car seats in the new car. I decide to remote start it because, again, it’s hot! To my surprise, there is no remote start. Robert assured us it will get taken care of, but service department was not open that day, Saturday. He calls Monday saying we will be responsible for half the cost of getting the remote start installed ($300). Acts like this is generous. Call me crazy but I don’t think half off is too generous considering we spent 50k on a car that was promised to have it from the get go.Today, we take it to get installed. Robert says upon dropping car off that it will have 2 new key fobs with the start button. We waited all day just to have to call him at closing to see when the car would be ready. We pick up and to our surprise, we don’t get 2 new key fobs. Instead, we got an added bulky key fob with just the start button on it. And just one at that. So disappointing. All we have gotten is lies and the run around from Robert, which is extremely disappointing because everyone else we have come in contact with at Sewell has been awesome. Definitely ruined our experience. Mistakes happen, but to continually be lied to is absurd.
Hello, I had my 2019 Ford Mustang in your auto body shop for a week straight for the mechanic to tell me a Transmission leak is normal. Well, I called Andrews Ford and Midland Ford, and they said its not normal and I will be taking my business there. Im kind of disappointed in Sewell because I figured a business like that would do more than say a Transmission leak is normal when clearly its not normal.I was not charged for anything but honestly, they could have said we dont know or dont have the time.Furthermore, you drove my car around trying to diagnose a misfire and did not fill my gas tank back. On top of that (which is understandable) the misfire was never diagnosed. Had the other issue been resolved I would be back for that mistake. When the check engine light came back on.The car is under warranty so I wouldnt know why the mechanics would tell me its no issue. Very undesirable experience :(. From the looks of things (you cant judge a book by its cover) I really expected better service. FINALLY - the low tire pressure light is now on.I will not be back for business -Midland is only 10 miles away.
Johnny Brown is the best salesman. No one seems to know whats going on, but I know if I need help I just call him and he makes sure Im taken care of. He is the only person that calls me back.

Worst experience ever. Tried talking numbers on trucks and for one I was extremely low balled on trade. I’ve had much higher offers but I have heard so much good about Sewell. It’s all a lie. They also told me from 48 months to 72 months my payments wouldn’t change at all. I’ve purchased SO many fords. That’s all we drive. My fiancé has been in the dealership world for a decade and knows how it works. We’ve tried twice with them and won’t waste my time again. If I could give it zero starts I would. Not to mention I sat there for 2 hours just to be screwed with. I will find somewhere else to take my business for all my future vehicles.I was told I would get a call from the management team and no one has even tried to reach out. Don’t waste your time y’all.
DO NOT BE A WOMAN AND USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! New car has had all kinds of issues for all 4 months we have had it. Took it in and we were treated great at first but then just ignored. Problems were not fixed. I don’t think they even care.

Disappointing experience. I was having issues with my truck as it was dying at idle for no apparent reason. I scheduled a service appointment and paid for the repairs that were quoted to fix the vehicles issue. The next time I drove the vehicle after the service, all seemed well. However, a few weeks later, the same issue and problem started again. I described the issue and the service department tried to duplicate the problem - this is the same problem as the original which is why I brought it back. They were unable to replicate the issue I had described after test driving it for almost a week and about 60 miles. After receiving the truck back, the same issue occurred the same day - the same issue that they were unable to replicate after test driving for almost a week and was the original issue which was why I needed the vehicle fixed. Not to mention the repair lights came on before I took the truck into to get repaired but they must have those issues arise when they are testing the vehicle. Would not recommend for vehicle repairs, especially at the price point for the service. Here are the check engine lights both before and after the second service trial, which is after paying for the repairs originally.
Horrible service, and support to a life long Ford owner!!!! We were traveling through Texas pulling an RV and our F-150 broke down. They told us they wouldnt even look at it for 4-6 weeks!! Our entire vacation was only two and a half weeks.Had it truck towed to ROGERS FORD a few miles away. THEY GOT US IN, REPAIRED AND BACK ON THE ROAD IN 4 DAYS!!!!! I HOPE ANYONE LOCAL THAT READS THIS KNOWS WHERE THEY SHOULD BRING THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!
Not sure that I understand the process of making a warranty service appointment 4 weeks in advance, just to drop off the vehicle on the scheduled day and have it sit without any diagnosis or work for more than a day. Will find another dealer more interested in customer care.
I bought a new car from Jason Walker and I will vouch for his honesty and helpfulness. Forget the old jokes, this man kept his promise to me and I highly recommend doing business with him. I am very happy with my new vehicle and the level of service he provided by teaching me about high-tech features.
We just moved here and i made an appointment for my oil change and look at my back up camera wires. First of all why is someone making sure if you come in the door for the service dept not saying Good Morning can I help. then why be a smart about not needing to make an appointment on the oil change that theirs a quick lube station if I know about the quick lube i wouldnt be in there in the first place it a pretty place and the service dept needs help if they were working for commission i bet they would be greeting you at the door with a big smile.

Well, I love Ford, and they have lots of cars. They were very busy the day I went there. I was supposed to buy a new vehicle but it was taking to long so I had to leave. Not their fault entirely.
Carlos at the Lincoln Service center is the best. He is courteous, and friendly and keeps you informed on what is happening with your vehicle, The service team is also great. They always make sure everything is top notch with my car. They are so busy, but always work me in if I have a flat, or need something done right away. Their loaner cars are always clean and nice, and the courtesy drivers are always friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend using Sewell Lincoln Service.
Dealer has great service, but dont buy Zurich shield protection its a rip off. I trusted too much. I m just now looking at contract thinking I still got some extended warranty on this truck... its close to 5 years, financed for 6. Ford offers 5 years or 60k miles power tran .. how the hell do you all sell an extended warranty for 2k dollars for 60 thousand miles or 5 years... with a 100 dollar deductible... which by the way! starts the day of sale ...well played ! Well played.

Terrible customer service experience. I have never been treated so terribly. The only thing I am satisfied with is the actual truck I purchased. The service has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was supposed to get floor mats as part of my trade in. It took 5 weeks to get them after I was told it would take only a few days. I had to inquire several times and hunt down a manager to actually get them ordered. Then I came in to finally get them and my plates and wasn’t even offered an apology by the salesperson who lied to me multiple times about ordering them. I also had to carry the mats out and didn’t get my plates put on even though the text from the dealership said they would. It didn’t even come with screws in the front to put it on. Now I have to spend time and money getting those. I was lied to and not treated very well. I’ve bought cars for much less and got way better service. Needless to say I won’t be dealing with this place again. I will get my vehicle serviced anywhere else to avoid having to worry about their quality of work again. I would suggest you shop elsewhere.

We drove into town to pick up a new vehicle while it was being set up for us to pick up they found out the transmission needed to be replaced. After two days no time frame was given, they hadn’t looked into a new transmission we had to call and do the research and found out another location had transmissions available. We were lied to several times and wasted several days on a trip and ended up with no vehicle.
I flew in from another state to purchase a vehicle and had cash in hand. It took over two hours to hand the keys over. It’s been almost 3 months and we still have not received our plates for our vehicle, because they have not transferred the title to our state. No one is answering the phones or calling us back after we leave messages.
A very nice setup, if you have the time, they are always busy.

Purchased a used Platinum Expedition, had engine problems and was returned. The professionalism of a dealership is measured by when deals do not go well- I was very disappointed. Beware of subpar vehicles and Tony Berry is the epitome of a used car salesman and an impertinent haranguer.

Great customer service. When I took my Edge in the service department had me in and out of the dealership with a rental in less than an hour. While my car was being serviced they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle at least once a week. Once the car had been serviced, they made sure it was running good before returning it to me.

I was looking for a new 2019 F250 and had been shopping around quietly at local dealers before deciding what I wanted. When I drove in the parking lot at Sewell I had a good idea of what I wanted however, I did not see one on the lot. As soon as I came onto the lot (which was very late by the way) and parked I saw Manuel coming across the lot. His initial greeting was extremely helpful and not like your typical sales rep. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I wanted. We spoke and eventually I was shown a vehicle that I was really interested in. Because of the time I told him I would come back on a Saturday morning. When I arrived at 8:30am, Manuel had already sent the truck for a full inspection and detail for my pending purchase. The entire process was effortless and the transaction was complete before noon! This was by far the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. There was no pushing for add ins, accessories, etc. He truly listened to what I wanted and delivered at a high standard. This experience has given Manuel and Sewell my business in the future without a doubt!
Best looking dealership in west Texas in my opinion. The inside just looks so upscale and nice. The environment feels welcoming not overwhelming. The sales staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They wont try to push a sale on to you. Take a drive around the lot and look at their vehicles they wont mind one bit.

Friendly sales staff, great selection of vehicles. Several days after my visit I learned the sales staff didnt listen to anything I requested. I told them of my situation, they ignored and ran my credit thru multiple lenders instead of the one Im currently using. So now that I have the cash to buy, they will not get my business. We live in a money hungry world, and respect and customer service are a thing of the past.

November 2017 my wife traded in her ford explorer for a 2017 Ford Focus roughly 6 months after leaving the lot with brand new car we started having issues with the vehicle trying to die on us idling at red light or stop sign took it to get looked at they said nothing wrong, get car back continued to do the same thing then it would give us trouble accelerating from traffic light or pulling out of parking lot like it didnt want to go,...took it back again techs still say nothing wrong with it once again, several repeated visits as problems progressed front end started making grinding noises returned to service dept again and once again the tech says its normal for that car cause another identical vehicle did the same thing take car back started wondering wth was going on either as ere imagining this or the tech just not fixing our car for some other reason went back when the car started shaking at around 65-70 on highway now they wanted to charge 230 to diagnose and we decided it was time to call corporate they referred tous to roger ford in midland to get 2nd opinion turns out clutch in transmission was slipping and getting stuck .....but sewell ford tech told us nothing was wrong with the car it was normal......got the report to take and show service dept manager at sewell and he gives his tech a high regard keep in mind he said nothing wrong with the car...I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO SEWELL FORD. never wanted my wife in a ford in the first place but now my wife understands why and it funny how many people probably having the same problems with there service department.Kinda wondering how many of the 5 star reviews are legit honestly.
I have a 2014 F350 6.7 that needed a water pump replaced on the primary system. I called to get a quote well because we all know everything out here is oil field pricing. I was told the job would be $2,000+ when back home in Dallas it was $916+/-. Service advisor told me there was a 2hr diagnostic at $185 an hour. Also said they had to replace the serpentine belt per Ford. I explained to him the belt was replaced at 103,000 miles and the vehicle only had 113,000 currently. He said it didnt matter it was still required. So obviously I took the truck to my dealer in Dallas. With the water pump, labor, and them replacing front brakes and rotors that I had brought them total out the door was $1062. Not saying this is a horrible place because Ive obviously never did business here. Just making folks aware of their horrible overpricing.

I bought 2 80 thousand dollar trucks from Sewell and planned on buying more (growing business). Today I called in to schedule service, was told they were busy and someone would call me back. Here I am (hours later) still no call back. I guess I’ll call Rogers Ford?
I went in looking for a deal on a work truck, an F250. Sat down with the sales person, Joann Davidson, and she was outstanding. In less than 30 minutes she found exactly what I was looking for, priced it out with outside accessories and we had a deal. She worked out all the payment information with my corporate office in Houston, and 2 days later I picked up the truck. Outstanding customer service, and I appreciate her considerable efforts.

Sewell Ford works hard to provide great customer service at a fair price. We have purchased several vehicles from them for both personal and business use. They are the best and only dealership we will go to in the Permian Basin. Franco is a great salesman to work with and the finance guys will work hard to get you the financing you want.

30,000 maintenance service on my 2017 F250. Didnt take to long, hour half, pleasant service rep. I still believe is a nice dealership just a little overboard. Its more like a spa resort than a dealership. I was walking around the lobby they have posted that they have applied for an alcohol permit for the cafe...Not so sure thats a good idea.
Just a very Awesome experience! Everyone has been so nice to me! Shout out to my Sales man Danny, for helping me get my dream car! And sending me those awesome recipes in the mail!!! Always delicious ones! And for Chez in the office, she is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, and helpful! I would recommend this dealership to any one. I have had nothing but good come from them!
*revised :while lead time is still very frustrating, I cant really complain about quality of work from previous work done, customer service rep has always been pleasant on phone, also impressed by quick response to review....But, Three weeks out for service work?If I cant get my vehicle serviced or worked on locally, why would I bother buying locally???
