We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After doing paperwork the finance person asked if we wanted the paperwork printed or emailed. We told him whichever was easiest for him. We never received the email and have multiple phone calls and no return calls my husband ended up driving over to pick up the paperwork.The salesperson told us that she had been in contact with the previous owner of the vehicle I purchased and that they were gonna drop the key in the mail. I have text and called and again I have not gotten a return call.Then the biggest thing is a letter came in the mail a few days ago that the car I traded in was not paid off. I still owe a balance on a car I traded in that All American has already sold. I watched the sales lady call and get an exact payoff and they still did not pay off my vehicle. Apparently this is the thing with them as I get online to leave a review I see Im not the only one this has happened to! Once again, I call and leave a message and no return call. They need to make this right and quit dodging customers when there is a situation they need to take care of!I even went on their Facebook page trying to get someone to listen to me or call me back. I purchased this vehicle 6 weeks ago. Ive been trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and not leave a bad review but they absolutely have the worse customer service. Ive given them 6 weeks to improve their communication and customer service but Im done!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They agreed to payoff my trade in within a certain amount of time but that did not happen so I had to make the payment myself on a truck I no longer have! So when I called them and told them about that’s when they supposedly got a check to take to the bank but it was not for the amount we had agreed on. So as of today I am out 1100 dollars courtesy of the dealership. Beware if you decide to give them your business because their contracts don’t mean nothing to them, much less their customers!

I feel like they made up some stuff to get out of using my warranty. I can’t prove it, so I won’t get into any specific accusations. I just have my suspicions.I will say it took months to get to my vehicle. They also took weeks to get me the loaner I was entitled to bc of my warranty. And they charged over $3k for a $200 part and what is actually 2 hours of labor to replace.I would have just done it myself if I hadn’t thought to use the warranty I’d bought. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend them for service. I won’t buy another vehicle from them or any All American dealer. And def NEVER BUY A WARRANTY.

A HORRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SALESPERSON (NELLY), MANAGEMENT, AND FINANCE.They are UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. My mom did not have the car for a WEEK & it BROKE DOWN ON HER.The dealership did not try to communicate with her on what to do to pick the car & the salesperson did not share what was going on with my mom (passed from cancer was in the hospital for weeks) to them so that paperwork could be signed. When she signed for the car and put a DEPOSIT, SHE DID NOT TAKE IT HOME WITH HER BECAUSE THEY HAD TO FIX IT FOR 5 DAYS!! When it was time to GET HER DEPOSIT BACK, THEY SAID NO AND LIED SHE HAD IT FOR A MONTH!!!!! I called the salesperson numerous of times not answer and called the dealership went up there and NO ANSWER.THE WORSE CAR DEALERSHIP!!! They didnt even say sorry for your loss or even show they care about their customers!!!

If you have ever dealt with Norma in parts/service you will understand. Avoid this location at ALL costs. The Trent Dilfer looking gentleman was very supportive as well as the service manager. You never know who you can trust. This guys always gave me the runaround when it came to my driver seat being replaced. Now that my warranty is done. now they tell me that the seat was returned because it was there too long. When every oil change I asked about the seat and they always said they would call me back about its being almost a year and now i just gotta make peace with this. If i can say something if you guys dont like working look for a job were your actions arent screwing people out of there own money.

Have had my car in the twice before today to fix the hood latch. Had a 9AM appointment today for the same thing. They said Id have to leave it for three to four days to diagnose the problem and have no rentals for me as called for in my service contract. Neither of which I was told when I made the appointment.On top of that my temporary tags expire in two days. I keep checking on the tags and asked to wait till they call me. I camped in their lobby till they told me they were ordered and I could go down to the DMV and get a extension. Which I have to pay for.

Came in for an oil change but also had issue with my rear window defrost. Gina did a great job getting me a ride home and back to dealership. She followed up with the defrost issue and set me up an appointment to resolve that.

Service department it’s the worst I’ve seen, they had my car for MONTHS!! And every time you ask them about it they can’t give you answers, all they do is act like they are taking care of the issue but they do nothing!! I’m definitely not going back at all and will not recommend this place ever!!

The 1 stars is for the service department. They dont communicate well and it takes a long time to get repairs. Over a month and my husbands Jeep is still not done. For a simple repair of the Alternator. We have always bought vehicles here.....that Dept. has always been good. This is not first time I have had issues with getting work done on vehicles we have purchased there.

They were fast and efficient. My vehicle was ready with in minutes after the parts were put on. Sadly I couldn’t wait for it, I had to go back to work they notified me and made arrangements to pick me up.

Every time it was given back to me I had to return it this is the 5th time. Talked to GM wont help to get a new truck sent me with salesman he never called I had to call him several times. Went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond my expectations. I have been having trouble with the oil filter housing due to it being stripped and they were THE ONLY PLACE THAT WAS ABLE TO FIX IT WITH A CHEAP OIL CHANGE!!! Thank y’all for making my day.

Service department is horrible. We went in for an oil change at 9:30 am. We didnt leave until 3:30pm. No communication whatsoever. Our vehicle was ready but no one let us know until we went to the service desk and asked the status of our vehicle. Sad thing was that there were two other customers upset cuz of the wait time. Plus when we were able to get our car we noticed a nail in our tire so that was more wait time. We understand things happen but communicate with your customers and make sure they are getting exactly what they go for. While your customers are waiting make sure to keep them updated on their vehicles instead of your customers having to go ask what is taking so long. You represent the company you work for and your performance says alot.

My husband brought our Dodge in for our first oil change and he said it was in and out quickly and Arturo helped him and was very friendly and helpful.

Robert Salazar gave me a refreshing and ethical car buying experience. I had a difficult situation and throughout the entire process he remained optimistic and refused to give up on me and my negative equity that I’d be carrying over. Robert continued to be transparent every step of the way and I’m glad he approached me while my original saleswoman was tied up with a customer. I appreciate everything the finance team and sales managers did for me also, very good group of people here in Odessa.

Sign should be changed from fast oil change to hours before oil change.I have been here since 840 am its now 2 25 and I still dont have my car. Dont recommend you bringing your car here at all.

The service manager was very condescending, the vehicle was not ready at the promised time. They gave no updates at all and their communication was poor at best. When the def pump was replaced they emptied the tank and did not refill it after the service work was completed. I have escalated a case to RAM customer care. Would not recommend this dealership.

I took my car in about a month ago for a recall and an update and its still at the service department. Im on a rental car and have yet to pay them for their service. I have called numerous times to ask about my car and they give me the run around and keep me on hold for over 30 minutes! If Id know Id be without my car for this long I would of taken it elsewhere. Im very disappointed and will never use them for servicing my car or much less buy from them. Id rather go out of town to another dealership. Im sure Im not the only one who feels this way.

Dropped truck off for a recall, asked for a rental car because it was going to take 3 days, and was denied because they have a driver that is paid to give rides back and forth to the shop. I received a call stating my truck was ready and Andre we was on his way Friday morning.Its us now Saturday Evening and Im still waiting on that driver.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Everyone I visited with was very nice and courteous. Matt, our sales guy, was so sweet, I really like the way he went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. He was very personable and easy to talk with. After the sale he made sure everything that was promised was delivered.

Went to get some warranty work done on the seat belt that wouldnt retract. Made an appointment and got in within 2 days. They had the part in and the seat belt repaired same day of the appointment. We went in and picked it up the next day. Jason communicated well through texts, instead of calling at all hours, because we work nights.

Two stars, because the general manager intervened and made it right on behalf of the service department.I don’t recommend the service shop to anyone.Went in for a fuel filter replacement and tire rotation. It took 4 hours.They did not have the Mopar fuel filter so they were going to install a non original part without informing me.They did an oil change without me asking for it.I had just changed the oil 7 days ago. The truck did not need one.Tech did a “mandatory” engine filter inspection, typical upsell. Left the filter housing bolts loose.I gave them a chance to earn my business but they blew it.Service manager is supposed to take the blame for the techs but instead made excuses.Kudos to Jason the GM. He took care of everything.

They were very straight forward. Let me ask all the questions I needed to and had everything they needed to prove they were being truthful. You know the saying “You can never trust a salesman”, I can honestly say Chris Haney wasn’t like that. He was truthful about certain things even if it was something I wouldn’t want to hear. The staff there was very friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. Although, at times, the music was a little too loud I couldn’t hear my salesman. I have to add tho, it was really good music 😄. The cars they have are in great condition and the pricing is good too!! I will update if anything changes with the vehicle. 😊✌🏽

Little sister bought a jeep a month and a half ago. Immediately had to take it in because the heater was not working correctly. Took them three weeks to fix it, but when we picked it up, we had to drop it back off because the check engine light came on, traction control light came on, and the brake lights would not turn off, even when the jeep was off. Little sister even bought the MOPAR warranty, yet we still cant get it fixed. The jeep is still being worked on, at this point, Im not sure the mechanics know what they are doing. Extremely disappointed. Little sis is so frustrated, her dream car was a Jeep, but this experience has ruined it for her. We had to cancel our spring break trip because of this. They are doing the Jeep brand a disservice.

We traded in our Chrysler 300 and purchased a 2021 Jeep 4x4. The sales women was very helpful. The finance group assisted us very helpful and we will continue to shop at lithia. We are on out 4 purchase. 👍🙏

I went to buy a fob battery for my dad. The girl in parts provided terrible customer service. Then, I walked to service and the first person to assist me wasnt doing a good job of explaining the fob issue, so a tattoo guy stepped in to help me. This guy should be the front person for that department. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of explaining the problem with the fob. Unfortunately, I forgot his name but he had cool tats and was genuinely a nice guy. I would have given them a single star, but because of this helpful person, I gave 3 stars

If i could give zero stars i would. took them over two months to pay off trade in. had to make payments on trade in and on the new truck we traded for. it was a teribble experence. we kept getting the run around on them. By the finance manger Joseph and by the asst GM. it put us in a tight spot and they didnt send the pay off untill i started to question them everyday. it took me calling going up there and emialing the GMs to get updates on this. We had a much better time and experience buying in the DFW area no wonder a lot of people go out of town to buy or trade in. its not just the price its the people you deal with at the dealer ship.

Everyone that helped me out was very helpful and friendly I had a great experience. The salesman Sergio Villarreal did everything he could to help me out and I surely do appreciate it, I definitely will be coming back and referring my family and friends!

I traded my 2015 RAM 3500 for a new 2021 RAM 3500 on 2.14.2021. 4 months later i receive Toll bills for someone driving my old truck through the DFW area from March through to today totaling over 1k of toll charges and the state threatening me with revoking my registration on my other vehicles. When i talked to the dealership, Bobby which i guess is the used car manager, acts as if i should thank my lucky stars that they are talking to me about it, when they wont take any accountability for this. They are trying to put it on me to call the new owner of the truck to have him remove the plates the dealership was supposed to remove. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service from this dealership in which i have purchased quite a few vehicles from them. Here we are 4 months later and I am now having to take legal action against this dealership. I hope this helps you in your decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Its all about bullying and seeing who can swindle customers out of the most money. Jason Mandell is particularly slimy, and if you give him a bad review he will call your husband to call you names.
