They were so helpful in the store and recommendations. Our balloons deflated after taking them home and they were so nice and gave us a new set all ready to pick up when we got there. The one downside is the store seems to have boxes out, low supply and dirty.

We had threw a graduation party for my sister and decided to go to party city for the decor and kaitlyn helped us so much! she knew exactly what we needed, everyone ended up loving the decorations we got, service was superb.

Not enough cashiers vs balloon handlers. Everytime I come here, there is at least a 15 min wait in line, with only 4 people ahead of me.

I went to make a return, the manager Freddie argued with me about Apple Pay, that it would show when it was Apple Pay. I showed him the transaction. He said all he could give was a store credit. They had no idea what was going on. I will only be back to use the store credit. Just poor management and very unstructured.

Always fun to come in here. They don’t have a great selection but when you live in Odessa this is all you got to choose from!

I had a gender reveal so I took my balloons to them with the envelope of my results, they made them with blue confetti and the results said it was a girl, we looked them after having our balloons popped out. What a waste of money and time. Never again!!!

Great customer service Heaven and Brenda stayed late just so we can make several trips to get all of are balloons to our event. Made us feel so welcome!!!!! These lady’s are so sweet and funny. Only place I would ever come back to get balloons for future events.

I managed to find a few things for my 1 year ago birthday party (shelves a mess). Bought balloons and paid for them to be filled the day before the party. I live an hour away and they call the day before pick up saying they wont be filling my balloons. So now I have to drive an hour to get a refund on my balloon, then run around to find more......did I say that I have a 3 and 1 year ago.....so it not like making trips for things like that is very easy anyways

Took my 2 year old into the store to look for party supplies. The manager Thomas was screaming at his employees making them feel stupid. Scared my two year old with his over done attitude and voice. He needs management training and Jesus. I suggest all his employees walk out on him and let him handle everything.

I bought a pair of gloves. I opened the package and realized that I got 2 left gloves. I went back to the store, I had the receipt and was trying to exchange them for a correct pair. I was treated AWFULLY. Conversation as follows: We do not accept any return that has been opened! I had to open it to realize that I bought two left gloves. Are you sure you are holding them right?!? Yes. As you can see, there are two left gloves. We DO NOT do returns on any open packages! This continued for awhile. Finally another employee went and got me a new package that had a left AND a right glove. Ridiculous!!!!

The manager, or whoever he was, was nasty and no customer service skills. The other employees were embarrased by him. I will NEVER go there again.

I didnt catch the ladiess names that helped me but they were awesome. Two young ladies assisted me with my purchase. I went in the store to look for items to surprise my birthday girl and these ladies went out of their way to help. They stopped what they were working on to help guide me to making my daughters birthday surprise extra special. Excellent customer service and very convenient shopping experience. Thanks ladies.

Well I am having my little girls first birthday and I loved that they had all the Minnie Mouse stuff to make her 1st birthday amazing.

Like a wide array of party options? THIS is the place for you. Lots of balloons, paper-ware, feather boas, novelty hats, stuff for gift bags, cake decorating, weddings, first birthdays, candy, superfluous holiday dress and decor. I have never seen so much balloons in one place. They seem to try and have a section for every possible event, though admittedly their baby shower section was small. Cant wait till Halloween. That may be their largest and best selection time of year.

Everything was good but they dont keep much of and NFL stuff especially balloons but other than that i was ok with what they had maybe they will get better at it. But they were slow on the cash registers only one employee was working up there and no one else

1st off i have to say it was huge bigger than i imagined it would be. But when there is a mess down every isle its too much to deal with. Definitely will be trying it again to give it another chance but found some great baby shower items

They told me that it was going to take 35 minutes for them to fill just 6 balloons with helium. Really? I gave them my phone number so they can call to let me know when they finish which they never did. When I came back, they didn’t give me the balloons right away even though I had the receipt. Instead, they made me wait in a long line to pick up the balloons I already paid. Never going to that place again

Great store, and the organization of items is good, but a lot of items do not have a price tag. This is inconvenient for customers, but a strain on your workers when the customers drags the item up front to check price and the employee has to return the item to the shelf.

Bad service. The cashiers were constantly talking and playing amongst themselves and not taking care of the customers. They have several cash registers, but only one opened. Then Kim would stop the transaction to do price checks. Ridiculous! Very unprofessional!

Staff is never friendly unfortunately and thats always a big thing for me to return to any establishment. I do love the many many products and items for all occasions thay they have.

Helpful staff. Balloons were ready. Do preorder on Friday and Saturday for balloons to make sure they are ready.

They have good prices but the staff could be a little more friendly.

This place has almost everything you would need to throw a party. It is a little in the price side. And they never have enough people working and you spend way more time in line then you do in the store shopping.

Didnt have the theme I was looking for, although there are only 2 employees there literally took 1 hr just to be checked out before she could tell me they didnt have the rest of the itmes I needed 🙄

The store itself is organized but I think it is very expensive, and very bad service, one of them stood up and told us very rude that we could not measure the masks or touch anything so how am I going to buy it? I wonder if I can take it

Bad service, I bought balloons to be filled with helium, they asked me for the phone number and they told me to come back in half an hour while they filled the balloons, when I returned there was a long line, I went straight for my balloons thinking that they would deliver them to me since before I had I stood in line, I had paid for them and no, they made me stand in line again. In particular I do not return to the place.
