Started out great. My wife & I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 Lariat, and the only wrong with it was the touch screen for the stereo was broken. They tacked an extra $500 to the price of the truck, and sent the truck off to get it fixed. After the stereo was fixed we realized that it was I fact still not functioning correctly(only way to navigate stereo was through voice command, touch screen DOESNT work!). They promised to get it into the Ford house to get it fixed and never did. That was almost 10 months ago, and after me calling and getting false promises numerous times, I finally gave up. Dont trust these people, the owner is a friend of my Father-in-laws and we still had this problem.

One of their sales associates stole my 2000. Down Payment. The owner had me sign a affidavit so they could file charges on him. (Brian ) but the dealership didnt give me the credit for the down Payment on the contract and the transmission went out in the car,so I didnt pay for it,so now Im still trying to get the cap off my credit.
