I took my car to Kenny to have my flex pipe welded. Come to find out he used putty on my flex pipe instead of welding it. When I confronted him, he would not give me a refund or fix the issue. Also, he does not call you when your car is finished nor does he answer the phone when you call to check on your car. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Very friendly lady works the day shift. Polite gentleman works at night, very helpful. Awesome place to fill up, prices are normally lowest in town.

This place is AWFUL!!!!!!! Literally the only word that can discribe this place and the people that work there! The first day I went the nice lady that works in the gas station was nice to me and my little one and the automotive worker was great with telling me what was going on with my truck but thats where the awesome service stopped. After having them get my part and dropping my truck off early so I could get it back the same day or early the next the service was terrible. From telling me they would call me to give me an update to me calling myself to find out about my truck only for it not to be done or even worked on. Its now day 2 and I still have no truck and probably wont have it back til Tuesday. They didnt even touch the truck for two days. Then they ignore my calls and hang up in my face Im just over the NO communication and the lack of workmanship there. If i knew it would be like this i would have went somewhere else and spent the money. My only source of transportation as a mother and they have it under lock and key. My frustration is through the roof.

This Shell gas station has some awesome workers. They are very helpful and kind. I really appreciate their spirit and Ill recommend this gas station for all people who lives nearby.

Beware of this mechanic shop.If I could give the zero stars I would. The mechanic shop at this place needs so much help there are parts and tools scattered everywhere. There is zero organization which leads me to my point.I took my car to get the radiator replaced and came out with a broken cylinder and some other wired knock happening on the engine. To top it off I found a screw driver inside of the hood.To make matters worse the plastic part that protects engine block was just placed on top of the block without any of the wing nuts. This my worse encounter with a mechanic shop ever!

They did a great job fixing my truck. They always fix it the right way the first time. I never have t9 bring it back!

My starter when out while I was at the post office across the st from shell. Everywhere I Called was closed or need to make appointment.the guys at shell came across the st took A look @ my car and called the tow in less the an hour my Chrysler 300C was back on the road. & they where very knowledge of this vehicle

Don’t go to the car service department. Those guys had my car two days and didn’t even touch it. I don’t recommend you waste your time. I wish I could give this company negative stars. Please please please don’t use this car service department ever ever ever. Unprofessional and save your time and money.

I just came to get assistance with air pressure in front right tire but the mechanic gave me difficult time...Im permanently disabled wearing a soft cass on right foot (partial amputation). Mechanic not only made me wait more than ten minutes, he and the cashier scoff and made discriminating comments. I felt disrespected as well as miss treated as a female. Poor customer service towards African Americans and the disabled😯😐😑Ask for the mechanic name and whos his supervisor; he refuses both his name and his bosss name. Very unprofessional and poor customer service😐😑To add insult to insult, the amigo who refuses to give me his name and information to reach out to supervisor; took the cap off my rear passenger tire when checking for air. When asked him to put it back he denied and gave me $10 and said, You probably need sone food... I was offended and had to go to the Auto Zone to replace what he took😐😑

I ran out of gas while driving down route 32 and Odenton Shell was one of the two nearest gas stations (the other was a Gulf station across the street). The mechanic was so helpful, gave me good advice about my infiniti M35x, and loaned me the gas can for free! Please, reader, patronize this gas station for my sake.

I couldnt be happier with the service and quality of work done here. I brought BMW X5 in to have the oil changed, Brakes and fluids examined for any potential issues for an upcoming road trip. My gps also had not been working for 6 months and I asked for a quote for that as well. I was nervous my car would be in the shop forever and if end up spending a ton of money. I was charged for way less than Good Years Across the had outed me, and my car was ready the next day. I cant recommend them any more. Youre definitely going to want to bring your car here for pretty much anything.

Used to do a good job now they are overworked. Its the only reason I can imagine for not answering he phone to bnb update me on the status of my vehicle. Kenny says he works every day. Shop is open 7 days a week. He must be exhausted to the point of poor work / poor decisions. Told me the truck would be repaired yesterday. Here it is 4 PM the next day and he wont even come to the phone to talk to me about whats going on.....he must be really tired....

Fuel Type Selector Buttons Dont Work Reliably

There are so many sharks in this business!!! If you dont know much about cars & are tired of getting ripped off, take your to shell, My Altinator wasnt charging enough. I Took the car to advance auto and they recomended Odenton shell. The gentlemen was able to pick my vehicle up from advance auto parts. Gave me a reasonable cost to repair & best of loaner car while they repair mine.I appreciate the professional attitude of everyone I met at the shop

Stopped to get gas here on saturday for the first time. I drove past the Exxon whos premium gas was 20 cents cheaper to go here because of gas points. I put premium in my 2016 mustang gt with 24k miles and it stalled out when I started it (which has never happened) It then stalled out again when I left the restaraunt and again the next morning and also started pinging when I went for a short drive. I decided to put a fuel booster in it which helped with the start up (which is still rough) but not the pinging. This gas is clearly watered down. Dont go to this station if you value your car!

I drive a diesel truck. Filled up here when on empty. Worst miles per gallon Ive ever gotten from a tank of fuel.

I retract that statement. They do a half ads job and over charge YOUR CREDIT CARD . I WOULDNT BRING MY BICYCLE THERE AGAIN. THE OWNER KENNY IS A THEFT.
