He spends time with you, gets to know you, and makes sure that your eye care is working in a way that is healthy and also functional for your lifestyle at home and in the workplace. The rest of the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to serve you in whatever way they can

My family and I have been going to Oconomowoc Vision Clinic for a number of years and we always have a great time. The optometrist is amazing, knowledgeable and very personable. The staff is always courteous, efficient and helpful with all aspects of our visits whether it be insurance, scheduling, picking out frames and even adjusting or fixing frames that get stepped on. They also have evening and weekend hours to accommodate our work schedules.

Outstanding staff who made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in (I had my Crown Royal mask on). Dr. Bjork took the time to explain what the issue was and listened to/answered all of my questions. As an ADDED bonus, they the Queen of Soul was playing on their music system, so I was able to listen to Aretha Franklin whilst my pupils dilated!

State of the art diagnostic equipment and skilled staff support Dr.Bjork in providing for my eye care needs for nearly a decade. Not just there to sell eyeglasses or upgrading prescriptions unless necessary as some vision shops do these days. Has my full confidence -- and Im picky!

Great experience. My daughter was well taken care of from the comprehensive exam to picking out her new glasses. There was a kind woman (I cant remember her name) who brought of many different sets of frames and helped us decide what looked best. We dont have insurance and were not judged or treated any differently, in fact quite the opposite. Lovely people. We are now loyal patrons. Thank you.

Very nice and professional. I worked with Dr.Bjork and he was very kind and knowledgeable. The biggest issue is that I provided my insurance info 2xs before the appointment and after my appointment and picking my glasses and driving alll the way home (30 mins to the Falls) I got a call 2 days later saying they didnt except my insurance and they are offering me a reduced price for the exam. Bad business and a mistake that should not be happening especially in a time like this.

I have been coming to Oconomowoc Vision Clinic for a few years now and cannot recommend it strongly enough. They have an outstanding staff that has consistently gone above and beyond to help me and my family with our vision care needs and Dr. Bjork is phenomenal as well.

We are continuously very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service we receive each time we go here. I love my glasses that I got from the Oconomowoc Vision Clinic. I have gotten many compliments on the frames & have appreciated the quality of the product. The staff was very helpful, friendly & professional. I was given good advice on choosing the frames style & color which was very welcome. There are so many choices that it can be overwhelming!

Staff is nice doctor is okay, but well educated. I ordered new glasses and when they came in two weeks later (after telling me one) they were maybe 2 to 3 sizes bigger. The things that go behind the ears to keep the glasses stable goes far, far below where my ear ends. Very disappointed that I wasted $200+ on a completely different pair than what I expected to get. 2 Stars.

I worked with Dr. Bjork and Lyn at reception, they are so kind and take the time to really listen to your concerns and help you with what you need and they were even able to fit me in on the same day that I called. Lyn was so sweet she even called the pharmacy for me to compare my Rx prices. Thank you Oconomowoc Vision for giving me dry eye relief!

Dr. Bjork is great, no complaints about the exam. Jason was very patient and took time to help me find the right pair of glasses. I have tried most vision clinics in Oconomowoc and this one is the best!

Terrible customer service, nice doctor and nice selection of glasses but theyre HORRIBLE with following up with customers. Had multiple mistakes with everyone in our families frames and they couldnt even follow up with a phone call when the new pair arrived, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. Disappointed

The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices seem reasonable for the doctors visits etc. frames seemed a little more expensive, but arent glasses always.
