I love this store. Always have. I just had an issue with getting through the furniture section due to some customers refusing to move briefly.

Cashier knew nothing about Big Lots app to answer questions I had. Also didnt know if they had small cans of soda as opposed to 12 oz size.

I like big lots the one in ocean springs is very nice clean and everyone seems to be kind and very helpful but the one in diberville and gulfport not so much the employees are Rude and as always smart mouthed look if you dont like your job get one you do like

Must be starting another season or the store is too big for the limited merchandise for sale. The limited or unavailable items caused me to leave. I found more of what I needed at Dollar Tree.

Wonderful experience. We were looking for a medium size planter and could not find one. As we were leaving the manager stopped us to ask if we found everything. After explaining, he mentioned they had more planters in the back on the floor. Hey, we found what we needed!!! Great Job by Big Lots in Ocean Spring MS Saturday 5:00pm Crew!!!! They had a great Halloween selection and a massive furniture selection unlike most of the Big Lot Stores I have been in.

We love Big Lots... but their ladies restroom needs to be checked and cleaned more often.😒

Nice store over in ocean springs ms. Had a small selection of halloween but maybe more will be soon to come hopefully. I recommend this store! (Spirit Halloween is here in this area too)

Service is non existant at Pascagoula location. Could not get a straight answer about delivery service even though signs say they will deliver. No one smiled or acted like my $360.00 purchase mattered. I like my Stratlounger Ive been saving to buy but no more $$$$Ss will be spent there again.

Big Lots is a great place to find good prices on lots of different items from kitchenware to furniture and even lawn and garden. Youll find some of the most interesting foods also. Just remember, if you find something in the food section you like, grab more than one because you never know when it will be available again!

I love big lots! If you have been in one you know. Their stock regularly updates so every couple weeks is exciting new stock. They have some pretty great deals from time to time!

I always shop at Big Lots for items such as shampoo, body wash, household items, etc. that some people get at that store called w-mart. I never shot there and havent in 7 years- so Big Lots is where I go. Store had plenty of cashiers, the line wasnt too long, the items are required where in stock and had I needed to ask someone where something was they would have gladly helped me. Ive been shopping at Big Lots for 6 years and cant recall being too disappointed. If they had cold items and meat thatd be wonderful & Id probably just shop there dor it all. Another great thing to mention about this particular store is that the cashiers have been there awhile and thats not always the case other places.

When I entered the store, the cashier greeted the other customers but not me. When I was ready to check out at the register, the cashier looked up at me and continued to play with her cell phone. When another customer approached the register, she started checking that customer out and skipped me. She didnt apologize or anything. I left my things at the register and walked out the store. I wont return to this store anymore. All customers should be treated equal.

Great service

They advertise product that are on discount and they will never receive it. On top of that, they will not sell the floor samples but after returning a week later, they were sold. Poor, poor business model

Great place to find dry goods and non-perishable food. Better quality goods than big box stores, at a competitive price. Only drawback- bathrooms are disgusting.

Did some Christmas shopping here. The sales floor was well organized but the bathroom needed some tidying.

Great prices, but a bit unorganized. Items are not grouped in sections. Everything is just put wherever they can fit it. Employees dont seem to be there to help the customers or for that matter to help you at all. If you ask a employee where would I find the hair products, she pointed her finger and said somewhere over there, I think.We wanted to lease purchase furniture and the employee gave us a pamphlet and that was it. So needless to say we did not purchase and furniture.

Of most biglots this one is nice. They are always in a good mood when you come in and checking out. Helpful staff are all over this store.

The Ocean Springs Big Lots is a clean, well-laid-out store, and the best weve seen . The staff is friendly and helpful.

Typical Big Lots with one of the largest furniture sections Ive ever seen for a Big Lots. The building and shopping plaza is quite outdated and rundown...there is a massive sinkhole near the parking lot exit.
