Great place for breakfast. Had the vegetarian and Mexican omelettes and they were both delicious. We also had french toast, pancakes, waffle, bacon, etc. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. Prices were reasonable too. Wait time for a table were typically not long. Great view to the ocean too from both of inside and outside. Probably best place on the boardwalk for breakfast.

CLOSED TILL SPRING! Café Beach Club opens at 7am for breakfast…one of the first on the Board Walk to be open. Steve, the owner-chef, and his team do a great job to consistently prepare a delicious breakfast. (I’ve never been there for lunch but I’m confident you’ll find the same quality hosting and culinary excellence.) Watching the ocean from the narrow balcony, while enjoying breakfast and a single shot espresso in a dainty cup, is one of our personal highlights of visiting OC.

The lunch I had here was very good and very reasonable pricing. Ill also add that they had some of the nicest staff anywhere on the Boardwalk. Very happy with my experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to share — if not for others, then for the staff of cafe beach club. While the food was fine, a couple people, who I would guess are the owners, were extremely rude to their employees. It was unfortunate to see the staff at cafe beach club working hard while the owners parade around with a nasty attitude. I will not be coming back, but left the waitress a hefty tip! She was wonderful!

Awesome place to eat breakfast! I love their omelets and waffles. It’s nice to eat outside and look right at the Boardwalk. The staff and service is also excellent. I honestly have no complaints. It’s a great place to eat and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Usually just roam the boardwalk to find a place to eat lunch....get tired in the heat and end up just picking anyplace...but today actually planned ahead and chose the Cafe Beach club based on other reviews...Had a WONDERFUL lunch....sat in the shade along the boardwalk so got to people watch...service was excellent...food yummy!...Enjoy!

Everytime we eat at the beach club Cafe it just gets better and better. The staff is always on top of all your needs, refilling your coffee, water and even your iced tea! The food is not only delicious but the presentation always makes the experience even better.....Jan

Breakfast selection was plentiful. Im a fan of Eggs Benedict and the English muffin was not toasted costing them a star.

Breakfast is very good. Some wait staff seem miserable especially the older lady (she’s short), I don’t know her name, you’ll know who I’m talking about if you see her. RUDE. She was not welcoming at all, gave attitude when we got there. Then when leaving she looked right at us and put the chain across hallway and walked away, didn’t open it back up to let us walk out, didn’t say anything kind. Just plain rude. Hopefully you don’t get her as a waitress, we were lucky enough to get a young girl who was kind. This place deserves more stars but its wait staff like her that ruins the experience.

We are staying at the hotel and its been great so far, came down for breakfast this morning and the old woman who was seating people was pretty passively aggressively rude to me and my 3 year old. took me really by surprise at 730am and to me is unacceptable.

What I love the most is getting an outdoor seat while I have breakfast and watching the people walk or run or bike by. but what truly makes it enjoyable is that the food is always good and consistent. I had the stuffed French toast with coconut cream. Boy was a good. The service was friendly and pretty quick.

The best place for breakfast on the boardwalk! Terrific food, fantastic outdoor seating (slightly above the boardwalk), the young wait staff always nicely trained and very accommodating and friendly. There can be a wait, so I always try to go early! UPDATE: Ate breakfast here on 9/17 and 9/18/19. Very busy both mornings, but our party was able to be seated immediately, once inside and once outside. Service was quick, friendly and efficient as always. The food was excellent - I find their 3 egg omelets to be really great, and I always substitute thick slices of tomato for hash browns. One friend had waffles both days, and the other had bacon, eggs, hash browns and a bagel. Everyone was well satisfied with their meals. Well done!

Ate outside and very good food. Was pleasantly surprised of how good the food was and the service. We had visited twice during our week long vacation. Would definitely recommend this restaurant when you are on your vacation. Service was friendly and great view when you sit outside.

Was surprised how nice this place was. I assumed since the location was awesome - that is why it so busy. But besides the great location, the food was excellent and our waitress was attentive and got everything correct. I would totally eat there again when Im in Ocean City. The little bit of a wait we had to sit on the patio facing the ocean was worth it.

Great food and service, however the person who takes the beverage orders took orders from people who came in after us. The waiter was very professional and took our beverage and food order at the same time, he was excellent.

Great place for breakfast and lunch if you could catch a seat outside and watch the ocean watch the people on the boardwalk. Also everyone snow while you could catch some dolphin in the morning out in the ocean. Their tuna melt on a bagel is worth ordering.

The view of the ocean was great and so was the service. The food was good, but too much butter and oil over everything. Nobody likes to have a stomachache after breakfast.

The place is open a little earlier which is perfect after you get a chance to watch the sun come up. The food here is delicious and the staff are always nearby making sure everything is perfect.

Ive been spending parts of my summers in Ocean City for the last 44 years and i can say unequivocally that there is no better breakfast, lunch, or dinner to be had on the island. They serve really good food at reasonable prices and the staff is friendly as well. Go early one morning and have breakfast out on the porch. You will not regret it.

Have been going to this place for breakfast in my summer trips out to Ocean City, NJ for years now. They have hot and fresh doughnuts and coffee if your on the board walk and dont feel like stopping, but still have a great selection of breakfast options if you do have the time to sit down and eat! Would always recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast option with nice open air feel seating.

One of the best and most consistent places for breakfast! Friendly service, excellent food with nice size portions and fantastic coffee.If you are hungry try the the chefs breakfast with two great pancakes, two eggs,bacon and sausage. All this with a view of the boardwalk and ocean.

Great views, right on the boardwalk. My flounder was a little bit overcooked and dry, but still pretty tasty. Clam chowder was excellent. Price is reasonable.

Checked this out for the first time this year. WOW have I been missing something. Friendly staff, AMAZING food. Decor is a little dated, but it was clean so who cares. The only reason I went with 4/5 rather then 5/5 is because it was a little pricey for breakfast.

We have been eating at Stephen & Carolyn Nicolettis restaurants since the 80s when the were the Original Chef Owners of the Culinary Garden. Once again they own and operate one of the best restaurants in the area. They have definitely not lost their touch!

Fantastic food in a clean and friendly atmosphere. My family has come to Ocean City for over 20 years and eating breakfast daily at the Cafe Beach Club has become a tradition. They have great snacks and dinner meals too at reasonable prices. Always satisfied. Thanks to everyone for the great memories and making our vacations simply the BEST experience!!!!!
