Great experience dealing with Sebastian. He took the stress out of buying a motorcycle out of state and answered every question I had. The entire process of setting up a shipper to pick up the motorcycle and bring it home with Sebastian and Melillimoto was seamless. If I ever buy a Ducati I will be taking a trip all the way down to Florida. From the quick phone and email responses, to sending additional pictures and videos, I would do this again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in any state, hands down!

I used Sebastian for the Desmo service on my Ducati after several friends highly recommended him, with one telling me “No joke, he’s one of the best Duc techs in the country.” He explained everything that he did in depth and went above and beyond on the service. He also found a problem with my bike that even I missed and may very well have been missed elsewhere.Unrelated to his service work, I had the engine light come on a month after and he got me right in, diagnosed the issue, and had my bike repaired in a very reasonable time.I have another Duc that will be due for the Desmo service within the next year or so, and I will without question have it serviced at Melillimoto.

Attention to detail at its finest! Sebastian informed me (as well as fixed) of a safety deviation and a mechanical error that could have not only ruin my bike but more importantly ended my life. His shop and his thorough attention to detail/knowledge/advice is definitely worth the trip. I reside in Gainesville and he has me as a permanent customer from now on. I called them up, out of the blue, and they went the extra mile to help me. I was looking for parts on an MV Augusta, and they couldnt have been nicer. I had a great conversation with one of the owners, and their attitude and caring about their customers was very refreshing.

They have gone above and beyond on working with my schedule along with excellent workmanship on my baby which is a Monster S4R. Was interested in purchasing a Ducati Monster from this location but customer service was subpar. Felt like the salesman did not care about the sale. I had a few conversations with him, the last convo after having my financial information for a week, I was told he hadnt even run my credit yet. I was told that once he heard something back about financing I would get a phone call but never received such phone call. So I took my business to sky powersports / Ducati Sanford and was able to walk out with a 2019 monster for cheaper than their used 2017!

There is no better Ducati/MV dealer in the country. I wouldnt buy or have my bikes serviced anywhere else. Sebastian is always great to deal with. Its 2 hours from my house but well worth the drive. Ive purchased 2 bikes from them and couldnt be happier. They have an amazing reputation and they always live up to it.

They fit me in at the last minute when I realized I needed my front forks rebuilt before a track day without complaint. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of the service and I was made me feel like part of the family while I was waiting for the service to be completed. I was greeted and welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and generally very pleasant. Buying my first Ducati has been one of the best sales experiences I ever had. They show genuine interest in me and the quality of their vehicles that they sell. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or take my bike back there for service. Sebastian and the team at Melillimoto are some of the best!

Havent done business here and I never will. The women who answers the phone is condescending the entire time you speak with her. She came off as inconvenienced and so rude. Not only this, but when I called to get some questions answered about appointments and pricing I either never received a call back at all, or the time for an appointment drastically escalated (3months?!). Its my understanding that there is only one mechanic working there, thats fine. Obviously work might get backed up here and there which is also fine. I called one morning and spoke directly to the mechanic, nice guy who will make time for you. But when I called back and got the lady again I got the same snarky tone and I complete changed my mind about sending my bike here. I am now gladly spending more money shipping my bike elsewhere. A little kindness goes a lone way, and dont be surprised when you lose customers over poor customer service.

I would highly recommend this shop for all of your Italian bike needs.While Ive never purchased a motorcycle from them, their service side of things are absolutely phenomenal. I live all the way in Orlando and happily make the trip to them. They took care of all the issues I had when I had my 1199 after a previous dealership that was closer to me couldnt find the correct issue and tried to swindle me. They also went above and beyond with servicing my 1098, doing extra things to my bike that werent expected but greatly appreciated.Sebastian also seems like a very fair and stand up guy. For my next Italian bike purchase I will definitely be going here.

After hearing nothing but outstanding things about this dealership, I bought my second Panigale there last month. The owner and his wife took very good care of me and even stayed late until I got off work, so I could pick up the bike. What more is there to say? These guys are without doubt the most knowledgeable on these bikes. They had my issues sorted out before they even cracked the case open based on my explanation of what happened. They then explained to me why it happened, what they were replacing, how much it would cost all before even working on it. That was the most comforting part in terms of Ducati service I have EVER experienced. Sebastian has organized an incredible team and it really shows! Yet to buy a bike from them (Will be my first stop if I get the itch for something NEW) but their service is top freaking notch!!

This place relies on being the only Ducati shop in the area and doesnt seem to care how poorly they treat their customers. They also dont seem to care to check their work when theyre done, or to acknowledge their mistakes, of which there were way too many for one visit. The mechanics were friendly and helpful, but the management/front office that was a whole other story. Overall, their attention to detail was lacking, and now I have to bring their mess to another Ducati shop. Hopefully they will do better work there. I doubt their customer service could be worse.

I purchased a new Ducati Scrambler from Melillimoto and could not be happier. Not only was their pricing very good but the service was exemplary. Sebastian delivered the bike to my house and spent almost an hour going through the operational items.I also have had good experiences in the past with Melillimoto. When my Ducati Monsters gas tank developed a problem my local dealer said it was out of warranty. I called Melillimoto about the problem and they drove 100 miles and picked up the bike. They replaced the tank and returned the bike to my house and would not accept any money. Thats service! Thats why chose Melillimoto.

These guys are the greatest Ducati shop in N. America. Sebastian is one of the greatest engine builders in the world. Their attention to detail and customer service is top notch. We won the 2014 ASRA team challenge riding a one off GT bike built and maintained by Melillimoto. Not a single DNF. Wide open throttle for 2 hrs at a time putting out almost twice the stock horsepower and no mechanical issues.Did I mention that these guys are great?

Ive been taking my bikes to Melillimoto for service for year, and bought one from them a couple of years ago. I really cant say enough about how friendly and honest Sebastian and his staff are. I trust them to do the work, and do it right. I highly recommend them!

Since 2013 we have purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealer, have been loyal in terms of service, and the purchase of some parts. Recently attempted to purchase another motorcycle from this dealer. I made an offer and he accepted on 2/2/17 in the evening after 6pm. The following morning and early afternoon the dealer did try reach me and I was not available until mid afternoon. Once I realized he was trying to reach me I called him back immediately, by that point he had accepted a deposit from another customer. No problem, thats business and I completely understood. 2/14/17 I did notice the motorcycle continued to be advertised on cycletrader and the Melillimoto website. I asked the dealer if for whatever reason the motorcycle happened to still be available, he responded with followingHis wire got sent to the wrong account. He has till the end of the week to sort out. I will let you know.So this customer was being given the courtesy of having from 2/3/17-2/17/17 to get their act together and actually close the deal on the bike. Wait for it, wait for it,,,that deal fell through and that customer did not purchase the motorcycle.Those of you that are reading this review take a moment to imagine that you are about to send a wire transfer for several thousands of dollars, what do you think the odds are you would send the funds to the wrong account? Would you not double and maybe even triple check the account # prior to sending? Then compound that with the fact that I was given less than a day to secure the bike while this other customer was given 2 weeks and in the end did not purchase the bike. As it stands supposedly there is another deposit on this bike and this particular customer has until 3/1/17 to pay in full. Maybe this particular customer will follow though.As a result of Sebastians sellers remorse, I purchased a motorcycle elsewhere.6/25/17Lets really break down the owners response to my review. Yes, 3 separate DUCATI purchases and although I did NOT use your shop for service on all my bikes all the time, I most certainly DID on ALL of our Ducatis. With that being said my one star review was SPECIFIC to my experience around the KTM.In your response you stated it is always a complete grind fest with me. Whether it was the purchase of a motorcycle or parts I simply stated what I was willing to pay and you had the CHOICE to either ACCEPT or DECLINE. IF YOU MADE NO MONEY THAT IS 100% YOUR FAULT.Specific to the wheels, they were not carbon and its not that I chose to not purchase them from you, I simply made the decision to not purchase them at all.Specific to the trip to Orlando. Yes, I ABSOLUTELY drove to Orlando and had a Rapid Bike module installed,,,,on a BMW S1000RR. That was my choice and as a consumer, one I am free to make and quite frankly that is none of your business and you sir out of line for even commenting on it. Yes, when it came time to have some adjustments made to the Rapid Bike module which takes 15 minutes it did not make much sense to drive 2 hours back to Orlando. I inquired about having the adjustments done at Melillimoto, you said yes and quoted a fair price for 15 minutes of labor, doesnt make much sense why you would complain about it now.Specific to the shenanigans around the KTM. Yes, I made an offer, WHICH YOU ACCEPTED, I initially cared less about missing out on the KTM, there are too many motorcycles and motorcycle dealers in this world. However, when time passed and you still had the KTM and I got the sense that your responses to my inquiries were less than honest, two friends on two different occasions inquired about the KTM and the information provided to them WAS NOT IN LINE with the information you provided me.Yes, we were happy customers prior to this last experience, I would even look past some of your snippy responses at times despite it not being in my nature to do so.The 2 year old tantrum bit, I understand thats just you being you, however, your prospective customers see that, great optics for you and your business.
