A part inside the rear differential broke on my 2020 Dodge 5500, part was on backorder everywhere nationwide and I needed the truck up and running for work…I called Chris at TMS, and he had it made in a day. Top notch customer service, and quality work. You could tell he really took pride in his work, he also took the time to explain the whole process to me when I asked him about it. Great local company.

Terrible communication and poor business practices. I mailed a package with product all individually wrapped for safety and they returned them unwrapped and damaged. Always said they would contact me in regard to a quote or information but I always had to initiate the call. Chris just has no idea how to treat costumers.

Great parts and quick to get them out to me, always follows through with keeping me informed on my orders.

I needed some parts machined for my small home business, and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Im glad I chose TMS!!
