Horrible customer service and absolutely no follow through at all. Debra Mitchell who does all the billing and AR for Matheson is the most incompetent and rude person I have ever dealt with in all my years. Since October 2020 I have been trying to get her to do her job and post the checks that they received and cashed to our business account. As of this review that still has not happened. If youre looking for a company that has no follow through, horrible customer service, never returns phone calls and a company that you have to chase after to fix their mistakes then this company is for you! I would save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere youll be much happier.

Absolutely abysmal service. They fail to keep track of our payments and double bill us. Can’t get anyone to send us an account history or work out the billing errors on their end. If you like paying twice for the same service and not having your payments credited to your account, this is the company for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere...this place is awful.

I run an automotive repair facility in Ocala, and Matheson is the only place to go to get gas. The people in the office are very polite and professional, never had a single issue. Would recommend to anyone. Give em a try!!
