This place is one very nice (and BIG) vitamin store. It has plently of goodies!Of course, there are tons of vitamin options, ketogenic diet help, essential oil diffusers, energy drinks, body lotions, and more.The staff was helpful enough there and guided to a few items.

Love this spot. The employees were helpful in helping me find what I needed. Prices arent anything special. Sometimes they have buy one get one 50% off which is nice. But their prices are pretty much on point as everywhere else. Missing a few mainstream brands but other than that theyll have all the neccessary things youll be looking for.

I called 3.5 weeks ago spoke to a male associate which was very nice, asked if they had a certain gummy in stock he said yes and there’s one left, I said ok I’ll be there this afternoon to purchase it, he said I’ll put your name on it, I said great! I just called again to get the same gummy and it was a woman that answered, and she was very short not pleasant at all and said, cannot hold per corporate.This is not the first or second time I have encountered not so pleasant staff at this store. First off it is more expensive at this store and was willing to pay it a second time if she would have held it for me. I just ordered on line a five month supply and even if I were to buy one bottle it is $5.00 less than what vitamin shop charges, and it will be delivered in three days. I will no longer buy anything from this store.

I love my Vitamin Shoppe. Every time I go in they are super friendly and answer questions that I may have. I remember purchasing a product but I just couldnt take the taste and they offered me a store credit. I highly recommend anyone to visit this location for their Vitamin, protein and supplement needs!!

Weve always bought our protein powder from them. On this particular visit I walked in & immediately was hit with a great smell. As I walked to the back I noticed a diffuser they had & couldnt believe how well it was working. I inquired more about it. The associate informed me that the smell was coming from just that one. Ive been on the hunt for a long time to no avail. She had me sold. That was a $30 purchase. I already had essential at home. Took it home, put it together, plugged it in, mist but no smell. Went back to store & spoke with the same associate & she said my oil was probably too old. As Im getting ready to by a $20 bottle of oil I said what happens if this doesnt work? Now Im stuck with this oil too? She assured me in front of another co-worker that as long as I saved my receipt & returned it within 30 days I wont have any problems. Great! Bought the oil. Now Ive spent $50. Got home, tried it. Nothing. Tried it again, nothing. Packed it up with my receipts brought it back. As Oenxix the manager was doing the return thats when I was told I would only get store credit. He said once its opened they can only do a store credit. I said, how was I to know if it worked or not if I didnt open it? That makes no sense. He just looked at me. Protein powder I could understand but faulty equipment? Really? What really pissed me off is I was told I would have no problem returning BOTH items. NOT store credit. The bottom line is I was clearly lied to. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The store always has what I need and the associates know where to find them. They also can answer questions about the products I am interested in.

The guys at the register were nice, helpful, and fast. However, when I went to find what their website said they had 3 of, it wasnt there. I saw a woman working the floor. Asked her about the empty slot where the product should be. She said they got a big box in today. I told her it showed a quantity of three in the store last night. So she changed her story saying they got the box the night before and if she didnt have to help customers she would have time to put it away. I was thinking.... If it was put away, I would not have had a question?! Impolite at the least. Went back the next day and was able to purchase my product.

Some of the staff are very knowledgeable and others not so much... but what I will say is that all of them were very helpful and friendly... the prices are good here and they have a rather large selection of quality supplements... personally Ill keep going here...

Its not the biggest Vitamin Shoppe and they dont offer a ton of variety on flavors for certain brands of their protein powders and things like that but they have most things you would need and the prices arent usually that bad. I frequently buy preworkout drinks, protein bars and powder, and BCAAs here. And whatever else I might discover. I wouldnt recommend purchasing most vitamins or diet pills here ironically because most are MUCH cheaper on Amazon. The store is clean and well organized. Everything is laid out simply and easy to quickly go right to what you need and get in and out. Its way better than our GNC in Ocala, and better priced.

Highly recommend Vitamin Shoppe. Stay away from gnc.
