Torsion Spring broke on my garage door. Called Overhead door and tech Jason was at my house in 90 minutes. Jason could disassemble and assemble the springs/torsion bar in his sleep. He knew what he was doing. I asked him if if he could adjust door so top would close flush to door frame. Simple adjustment on door opener. He said they had a door seal kit to keep bugs/rain out. I asked if he could put it on or did I have to make another appointment. He said he had material on truck and put kit on. Very nice job. I highly recommend Overhead Door of Gainesville. Terry who answered the phone was very nice and professional and got the ball running for the dispatch to my house. Thanks again.

Awesome job! These guys were quick and professional, they called ahead and communicated, they analyzed and fixed our door, my repair was not as major as we thought. Their service fee was very reasonable and included what I call a tune up with a few adjustments and lubrication!

This company installed a garage door for my neighbors in June. It took a while to figure out that their installation and services for their garage was causing my garage to open when they leave and come home. I called overhead to discuss this and they swear that it is not possible. I went to my neighbors house and we told them together that this is happening and they still said it is not possible. She agreed since she is home that they can come check hers out and they said no they will come to my house and check mines out and charge me a service fee. She asked why they couldn’t check hers and they were still insisting that we had no clue what we were talking about. So I’ll pay for someone to fix mines even after we confirmed this was THEIR issue after installation. This is horrible and doesn’t make me feel safe

I want to commend Overhead Door and their staff. Not only are the openers everything you promised (quiet, powerful, etc.) but the installers were on-time and professional. They both were extremely courteous and friendly - not only to me, but to each other as well. They knew what they were doing and their teamwork was superb. Their conversations with me were intelligent and interesting. In all honesty, their demeanor really made a great impression and showed the difference between workers and professionals. Big thanks and shout to the Overhead Door Company. Well done!!

Called this company several times. No one ever answered, and left a message on machine with no call back. They were highly rated from several people. Just a shame we never got a call back. Thankful for Omega!! Answered our call and sent someone out that day.

We live in Jacksonville fl our father moved there and needed his garage equipped with opener and these people at overhead were absolutely wonderful!! Outstanding experience from start to finish! On the night before Thanksgiving, right when everyone is heading out to start their holiday weekend, my garage door spring blew up (due to a bad install of our garage door opener by Lowes a few years prior) and effectively locked our car in the garage, which we needed for thanksgiving travel. I quickly called Overhead Door and they were about to walk out the door for the weekend, and wouldnt be able to come until Tuesday, which would have been a major headache for my family, as we would have no car for almost a week. But Stan heard my plight and decided he would work late and come right away and rescue us. He made quick work of repairing the door and made it a lot stronger than it was before. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with, and extremely skilled at his job. I commend Stan for stepping up to help us out, and the entire company for having such great employees that would go above and beyond like that. You must be doing something right over there. You rescued our Thanksgiving holiday weekend and we are forever grateful!!

Great service all around. Brought our old antiquated door up to date and up to code. It is SO quiet compared to the old one. Fantastic! Worth every penny.If you are trying to decide, go for the door with the windows--the natural light that comes in will blow you away!

Johnny.on the spot. It was late on a Friday afternoon; I had been running errands when I got home the garage door was skewed in the down position and had jumped of its track. My antique car was inside and could not be moved under the circumstances. It was close to quitting time for the crew at Overhead Door but they would be open again on Monday. Nevertheless I didnt want to wait until Monday fearing that the door might collapse on my antique car.
