I went to the Tool Doctor on Magnolia after I started having issues with my M18 Fuel Skill-saw from Milwaukee. It would act up and decide when I was going to cut something or if I was going to cut anything at all that day... I showed up and immediately he knew the problem. He also had informed me that the saw was warranted for five years, and Milwaukee would be paying for it. I had no idea, I thought I was out of luck and out a skill-saw. I highly recommend the tool doctor for any of your power tool needs. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

Great experience, spent over $400 on various Milwaukee products and never had an issue. I recently had a problem with one of the tools I purchased. So I called and Austin made quick work of me getting my broken tool back and replaced it hassle free. If you’re ever going to buy a power tool that costs a lot, go to the Tool Doctor, save the trouble of having to warranty something through a big city retail company! Great American owned and operated business.

Excellent customer service and great repair work!

Absolute piss poor service. I called in a couple weeks prior and spoke to someone one there. They were very nice and checked the serial number. Said it was still under warranty. My parents were running some errands in that area. I had them take the product in and..........a ver rude person tried to charge me to fix it! Said I needed a receipt. Totally contradicting what was discussed. Doesnt matter if it was a gift... Very very rude. On Milwaukee web site under registration and warranty it clearly states, ...we suggest keeping your receipt to note the time of purchase. Its not necessary as we can use the serial number to determine a tools age.

I am very impressed with this company. From the moment I walked in they were extremely friendly and helpful without feeling they were trying to force a sale on me. They have a large amount of inventory and were able to special order everything I needed that they did not have in stock. They were even cheaper than all the big box stores. I will now be buying all my saw blades and supplies here!!

This place is a rip-off! They had my nail gun for over a month, kept putting me off every time I checked on it, and ultimately couldn’t fix it. I finally went in there to get it back, it’s MISSING PARTS and they refused to give my $20 deposit back. I was totally ticked off at that point and let them know it. The owner proceeded to lecture me on how not to talk to his employees. Well, I have no respect for thieves. He did finally give me the $20 back and told me not to come back to the store. That won’t be a problem lol.

I was quoted a price of $37 for a metal cutting blade. Drove clear across town.When I arrived they quoted me they said for the wrong blade and it’s actually $59.99 won’t be back

They took my working saw and gave it back in pieces saying it could not be repaired, went to citrus power tool and they made it like new again.
