First time going to this place I actually found it really unique the team that they have running in this store work extremely well together and get things accomplished with good timing very friendly staff very supportive and willing to help you with any questions that you have.. not to mention I brought something that I thought was impossible to fixed and they were able to fix it for me... I was absolutely amazed this is a wonderful place you should take the time and check it out if youre around town or in the plaza..

My special necklace of many years broke and I brought it to J&J Jewelers to get it fixed. We didnt know the hours and we came 5 minutes before closing expecting to have to come back another day but we were swiftly attended and the necklace got fixed on the spot within those 5 minutes! We were really impressed and they were really kind with us. Definitely will come back here from now on!

Did a beautiful job sizing an antique 18k white gold ring. You make an appointment for the day you want to have the ring sizing done. They do the sizing right there and the ring never leaves the store.

I had some custom work done as well as taking diamonds and converting them to earrings. Love the product love the staff! felt like family and would highly recommend!

I have a 20 year old crucifix necklace that developed some issues. I took it in to J & Js and had them look at it. Rather than try to up sell me they gave me a very reasonable description of what they would do. It tuned out there was more needed. With a very reasonable price i said yes. One week and it is better than brand new. Some time you have a very emotional attachment.... This made my Christmas Merry.

They did great work. I brought in an unfinished ring with a stone and asked them to mount it flush. Everywhere else I brought them said it couldnt be done. At J&J jeweler I got to speak to person who does the work. He listened to me, looked it over and quoted a reasonable price. I just got the ring back and am very happy with it. Its perfectly finished. The stone is set exactly how I wanted. My wife is very happy with the work.

I only wish my jewelry days were not behind me. This is the place you have to be if you are in the market for jewelry or whatever your jewelry needs. I had a fairly expensive watch that needed a battery. Not only did they put the battery in while I waited their rate was truly unbelievable. However, the most important experience is that they handled my matter with a smile on their face which is quite rare today. .

Yesterday I walked into J&J after they had been on vacation for 3 weeks. It was extremely busy and they were taking great care of customers. I love the way they set expectations with the customers who wanted something right away. They explained they may be able to do it and also said they could not promise based on the workload. My simple project of some charms being removed and replaced on a bracelet was not time sensitive so I was happy to wait patiently. I told Jeff and Judy that this was a Christmas gift so there was no rush. To my surprise I got a call later that afternoon saying my piece was ready. I thought they had called the wrong person! Had my wedding set resized because I blew up like a balloon while pregnant and havent deflated a year later. Customer service was excellent! My ring was done earlier than they estimated, and it is beautiful! I am so happy with my rings, and will definitely return with any future jewelry needs.

I was so upset that my diamond on my engagement ring was crack. I couldn’t believe this could ever happen. I never thought diamond would crack but, unfortunately it does. There is a line across the diamond and a piece cut Thanks for having insurance I was able to have it fixed free of charge. I usually dont feel the need to leave a review but when Im genuinely impressed with the service, I just have to give credit when its due. Not sure what I loved more, the jewelry, the people or the cutest little dogs ever lol. The people working there are so genuinely nice it was hard to leave. (I can tell when someone is there to do a job and when they love what they do, my visit didnt feel like I was dealing with people who were working. I really felt good in there) The work on my daughters bracelet was done not only incredibly fast but well done. I had mentioned I was looking for a peace of jewelry not many jewelry stores carry or take weeks to bring in the store, they literally brought it in just so I could see it in person and then order when Im ready, they got it in the store lightining fast lol Im definitely going back and getting all my jewelry done there. Not because of how fast everything was done because I willing to wait, but because I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to educate me and give me a visual of what I was looking for. For me I need to feel sure about people before I make jewelry purchases...I have been to kay jewelers zales and many others but none felt as personal as j&j jewelers...Id give it more stars but 5 is the most I could give.
