Corporate needs to investigate this location asap. I cant even begin to express the level of incompetence that my Mom experienced trying to fill a very important prescription. It took them over 5 days and multiple calls and visits before it was handled. They also lied several times about what was/wasnt dispensed. Avoid at all costs!!

Very lazy and rude counter staff. (Courtney is one name) Stay clear unless you want to be forced to use self check-out when there is NO WAIT, talked down and argued with, and your insurance overcharged without them correcting it. Just pure laziness and very unprofessional.

This pharmacy location is a bit scary because they say they are gonna fill your meds and wait until closing time to tell you they dont even have it. They dont check to see if they have your meds before telling you they will have it filled. Drove up there 2 days in a row from Sparr and still couldnt get it filled. Corporate office needs to know the lack of efficiency with the pharmacy team at this location as it is very poor. Medications for people is not an area for careless mistakes. Hopefully corporate will take this situation seriously before something detrimental happens to someone. And a lawsuit is involved.

The pharmacy staff is also helpful and very nice

Husband Made a covid second shot appointment weeks ago with them for 1030 today He arrives at 1000 and they tell him he has to fill out paperwork that he didn’t fill out last time? Funny, he got his first vaccination with them after he filled out paperwork and made second appointment with them. So he fills it out and is told to go to back of line. Now keep in mind there is over 30 people in line with only 1 person giving vaccines. To top it off there is people ahead of him that had appointments well after his 1030 time. He has been in line for over 90 minutes while others that have appointments after him have already came and left. What kind of business has this type of cluster going on? Sadly he is still sitting in line waiting for his 1030 appointment. I would not recommend anyone going here for covid vaccination! They are not organized at all! Needing paperwork done again is one thing but to have to go to back of line and wait after your appointment and after others with appointments far after your time has passed is just poor customer service!

Pharmacist and cashiers were lazy and unprofessional, pharmacist wouldn’t even tell me what cough syrup was the best one to get and cashiers made me use self checkout when they were both clearly talking about going on vacation, I’m going to Walgreens from now on

They are the hardest working team I know. I have been through a lot of pharmacies and I tell you all of them have nice team members but this staff here to me personally, I have seen them push there limits to work hard and make sure customers get what’s needed at there reach!!!!!! I honestly love this store and staff!!!!

Had an Rx there I had not picked up. I was honestly avoiding after being behind a clearly not well person last week. They were nice enough to notice, call me, and offer to throw in the mail. I got a day later. Great proactive outreach. Thank you!!

If you have any sort of condition, whether it be physical or mental, to which your doctor has prescribed any sort of controlled substance, DO NOT bring your prescription to this pharmacy!The pharmacist at this location will judge you, berate you, and call your doctor to question their judgement.I have experienced this on many occasions by this man.I have fibromyalgia and anxiety. I am prescribed both lyrica and an anti anxiety medication for these conditions. He has questioned my need for them on a few different occasions.When I was in a bad depression for 4 months, my doctor wanted to try a different approach. His decision was to prescribe me a stimulant for 10 days to try to bring me out of the low cycle. The pharmacist refused to fill it.His “reasoning” being that I could not possibly need it to come out of depression since I was already on an antidepressant.I later hung myself due to how bad the depression got.The most recent experience I’ve had here involved him calling 2 of my doctors to see if they actually prescribed my medication.I have NEVER given this pharmacist any reason to question me about the legitimacy of my prescriptions.He even made me tell him my weight and height to prove that I was obese because one of my doctors specializes in weight loss.Oh, but if you have a prescription for opiates, DO bring it here. He has no problem filling those!

We had to take passport size photographs for a very important document and it had to be cut and shaped perfectly to size...Ms.Abby, was just ausumn....she was so patient, understood what our requirements were and took extra care to make sure we were convinced with our photographs....Simply ausumn...Thank you!

Im a new professional that has moved to the area, purchased a farm and have worked in the medical field for over 30 years. I am physically fit, dont smoke, dont drink, eat right and see my physician regularly. I had a CVS pharmacist refuse to fill my prescription for two medications that work opposite of each other. yes he is correct, but he does not know my medical history or rationale for taking these medications. He used his authority as a pharmacist to deny my medications. I found this experience enlightening, as I will be prescribing medications to my patients and I can now relate to the stigma and disrespect people receive when they are using medications that have a reputation. I asked what his criteria is for denying or dispensing and he said he is a pharmacist.

I was ther today my parents are elderly have tried other cvs close to ther house not a good experience but for the last year very good customer service they can go to one 5 miles but they drive about 18 miles and that makes me happy

When a dr calls in a prescription take over 24 hours to fill! When the dr calls it is you most likely need it same day! This has happened to me over 10 different times.

I was standing outside smoking a cigarette while my wife got her prescription filled. Around the corner a truck was unloading merchandise thru the stores back door. The store manager was standing there. At the edge of the property stands a water spigot. A homeless woman can out of the woods and went over to the spigot to fill some containers with water.The manager, seeing this ran her off saying she would call the police and have her trespasses from the property.I was shocked someone could be so insensitive towards their fellow man. I mean, its not like the water came out of her paycheck. I told my wife about this and we both agree, we dont feel comfortable spending our money in a store ran by such a hate filled manager. Walgreens is just across the street.

The pharmacy at this CVS is outstanding. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
