I had an issue with my desktop so i brought it to the Computer Clinic for repair. I had my computer back in 2 days good as new. I will return in the future if i need more computer repairs. Very Courteous, Professional and Efficient!! I needed my keyboard replaced on my Macbook Air due to water damage and within an HOUR of dropping my laptop off, the tech, Mike called & told me he found the issue with my keyboard as soon as he started unplugging it. I previously had a bad experience with another computer store that claimed they couldnt find any issue with my keyboard, but Mike was awesome and he said the issues with my keyboard were very obvious once he unplugged it and he didnt know how anyone could miss it. He was able to see the area of my keyboard that was black & fried from the water damage. He also noticed how the damaged area was near the trackpad. I had both my keyboard and trackpad replaced by them and it was ready to be picked up within 3 days!!! They didnt waste any time!! Ive had my laptop now for a couple weeks with no issues. Thank you so much for fixing it so fast!!

I was so impressed with this place, as they exceeded my expectations. After an unsatisfactory trip to Best Buy with my husband’s laptop, I researched other places in the area and took a chance here. Not only did they look at the laptop within just a couple of hours, but they had it back up and running within 4 hours of dropping it off. This husband and wife team were extremely friendly and professional, and they explained the issue to me and set realistic expectations. Also, the pricing again exceeded my expectations and was more than reasonable. Will definitely be going here again with future issues I might have, and would recommend to everyone!

My computer provided a message that I had no idea of its meaning. I brought the computer to Ocala Computer Clinic, spoke Tela who was very polite, friendly, and very kind. Upon checking the computer, Mike called me, explained the problem, advised of the cost to repair, gave suggestions, answered my questions, was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, even if he had to repeat the answer, gave me an expected completion date of repair, which he had ready earlier than the date. Mike and Tela are absolutely EXCELLENT people to take your computer to for various needs. The price is great and would recommend to anyone to visit Ocala Computer Clinic.

I had a very good experience here. I am not from this area, so I was just calling around different places to get a new hard drive for my laptop and the first place I called said it would take four days to fix my laptop. I ended up calling Computer Clinic second, to get quotes and everything, and ended up using them. They fixed my computer within 1 hour, putting in a new hard drive and giving me a 5 year warranty, for a reasonable price (The same price the other computer place quoted me without a warranty and keeping my computer for 4 days). The staff was super friendly to me and did an excellent job with great customer service. They even offered to do work on my computer keyboard at no extra cost. They were super chill and did great work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

My custom assembled/built desktop wouldnt start up. They ran a diagnostic on it within an hour but didnt find anything wrong and charged 00. Cant beat the service or the price!
