This was my first visit to this location to grab my daughter some shoes. Upon walking in a young female associate walks over to me as I discuss the shoe choices with my middle school aged daughter. The associate stood very close by us to hear our conversation I assume which was fine. I asked my daughter did she like the shoe she says yes, the the associate ask can I help you. So as I stated what shoe size my daughter wears she then ignores my request and tells me she will get the smallest size that they have in the shoe! Wait?! Did you not hear what size I requested? She then goes in the back and bring out a particular size that ended up fitting my daughter anyways, so thanks for the purchase. Terrible customer service if you ask me when I came inside the store with nothing but respect. Listen to the needs of your customers and don’t just do what you please. I will not be returning back to this location anytime soon. There is more to my visit but I will end this review as is.

Im confused I didnt see this store there at the mall is it the one closed now? Took the sign down and all. Said big sale but was closed Thursday as was most the shops oddly by closed I mean looks like out of business.

Got a pair of nice cheeta print hey dude shoes here. Love them and the girl working put me onto some spray that protects your shoes so the dont get messed up

Hey,So I usually have a great experience here.Kids always get stickers, an everythingBut recently through this holiday I wasn’t the happiest.Was helped by this brunette girl with blonde highlights, I did ask a employee her name an they claimed “ carah “ butI get it’s the time to up sale blah blah, but please don’t give my husband a nasty attitude in front of my family because we didn’t wanna buy your protection for our boots.I was displeased on her actions, an find it unprofessional.....

I took my daughter to get some shoes for school and immediately as we walked in Qintela offered to help us. Anyone who has kids knows how difficult it is when it comes to matching and sizes, but she was so patient with us and always had a smile on her face. She was very professional. She would also bring out shoes she thought we would be interested in, and looked up so many pairs for me on the computer. She was just amazing! Awesome customer service! Everytime Ive been in this store the kid (and I do mean kid) assists me they claim to not have sizes 8.5-9 in womens and then directs you to the mens shoe which clearly does not fit. So this time I decided to walk nextdoor to one of their competitors (Foot Locker) and guess what?? Yup! They had the same identical shoe in the size I needed, and I might add $11 less than the price of same shoe at Journeys!! DONT GO TO JOUNEYS, instead SHOP at FOOT LOCKER, you WONT be disappointed!!

My son went to a open interview today between 3 and 4pm arrived at 3:10 and was told very rudely buy the manager Brook that he was late and she will not interview him. I thought an open interview was that you arrive between 3 and 4 but I guess I misunderstood. Thay way she treated my son was discouraging to him for an attempt at his first job. Everyone has been so nice there in the past but this manager needs to go. Thanks to Her I will do business elsewhere until she is no longer employeed there.
