I had a new radio installed over a year ago. The radio stopped working apparently due to a bad wire, no fault of them. I brought in the car to have them look at it, they fixed it at no cost. I would definitely recommend Ocala Car audio to anyone needing any audio needs. They are fair and honest and stand behind their work. Thanks.

Ask all the questions you can before buying the service. While they do excellent work I was disappointed when they removed the RFID sticker needed to enter my gated community without advising me.

Very overpriced. Came in and worked with them on getting a new double din head unit put in and cabling ran back to my existing subs and amp from the new unit. Over $1000 later I was handed back my truck with the head unit installed and cabling hanging from the bottom of the dash and was told I would need to run it myself to my existing sub/amp setup under my back seat. Also called them about getting a new box for my 12s and was told they dont keep them in stock before even asking my application. Overall very unimpressed.

I showed up n was given expert advice and was told I didnt need to waste any money on speakers they can tune n refresh what I have n it would be able to get what I want.. n then they also told me not to buy the aftermarket lights for my Harley as they can do it with thier ex-glow lighting kits n so thats the way I gonna go

After they suggested I need 2 specific parts and I bought, found significantly cheaper elsewhere. After going back, they could order cheaper ones. There would be a shipping charge, that brought it back to total I already pd...how convenient😡 Not to mention, someone else installed amp and wiring $180 cheaper.

Prices are same as everywhere else, these guys know their stuff, took the time to explain why they did what they did, didnt sell me what I didnt need. In and out quickly.

Called to schedule my sons car. They wanted a no refund deposit. If a place of business takes pride in their work should not force customers hand for money.Parish. Replying to your reply. Now I wonder the tactic your business or employee is being deceitful. I was told HALF deposit was required. In my case it was $206 because I wasn’t sure to go with the best grade tint like last time or medium for my son and the $207 was for medium grade. $206 is a big difference from $50Will be looking for another place of business to tint my sons car

Had them hook up my husbands radio and myGoodness! The amount of times I’ve been there for them to fix is insane, we gave up. Bought a whole system from them and within weeks the tweeders on both sides were blown. And after me constantlyComplaining they told me the level of volume I wanted was not for those tweeders. After we expressed we wanted the volume loud and they assured these would be great. They tried to tell me to buy better ones which would have costed me another $1000. Like no, I came, you assured my concern. Companies error so it’s the responsibility to fix. But failed. And now the radio is just all around terrible that we don’t even use the radio anymore especially since a speaker is now blown too.Never do business with them again.

I went by their store to get an estimate on a new radio and 2 speakers. The estimate I got was to replace a single din radio with another single din radio and 2 speakers. They d me $800 to replace the radio and 2 small speakers out of their dam Mind. I took the car home and replaced it myself for less than $200 thanks anyways!

They wouldnt hook up my amp kit unless I buy from them, and the guy that met with me was rude with no customer skills. I suggest take your business elsewhere.Response:My equipment was not purchased online nor was it low end. My whole car set up is kicker name brand to highest quality. And also, I was turned down without my system being seen.

Ceramic tinted all my crewcab windows. Very professional and friendly. Super excited that I noticed a difference in heat buildup from the very first time I opened the door. What a great product at a reasonable price.

I own a 1968 Chevelle SS396 and the interior gets very warm because the seats are vinyl. So I decided to have the windows tinted. I was looking for a high quality tint and a professional installation. Parish’s company was highly recommended to me by one of my customer’s (I own Pals Ocala Auto Repair). Parish greeted me when I arrived and he proceeded to explain the different tints that are available. After a thorough demonstration of the pluses and minuses of each product I chose the 3M Crystalline. Crystalline window tin has over 200 layers. This means that it rejects more heat than darker films. Because it has a light shade, it has the ability to block more infrared light and 34% of the heat. Parish explained that because the vehicle is so old there are no computer templates and that the tint would have to be custom cut and installed by his team of professionals. The window tint was installed by Ocala Audio and Tint and it looks great! But more importantly the car is much cooler after sitting in the sun!! Thank you Ocala Audio and Tint! 2 door window tint and they didnt do the small windows the size of a thumb because they said it was not part of it. Common sense is when you do a door thats its all the ones included in a door.

Very professional staff. I was very impressed that two young women came into the shop to inquire about audio devices. The owner, Parrish explained all the various options in detail and did not try to steer them to more expensive options. As the father of a young daughter I was very impressed with this interaction.

Brought my truck in all the way from Pensacola because these guys were the only authorized dealer close to my destination on a trip. They met me at the door and jumped right on it, quickly finding and resolving a mistake another installer made. Great service and a reasonable price. Great job! They even took the time to wipe the dash down when they were done, not even my dealership does that!

If I could give 6 stars I would.I have brought both of my cars here for subwoofer and amp installation and both times they were done professionally without any problems. They even installed a bass booster that I had purchased from somewhere else and installed it without me asking. Kudos!

This place, tried to charge me$ 1200 dollars to replace 4 speakers in stock locations. Because he thought it was our stimulas check. Dodge this place they will rip you off! Sad because thats bs and i try to support local places ...but do not stop here.

Parish and his team put in an amazing custom tailored stereo system in my vehicle. The whole process was an amazing experience. Parish sat down with me, asked me my needs, budget, and other questions pertaining to my wants and needs in car audio. I did not feel pressured into buying equipment I did not want or need. Suggestions were made, but it was MY decision if the equipment was installed in the vehicle. After the install, the installers went through every piece of equipment, wiring, and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I have had aftermarket stereo systems in all of my vehicles and this is the first time experiencing a walk through of the entire system. Since the install i have received several compliments regarding my CUSTOM system. Another point I cannot stress about this shop is that every employee made me, and my wife, like we were family and not just another customer. This is a very professional facility run by professional people. I stopped in to see about getting my windows tinted and the various products were explained thoroughly without trying to upsell me into something I couldnt afford. They were able to perform the job on a Saturday morning, my only available day, and it looks great. They even have an enclosed clean bay in which they can tint windows without dust and other debris getting into it. I am impressed with their work and would recommend this shop to anyone who feels that a higher quality of craftsmanship is well worth only a few extra dollars above the competition.

I have been using Ocala car audio for years. They have always had excellent quality and the highest level of customer service. I would never use anyone else and would highly recommend them.

Went to them this morning because I was having problems with a system I installed myself. I bought no parts from them and had no services rendered by them either, except window tinting a while back, which is still holding up perfect. I told them it was frustrating that my system didnt work properly after two days of installation. They spent about 30 minutes to troubleshoot the problem, and telling me exactly how to fix it FREE OF CHARGE. I went to another custom audio shop near them and they were going to charge me 75 bucks to just listen to it, which is ridiculous. These guys were extremely friendly and gave me small tour of some of the projects they were working on. Defiantly would go here again to get work done, or buy products. These guys were amazing. Took 2012 bike in for complete audio purchase. They first offered to repair existing system trying to save money. Once the decision was made to put new system in due to old system being unrepairable they went to work fast. I wanted the bike for a trip and they had less than 3 days to put 2 sets of speakers and head unit in. Once trip over brought the bike back and they finished the job.Staff very helpful and encourage all options. Not worried about making the doallar even though they did in my case, not one time were they trying to sell up or extra than what I asked for. Will be back.

Absolutely loved the service I got there. Needed help deciding on a new head unit for my car and settled with a really nice Excelon series unit. The prices were reasonable. I drove a long ways out hearing good things about OCA and I certainly wasnt disappointed. I definitely plan on going back to these guys when I decide to install a Sub in my car.

This shop is VERY professional, Im here for work decided to get my windows tinted and the employees didnt have a problem with looking up what was legal for me in Louisiana I really enjoyed my experience they throughly explained the differences between the types of tint before they applied it to my car thanks a lot guys you guys were very professional and helpful.

I brought in a 32 year old leather Recaro seat for repairs. Parish listened carefully to my wants and considerations. He took ample time to completely understand my wishes to restore the seat to pristine condition. He gave me a fair price quote for the work we agreed upon. During the repair process there were other considerations due to the condition of the 32 year old fabric. I was apprized and advised of a more realistic course of action and a revision in price. We agreed and moved on. When the completed seat was delivered on time and on budget to the penny I was very pleased with the outcome. The re-upholstered seat matched perfectly to the passenger seat perfectly matching the fit and finish in the rest of the cars interior. This is an extremely busy shop that always treats you like you are their only customer.

Got my tint replaced on my son’s car for an awesome price. And they did it lickety split with a smile.
