Honestly probably one of the best car dealership experiences that I have had. Granted I am not the type of person to go back and forth to save a few bucks.However, my salesman Anthony worked with me to get a new Corolla to be shipped here, educated me on the car features, and helped set up everything for a smooth transition.
Very pleased with my shopping experience, I spoke with Tim Maxley who was very informative about what was included in the price of the vehicle I wanted, he made sure I understood the prices and discounts that were available to help me make a decision, wasnt pushy and very respectful. I bought the car I wanted not something I settled for. Not as long of a wait time as Ive had in other dealerships either. Daniel was also very professional and explained everything as well for all your extras you may need. Cant thank the both of them enough.I love my new car!
I didnt have a good experience because I feel like I was forced into my decision and when I decided to change my decision I was told it was too late and it was actually the same day before everything was signed I didnt get a fair shake on my experience also when they do the trade-in they add extra fees and if youre not careful you have fees that you didnt even know existed I hope they feel good about getting the sale I will be one that will not return Ill be glad when I finish paying my vehicle off. If youre not careful you will be taken advantage of they try to convince you otherwise.

Bought a new truck. Granted I love it. But the watch what the warranty guys preach about. The way he explained it sounded so much more than what it actually is.

We purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma SR5. We are extremely happy with our truck. I had called Toyota and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Kevin Cash. I told him what had happen to me previously with Mazda and Philip Dodge, we told him We needed a truck. Kevin asked me to come in and so we did. From experience from different dealers, it was quick, he was professional and made our time go really fast. He knew and explained the features of the truck that no other salesman has done from previous companies We purchased from. It was a great experience walking in Toyota. My financing was Frank DeLuca Jr. let me say this once, the deal is done it’s done but Frank went beyond and got me a better deal with my financing, he was honest, professional, and a straight forward gentleman. I can actually say I have a dealer that I can buy from and know I won’t get cheated, or have any hidden fees. Add to this Frank got the bank that we like and I can say I will bring my daughters vehicle for her next trade in!! Awesome job guys we appreciate you both!!!

I went in with a quote to have my A/C fixed. After waiting 3 hours and paying $900+, I was told that they were unable to fix and I would have to come back and pay $1,200+ to have it really fixed. When I became upset the service person told me that this was explained to me and even on the original quote. I politely told him that it was not and had the paperwork to prove it and still do. I would NEVER agree to a $900+ try. I left $900+ poorer and the A/C still doesnt work in the highlander that I purchased from them. Shady and dishonest service department - DO NOT recommend anyone use them!

I went here to buy a new vehicle and quickly realized the service was horrible, worst ever.. we were passed off to 3 salesmen in under an hour who could have cared less about quality service because Toyotas sell themselves (as we were literally told), and they felt that gave them the upper hand to bend us over price wise... if you want a Toyota go to a bigger city like Orlando or Tampa where they treat you better and operate differently on commission will save yourself thousands of dollars and a headache.. call and compare the prices yourself.
Having a pleasant experience at dealership service department, before yesterday that to me was always a fantasy. I was treated kindly curtiously and with professionalism. Ariana was amazing. The mechanic (didnt get the name ) sent me a video of the issue with my car as proof that it was needed. Then quickly and efficiently (upon my approval) completed the repair. Since I lived in Florida, my family has been buying cars from Deluca Toyota for years. Now it was my turn and I received the same Customer Service from all your Sales (Mable) and Financing Department (Daniel Rivera). My experience with Deluca Toyota was great. There was no undue pressure to purchase. The negotiation process was spirited but not overwhelming. TK, in finance, was exceptional. My salesperson, Chris Panco, was attentive and personable. The sales manager even got involved, and not in the traditional “let me talk to my manager” way. He helped us make the most sensible choices, thanks Daniel. The day we picked up the car we also met a gentleman that goes by “Mr Bluetooth”. We’ve already called him for guidance with things like Apple Car Play and Toyota Remote Connect.The DeLuca Toyota service department has always been terrific. We were passing through Ocala on our way to a vacation when our car engine wouldn’t turn over after filling up. We spent nearly two hours at this dealership but I must say the experience although stressful was quite pleasant. Jesus our service advisor went above and beyond to fit us into what looked like an already packed service schedule from the looks of the bay and waiting area. I even got a wonderful manicure from Melissa who was so nice to talk to! Even when we drove off and check engine light came on yet again a mile down the road, Jesus and another service advisor attempted to help by pouring fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. I chose 3 stars because ultimately the real issue was not detected here but rather at our hometown Toyota dealership once we got back (a defective purge valve creating a massive vacuum leak in the line- not simply bad gas as was suggested) I am very appreciative of the attempt to get us back on the road as quickly as possible with peace of mind although it was short lived.

Kevin was extremely helpful and made our experience amazing by his witty remarks. Adam helped us out on the financial end. I came in for a 25,000 mile checkup and asked about a sticky spot on the outside that car wash and I couldnt get out. They got it out and also gave me a car wash. I asked about my GPS maps app that doesnt talk. They got a tech guy to get it to talk.I was told it would be an hour and it on took 45 minutes.I like the good service.

I had a very good experience at DeLuca Toyota in Ocala, FL. The people are super friendly and don’t seem to be hard sellers. Although we ended up buying a Santa Fe from the Hyundai dealership, Toyota would have been our second go to place for a reliable vehicle. We have owned Toyota products for over 10 years and have found them to be very reliable vehicles.

Before I start, I will give some context to our visit to this dealership.So on a particular day, we were on a road trip through Florida on our way to the beaches. Throughout the trip my mother has been noticing that the alignment on our vehicle is off, so we look for a dealership that can fix it since we value our safety over making good time. We stop at DeLuca, and my mother has been going through alot at this point and time so she was incredibly stressed and frustrated.We were helped by the service manager, named Austin. He was very, very helpful and responded to my mothers mood in the best way possible, and kept trying to help her out the most he could; even though at the time she was being cross. He was very humble and kind to her throughout the entire process of having the vehicle fixed at this dealership. I appreciated this good attitude from him very much as everything that was going on with us was really piling on her and he was working around it in the best manner and helped things to run along as smoothly as he could make them.It took a while for our fix to be done, and we were going to rent a car to drive around the area there. We wouldve wasted alot of money on it, but the lady at the rental desk - Layla - pointed out to us that they had a free valet service and she said we could do that instead and save some money. I also appreciated this, as we almost paid for the rental vehicle; she really saved the day on that one. Layla was incredibly helpful and conducted the process in a professional manner, as did Austin and the rest of the crew members. Our valet driver, named Eric, was a great driver and was very pleasant to talk to; he was overall pleasant to be around. Even recommended an amazing local restaurant to us, and when we called him to tell him that we were ready to go back to the dealership he got there right when he said he would. Our fix for our car was finished up as fast as the mechanics could manage, thanks to the team there at DeLuca.This dealership really was an overall great experience. The people there at this dealership were very helpful, kind, and humble. In my experience, most people are not like that, it was a nice refresher to come across people such as they were. My Mom left the dealership with a smile on her face and was in a much better mood, which I was happy to see. If you are in this area and are choosing a Toyota dealership to go to, please go to this one. You will be very happy with the help you will receive from these people. Service was excellent. A rep met me at the drive thru, then directed me to the service rep. During my routine maintenance visit the service rep informed me that a nail had been found in my tire and, for a reasonable fee, they fixed it. Glad to get everything taken care of before I hit the road this summer.

My mother bought a car here 3 months ago that was certified pre-owned and it has been a headache since then. The car is a 2020 Yarris and it is already falling apart. The steering wheel locks up, the whole display monitor turns off by itself. Beyond that the dealership was trying to give only one key and refusing to provide the second key. Had to go back and forth with the dealership about this, several visits. Overall the experience here was terrible in terms of customer service, car reliability, and response to everything. Avoid and go somewhere else
I LOVE going to DeLuca, even if for routine truck maintenance. Ashley is always so nice, and service was prompt and efficient. I appreciate the drink station, would help to have a few complimentary snacks while waiting for service. And I miss the magazines but they were likely removed due to CoVid. The complimentary car wash was a great bonus. Love DeLuca!

My paint was peeling and under a recall warranty. I had no problem getting it set up with service and loaner car. Jen, in the collision dept was extremely helpful and very informative. When I had slight issues upon picking my car up, they were addressed immediately and without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the collision dept and the professional way all was handled. I have purchased 2 vehicles through this dealership and had all maintenance performed there. Unfortunately their communications efficiency, especially electronically, have become extremely poor and in some cases non-existent. Recently a service special on new tires was offered through May 3. Before that expiration date on inquired both by internet chat and by phone to the dealership. The chat response was that service personnel would respond with further details. The phone call with a sales rep resulted in the same feedback. Time went on and May 3 passed. I again inquired electronically and finally received a phone call from a service rep days later. I was informed that since the deadline had passed and that this was a special sponsored by Toyota corporate they could not honor the deal and nothing could be done about it. What has been a good relationship with the dealership is now spoiled especially in light of the fact that I had also been negotiating for a new vehicle. In my opinion this makes poor business sense and I doubt any consideration was given to exploring any possible remedies with higher management at the dealership or with Toyota corporate.
