Be careful dealing with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing. They are very hard to deal with, and hard to get a hold of anyone. They will cheat you if they can.

Low downpayment and good customer service, met by appt over the weekend hrs. Shed to arrive on Tuesday. Update everything as promised, great delivery time, set up, and customer service.

I ordered a 8x8 garage door on March 3 . Was told I would receive it in 15 days. March 22 I got a call saying it will be this week . I scheduled a day off work. I told them to let me know because I was losing a days wage of $200.00 that I make. He assured me it would so, I wanted to there if there was any questions. The day of installment, I received a call from the installer telling it wont be today that a part for another job didnt come in. So my job wasnt getting done. I told him that was unacceptable. He became very rude and said I dont care if I cancelled the order or not Now its March 30, the installer tells my wife hes not installing the door. Leaves the door in my yard and has her sign a piece of paper that he wrote he didnt install door. They are now adding frivolous charges to Bill to make the difference in installment fee cost. Its now the middle of May and they still dragging their feet on my refund. I highly dont recommend them to anyone.

The tour of the facility the next day, where all the components are made, not shipped in from somewhere out of state and without a middle man.The explanation of all the materials and options were shown in detail.Javier was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional.The installation was days before it was scheduled. Don’t expect a shed or materials anytime soon. They keep dragging you along with meaningless text messages and FB messages.Been over a week now and still have not gotten a answer for a price on material.Oh well, the search continues.

To describe my entire experience would take a lot of space but to sum it up..I have been shopping for a large carport for months, I live in Tampa bay I went to 7 carport dealers in many countys to get prices on a project Im working on.because it is a special project I didnt need erection just material,so they all said pay me and pick up carport in Ocala...so I thought we not just go right to the source...I called Javier at carport solutions and gave me a very fair price...straight forward great guy I would recommend him to anyone...he actually fabricates them himself, as a working class man he knows the struggles of budgeting himself....sat an spoke with him and it really made appreciate doing business with him even more...please give him a shot at your business...you wont regret it....I feel very blessed to have him...god speed Javier...and once again thank you sir

I purchased a shed-port from Carport Sloutions through Southern Shed in Bushnell. All went well until it rained. The shed and carport both leak from the roof. I have called and called and called. Usually the voicemail box is full but occasionally Havair will answer and promise a call back with a time when the crew will be in my area. They havent shown up yet. The shed was installed Nov. 30.
