I highly recommend the team at Tee Pee Tire! Their customer service is old school and they truly are there for you from the phone service to the actual work performed. After frantically calling 5 other places the day before a four hour road trip only to be told they did not have a used tire in my size to hold me over until I returned to town I reached out to these guys and gals. They had my size and I was able to come the next day just before we left to get it out on. Greeted as soon as I walked through the door and even with everyone of their bays packed to the max, our wait time was almost nothing and the technician was exceptional! He not only mounted our tire and ensured we were safe to travel on it but checked all other tires and added air where needed. From this momma of three, thank you! Our sales rep had a sudden noise in her van. Took it to a mechanic they told her something in the exhaust had broke loose. Sent her to TeePee Tire to see if someone there could weld it for her. I called this company to see if they had a tire in my size. They confirmed they did. When I was on my way I called to explain that GPS said I would be there at 4:56 pm which was only minutes before they closed for the weekend. I asked if that was okay or too late and I was told that as long as I am there before 5, they would absolutely take care of me. I pulled up, after a 30 minute drive, at 4:55 and they had already locked everything up. I seen a gentleman outside and asked if they were closed and he said if the door is locked they are closed. I told him what the person on the phone said about being there before 5 and he just kind of shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t know what to say. I left there and went down to Mr. Tire of Ocala and was treated very nicely. Thank God for Mr. Tire!

Was stranded on the road on my way back to Wis., had a tire fall off of a boat trailer. Bought a used tire and borrowed some tools to replace the studs. Gave a deposit for the tools but didnt get back before they closed. Left the tools and called the next day and asked if they could mail the deposit back. Stand up company! Would do business with them anytime.

I called to price two tires. I gave the lady that answered the phone the required information. A man picked up the phone and gave me information that I didn’t even ask for so I corrected him on what I was looking for. He quoted a price and asked me if I had any questions. When I started to ask a question he hung up on me. I will be looking elsewhere for tires.

We rolled in late on a Friday with a busted tire on my horse trailer. Doug was attentive, courteous, gave me his honest opinion of the rest of my tires and I feel a fair price to do 3 new tires, and a used tire/rim for my spare. He also was sweet enough to let us unload our 2 horses and walk them as they were already done with the trauma of the tire busting under them (I had to limp from quite a ways and THANK GOODNESS some kind Samaritans recommended him.) I am from New Orleans and would literally PLAN on coming back here on another trip as the service was so excellent. Especially considering I walked in with my nerves shot!

Ben told me it was $25 for a racking fee and after everything I was told it was $40. When I asked why I was just told $40 is my total. This truly disappointed me because they had gave me great customer service until it was time to pay. I would not recommend due to the dishonesty.

Good place to go to if you need work done on your car or truck. Prices for tires are reasonable and they will rotate your tires. Price for oil change very reasonable. Just make sure you cut out the coupon from the citizen paper. They always show you what they did to your vehicle.

The best in Ocala! Tires always last a long time. Like 7 months and thats a miracle compared to how we roll em all day.

In the process of getting my tires changed out this place really tried to sell a few people stuff they dont need. While I was here 3 other people were also getting their tires changed and during the process magically they all needed brakes really bad they were told less than 10% left and that they needed new pads and rotors.Their price for the new tires though wasnt bad and their service is quick. Just be mindful of the up sell. They attempted to sell me 4 new when I really only needed two. Also attempted to sell me a four wheel alignment when Saturns do not have an adjustable rear end alignment.

Doug and Ben are customer friendly and very knowledgeable. They are up front with their recommendations, service and affordable pricing. I was referred there back in February by the Sales Manager at VW of Ocala after purchasing a late model used car. The two men suggested a specific Goodyear tire, I bought them and they have performed extremely well. I went back last week for my first return visit for inspection and rotation. Another great experience. The men in the shop did an exceptional job very quickly. In and out in a half hour. I appreciate what they do and recommend them to those that ask about tires and service.

Been going to budget for 10+ years and had noticed a change in the overall service about 5 or so years ago(change in ownership ?? ) anyway I went in to have a tail pipe with Crome tip welded back on. (Was aft of the muffler) The guy in the office(he wears shorts) said he would not do this because there is nothing to weld to and pointed at a rust hole on the opposite pipe that was still on. Was no rust on or around the pipe to be put back on. He hit the muffler and it rattled from loose parts inside and said I would have to get a entire muffler and pipe all the way back. Well at that point it was obvious that he was just pushing a sale. And not trying to help a customer. I went down the road to a competitor and had this done with no problem And it was $ 40 cheaper. I also told that shop they had my business from now on and that includes when I replace this older but not dead yet muffler system ( will be $350+ for them). So in ending... Beware of the budget tire /tee pee muffler. Thanks

This is the worst place to buy a tire. I bought a used tire from a horrible business owner. I only had the tire a week and it came off the rum and had a huge tear. Then, when I finally got to him, he still made me pay for half because it was a used tire. He didnt care at all. He hung the phone up on me 2x. I only have a 1 star because it was the only way I could leave a review. I have bought many tires and have never experienced this much bad business in my life...

Okay so here is my experience with this company called in april for 4 tires size 245/70/17 when i called they gave me a price of 600 dollars for install of those tires then the man tells me i have a set of 265/70/17 at a great price only 400 installed so i asked what the difference was would it effect driving gas mileage or performance of truck was told by same employee absolutely not i would see no difference that was the first lie it did i lost 40 miles to a tank of gas but my biggest complaint is in august the sidewall blew out of one of those great deal tires they would do nothing said would cost 175 dollars for new tire and would not match so i bought a used one from them for 40 bucks till pay day then a week later another tire blew out sitting in my yard again they would do nothing so i went to another tire shop bought 4 tires 245/70/17 installed for 375 $ when the old 2 tire were removed one was split the other one was actually stamped on the inner wall of tire blemish and was not even round it was oval this place in my experience are dishonest and talked me into tires they needed to get rid of due to blemishes and defects that is completely dishonest to me so buyer beware i wish i could have left zero stars horrible experience

Bad Service I come in with a low oil pressure problem ask him to check it he say ok $45 I come back he tells me It can be 2 things oil pressure sensor or oil pump I put sensor in myself Because he wanted a $160 Come back because still doing the same problem I say lets try oil pump He charge me $750 Still having the same problem He did not drop my oil Pan All the way down And clean the oil Pan change the pick up gasket I go back to let him know I am still having same Problem He say lets put a havea oil or maybe the pressure sensor you put in is back lets replace I call advance auto had to bring another one he never replaced it said it wasnt needed Gave him a call let him know that I was not OK with his services He replies I am not a machine shop then why take the job the 1st time Lets not forget After he change the oil pump he put Heavy oil in oil pressing light still ringing I fill they could had did a better job $835 and still have the same Problem. Ok so why tell me you are not a Machine shop. If you are not a machine shop why take the job Also charge me full price for something you did not fix .

We were RV traveling and had both car and trailer problems. They took us in immediately and diagnosed the car as not a real problem, loose heat shield and and tightened the bearing on the trailer and replaced worn tires. Friendly and timely. They referred us to another trailer shop that fixed our wiring issue.

This place was crap. Im from out of town here with a rental car and had a nail in the tire and tpms light on. can not be repaired and can not have any other size tire than what was on the car or the rental company can charge me and they put the wrong size on after telling me they had the right one. They thought I wouldnt notice but of course the tpms light stayed on so I checked the tire then had them put my old tire with the nail back on and drove to dougs tire services and they fixed my problem in under 10 minutes.

I cant say enough about how great this place is. My sister and I got a flat down the road from them. I called and not only did Debbie drive out and check on us, Doug actually helped take the flat off, drove that and my flat spare back to the shop and brought us back a tire that HE put on AND fixed my spare for future emergencies! The prices are so worth it, even if he hadnt put the tire on! We would still be on the side of the road in the pouring rain if it wasnt for these guys. (Did I mention Doug did all of this in the rain? And also returned the tools we borrowed from Average Automotive so we didnt have to!) Thank you guys SO much!
