Called Friday and was told mechanic would be at location Sunday. Got pushed off until next day due to a job carrying over from the prior day. Monday afternoon told they were doing a timing belt from that morning still and they would message a bit later. That evening told they were finishing in a few and would have to plan for Tuesday. Scheduled for 1pm Tuesday. 3pm rolls around and they are still finishing up a job. Ended up having to call someone else since I can afford to keep getting delayed to an unknown time.Only saving grace is they were polite during the exchanges.

Excellent service and price!! I called with a problem. Problem was diagnosed correctly and fixed the very next day after parts came in. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a mechanic. He is now my go to guy for my car problems. Extremely satisfied customer!!!!

I had an appointment 2 days in advance. Talked to a person named Al (who said he was the owner) ..... Al is the person some people are giving five stars rating to. Al assured me hed be at my house no later than 2:30 on Tuesday October 13th 2020... Al never showed & never gave me a phone call or the morning of said appointment to confirm that he would be here. We spoke the day before which is when he assured me hed be at my house timely on Tuesday....Ive missed two days of work waiting on Al and then come to find out I can get the same work done for less than half of the price he wanted to charge... Al wanted $200, if I buy the part, which was a simple starter; maybe a 20-minute job at the most and I can get that done for $80 anywhere else. In fact my neighbors been ill or he said hed come over and do it for 30 bucks....Very disappointing after all the hoops I jumped through to get this day off and waited and waited with no cit phone calls.....I say try someone else before you call Al...

Al was fantastic. I called him on a Friday late and he said he would be to my house by 1pm. Early Saturday he texted me that he was going to be a little late. He showed up at the house during the time frame he gave me. Did a quick good job and was gone. I would recommend Auto Master Mobile to anyone stuck at home with a broken vehicle. Al is the best.

I had to fix it myself. Call him he was supposed to be here Wednesday around 3 at 3:30 I texted him he told he was working on another car. Never got back to me I ended up buying the parts and doing it myself. I cant seem to find a good mechanic in Florida

What can I say this gentleman is absolutely fantastic.He was on time and he knows his stuff.He fast and efficient.He was even able to do some extra repairs that i didnt even schedule for.Happy my car is running better then ever before and is still perfect today.So if you want fast and honest work on your car done.lool no further

Excellent service! So, was having issues with my car starting on and off went to my doctors apt came out and again not starting this was the 3rd time in 2 days i walked back into the doctors office frustrted the secretary told me she uses a mobile guy who is top notch so, she gave me thier number and this guy drives out in a white van and fixes my car in all of 5 min he said it was a bad ground wire and have not had an issue since. what can i say other than this mobile service is top notch they saved my day.

Amazing! Al saved our weekend and trip to Florida! We were at a show at Silver Springs State Park over Presidents weekend. Our brake pads were not sounding very good and it was doubtful we would make it to Tampa that evening. It was Sunday, a holiday weekend- not a good time to need help. Al from Auto Master Mobile came to our rescue. He stopped and got the parts to fix our van. He ended up having to get more parts but knew it was better to do a complete fix rather than a partial fix. He fixed our brake pad/rotor problem in the parking lot. We were able to drive to Tampa and then eventually back to New York State with no problems. Thank you Al. We highly recommend this service. Al is an amazing mechanic and honest. The price was very fair. We dont want to have car problems but we will keep Als number in our phone as we do return to the Ocala area annually. Thank you Al.

Hes does excellent work. He really knows what hes doing. Changed my gas pumps in my Chrysler & my car would start but not stay running. Didnt take him long to found out way at all. He found a short in the harness. (Some automatic shutoff) He has a lot of schooling behind him. He retained his knowledge for sure. The only person I will ever call.

We were stuck at the pilot gas station for 2 days trying to get our car repaired had 2 companys come out and not one of them could get us going we kept Googling and found automaster mobile the guy pretty much told us over the phone what our problem was said he was on a job and wouldnt be able to make it til 530 or so around 540 was very nice and brought out tools that none of the other guys we called even had. he explained that we had a bad connection to a sensor said it was common and had a spare one in his tool box by 640 our vehichle was running. 5 stars from me and my wife. hopefully we never need them again but trust that i will always use automaster mobile before anyone else.

Greatest mechanic I have ever met. He changed my flat tire pretty much in the dark (!) and put a spare on in a pinch. I hope I dont need rescuing by a mobile mechanic any time soon, but if I do I will call Auto Master immediately. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Came out to Beverly Hills FL and was straight up and honest. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ill definitely be calling Al again forget these shop that wanted to rip a woman from NY off!!! Al is the way to go!!!! And he came on a Sunday!!!

Honest and knowledgeable mechanic. This was our first time calling Auto Master Mobile. Al came to our house and did some trouble shooting on our RV. Our A/C was not blowing cold air. We had taken our RV to Ocala Audio to have the radio/backup camera replaced and they for some reason removed a fuse and then did not replace it. Al found the problem and fixed it. He also noticed that our brake lights were not working so he fixed that as well. Al also came to Ocala Audio when I went back to complain about the fuse issue. He went over and above his call of duty. The price he charged was very fair and we will be calling him back when ever we have an auto repair issue with any of our vehicles. I would recommend Al to all of our friends and family in the future. Thank you Al for all you do, you are appreciated.

Ppl are rating 5 stars for how good the work Im rating 1 well 0 if I could, for very poor communication, had appointment week in advance, specified date and time, lets put it this way he never showed up, after 3 days and missing work waiting for my car to be fixed he never came a lot of personal and professional excuses, look if you cant do a job or dont have time dont schedule an appointment or lead people on that youre coming to fix a vehicle if you have no intentions to cousin that whole time I could have called a different mechanic and I could have had my car fixed by now instead of wasting my time and making me miss work I lost money and still dont have a car fixed thats why I wish I could give him 0 Stars so they might be good at what they do when they can make it to your house but I suggest if you dont need your vehicle on the streets right away and you can have it fixed when its a good time for them meaning one week or 6 months down the road then he might be worth calling, but if you need a vehicle on the road right away dont bother calling them cause they may or may not show up when scheduled to.

Im from out of state and had some engine problem. I called to find out their location and the guy that answered was kinda rude. So why would I spend my money on company that talks rude to their customers.Not impressed.

I found him by accident and SO glad I did. He did a great job (its been a few months now) on my 1999 Chevy truck! He went over and beyond, not just his call of duty, but as a person. My truck is still running like a brand new one, plus he was very fair on his prices. I definitely recommend this guy!! He knows what hes doing!!

Cant say enough good things about Al! Hes been doing my fleet work for my plumbing trucks and vans for almost a year. He always gets them on the road and always tells me exactly what Im looking at with repairs. Hes even worked throughout the night to have all my vehicles to work the next day. Trust that he is worth every penny.

Had another so called mobile mechanic attempt to change the spark plugs on my f250 broke 5 off them off into the engine left and never came back! Called automaster mobile and off the bat seemed to be more knowledgeable and confident than anyone else I called... he came out extracted all the broken ones, took care of the check engine light, and new coils. Wonderful experience and grade A work. His reputation is spot on.

They mechanic who they sent out was named Al he was really on point with figuring out my issue and organized. I felt comfortable being able to watch my car be fixed.

Amazing job on my 2006 expedition 5.4!! Replaced my heads and all new timing parts very impressed with his knowledge and workmanship. A true master of his trade and craft.

On a 1200 mile drive, check engine light came on at 9 p.m. he did the Diagnostics on my car right away and got me back on the road quickly. Rates are fair for his time and work. An angel off the interstate!

We ran into trouble while traveling to Orlando to start a vacation. Al picked up my call during his Thanksgiving meal, walked me through a diagnosis, guided me to the ONLY auto parts store open on a holiday (Auto Zone in Belleview) and within a few hours, we were back on the road!I wish we had a mechanic like him back home. Best Mechanic Service Ever! I was stuck and needed some help. I called several different companies but because it was the weekend I could not get a hold of anyone. When I called Auto Master Mobile they answered my call the first time I called. My timing felt broke on my 1999 Toyota Camry while going through ocala to see family in south florida had my car towed to a shop it was said that I needed a new head. I didnt feel comfortable with their diagnosis or the $5200 I was going to be charged so, I decided to ask a second opinion and happend to see his van drive down the road and called to ask what he thought about my situation. I was very impressed with his knowledge on my vehicle so I decided to go with Al. He told me my head was fine all I need was a water pump timing belt assembly and in less than 4 hours he was done and it ran perfect. I see why he is so highly rated and he is my hero. Thank you Al. 2 shops told us we needed a head gasket!! 😔 a guy at our local autopart store gave me his card, had him come out to our home, took his time looking over things and doing a bunch of diagnostic tests and turns out it was an intake leak the whole time. Saved us alot of money.

He saw my hood up stopped and asked if I needed help he saw my belt was shredded to bits. He drove me to the parts store put the pully and belt that broke. I told him I didnt have much money he said just help someone else one-day if you can and left. Got the name off the side of his van and I cant thank him enough. Thank you auto master mobile.

I had a program with my truck not reading my key with a chip. I only had 1. He came over and put a new ignition in and programmed 2 new keys. I would call again.
