BEST SERVICE FOR TIRES AT WALMART I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! In and out in 30 minutes and did exactly what they were directed to do. Barbie worked to get me the best price! Thanks guys!

This place is a joke. Its not that they were rude, its that they dont have the right tools. Bought some tires off the website so I make an appointment I get there at 8:00 a.m. they have me wait which is fine, but then when my truck gets in there about 45 minutes later they tell me that my back right tire lug nuts have seized up. I told them that my tire was just takin off 2 weeks before cuz my inner tube was messed up and needed fixed they said they could not get it off. I called who fixed my tire two weeks prior and they had me come over to their shop and took them all off and put them on but not as tight then I drove back to Walmart like they told me to do. They tried again and say that theyre too tight again. So either A -theyre too lazy to do the work or B- their equipment is very faulty. They were using a hose gun and where I went using an electric one. Spent over 3 hours of my life here for no reason.

I arrived to Wal-Mart expecting a quick in and out oil change. They said it would be a hour which I can understand. But now I am going on to over two hours for a oil change in a four cylinder Toyota that I purchased the oil for so they didnt have to hurt there brain looking up the oil filter. And to top it off the management had to move the car cause the mechanic cant drive a manual. I paid more money to get my oil change elsewhere. The old saying its not always good to be cheap. Take your vehicle to a reputable dealer!!!!!

Walmart, as we call it at home, MANS BEST FRIEND, look for a Walmart store and you will find it very close to you, with an excellent and varied distribution of everything you may need. With products of very good quality and well presented for daily consumption. With the best of the locations always this, this store, which is part of my purchases and that of my family daily.

Even though I didnt see what I was looking for the associate apologized and recommended another location for my to try.

I came in for an OIL CHANGE and Headlight restoration.I arrived at 10 am and I am now leaving at 3:45.The tech went to lunch for an hour and apparently was the only person who knew how to do headlights. No apologies for me being the first to arrive and the last to leave. Literally closing the bays with my car in it almost forgetting to work on it. This place is a joke. Will be calling the manager tomorrow because I am positive that this isn’t how business is intended to be ran. Overall Trash experience wouldn’t let them touch my vehicle again.

Needless to say we had a horrible experience. We were miles from home in Gainesville, Georgia where my niece attends college. We had a Walmart tire go bad from possible dry rot and driving over a sharp object. This happened near Ocala so we pulled off the interstate and drove straight to Walmart expecting service to be routine and be on out way to our hotel reservation in Lake Park, Georgia. Nothing could be further from the truth. We arrived at approximately 2:00 pm on a hot, humid Sunday afternoon. I drove up to the TIRE CENTER bay. We were never addressed by any Walmart employees. I sat and waited in the boiling sun. My niece went inside where there was a long line of people. Finally a employee passed by my car and gruffly told me to park anywhere. I am a recent cancer patient so parking where I have a trek to the store is difficult for me. I made it inside where I was overcome from heat and nausea. I collected myself in the waiting room where our spot in line came up. One lone person manned the auto service desk and he appeared new in training or from a different department entirely. He was unable to find my records showing my 4 tires purchased via Walmart plus road hazard coverage on all. I realized later he was accessing records of where I lived 10 years ago but with the same phone number! Next we were told the wait time to have a tire prorated and mounted was 4 hours. We were trying to avoid the wait and night blindness when the sun went down. We purchased a tire and called AAA to come change it out. AAA showed up right away and told us Walmart could mount the tire in under 15 minutes as AAA did not carry the equipment. AAA left and we took the tire back inside and explained we were stranded. We were told our tire could only be mounted the NEXT day. We unloaded our luggage and took out the donut spare and our jack. My poor niece was down on the hot asphalt on her belly trying to remember what her grandfather taught her about changing a tire. I was zero help sitting in near tears on the curb where I got badly sun burned. Just as my niece got the spare mounted a very kind Walmart employee readied to go home. He was the first and only Walmart employee that even acknowledged us. We had to cancel our hotel reservation and grab an over priced hotel nearby to spend the night. Today we sit at another Walmart in Gainesville, Florida with a different experience altogether. I am thankful for that one employee who offered a second set of eyes to assure us the spare was correctly mounted. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being kind, caring, and considerateI can NOT recommend the Ocala Walmart. Save yourself from a bad experience. They do NOT have enough employees hired to cover the obvious need for services.

I went in to get 4 tires put on my vehicle and they did a great job, in an impressive amount of time, for a very reasonable price. I would specifically would like to shout out Shirley who provided exceptional customer service. She was very helpful and kind.

On hold forever, kinda rude, had 2 to 3 hour wait to get a flat tire changed so I went elsewhere.

Do not go here. My truck had to be towed after having an oil change here. Highly p.o about the situation. Now I have an oil leak that I never had before. This place is a joke

Great price for tires. Department was very under staffed. People were mad at the poor girl behind the counter. She did a great job under less then poor staffing conditions. She requested help and none was ever sent. She had to wait over a hour before help arrived. She should get a raise if she has to run the entire service counter by herself.

Very good like always and everyone very helpful. Fixed my tire issues at a cheap low price.

Never answer phone to set a appointment up for new tires

What a disaster. Upon arrival found 5 customers ahead of me. Employees walking in and out moving vehicles inside. Lone was down to 2 in front of me 42mims later. A car pulls in behind me and driver exits vehicle. Again store employees in and out of bays. Vehicle behind me returns and drives up to bay gets out of car and goes in. Exit my vehicle, go inside and wait for cashier. Cashier helps some customers and walks away. Another employee walks by and I ask about service and that I have been waiting for more than an hour most of it in line outside. There is no line outside you just come in. Even though this employee and another saw me in line outside yet said nothing. Took another 2hours to get a tire. I am not one to go off on employees, I prefer to tell as many folks that I can of the completely outrageous customer service that you can expect from this store. Shame on the Market Manager who lets them get away with such performance..........

Cheap oil change but took several hours

Im assuming some Walmarts operate differently? & thats fine, BUT there should be a SIGN outside that says For service see cashier!!! No instead the mechanics rather stare at you from behind that yellow chain!. Other Walmarts I been to will have someone with a clipboard come to the car & ask what you need but a SIGN wouldve sufficed. Second, my car was finally in for service hood was up! & granted my oil screw was worn out but after me walking around Walmart for 25 mins I come back hood still up waited an extra 15 minutes for them to tell me they dont have the hvac tool to get it off, it took them 40 minutes to realize that? Cashiers inside were very nice though.

I was impressed with Walmarts Auto Center. I took my car in to get new tires and left it while they did what they needed to and there was a lot of people in front of me. They got my car done quickly and were very nice. I love my new tires.

Had my 2015 Honda Accord oil changed here. The customer service was excellet and i would recommend Mr.Rick for your oil change. He was great and wonderful.

They need additional help. The wait times are horrible. Management needs to get their manpower shortage fixed or they will continue to lose business.

Depending on the time you go and the staff working, is a hit or miss. Obviously, make an appointment, avoid rush hours during the week and if weekends then try and go as doom as they open.

Decent service, was told that they would vacuum my car with the purchase of an oil change, but that didnt happen.

Very poor management! No one there knows what they are doing. Today, I got an oil change and I wanted to switch my air filters. That being said, i waited in line for a very long time. No problem. Its walmart 😂 finally, it was my turn and i told the cashier i wanted an oil change and air filter. I told her Im not sure what oil I usually get but it should be in the system. Whatever, oil the guys say is best thats fine with me. Anyway, I said everything all set? No problem its gonna be over an hr. Soo.. 10 min later as Im shopping the cashier pages me over there beacuse she wanted to make sure I knew I couldnt use regular oil. Well yeah, thats what we talked about. 😂 anyway, i told her to call me if she had any issues. I asked if everything was all set. Yeah, then 10 min later while Im on the other side of the store she pages me again to come to come back. At that point im so annoyed. Again, she has my phone number !!! 😂😂😂

Be prepared to wait a while but you are at Walmart so shopping for everything you need is right there

I never really had problems with them. Theyre okay. They need to have one more person working the register instead of one . Come on, thats ridiculous. I waited in line for 25 min. Its ridiculous. They have three registers USE THEM.

I would not recommend anyone to this tire and lube. My battery died in a shopping center with an Advanced Auto Parts in it, they gave me a jump I then proceeded to walmart to save money. I was ignored and insulted and then ultimately refused service. Went back to Advanced Auto Parts.

Terrible help, went to get a fishing license and asked three associates for someone to help. Waited over 15 minutes and no one showed up!

Me and my boyfriend had gotten something in our tire and we checked the tire and could hear the air hissing out of it. Luckily, or so I thought, we were in the walmart parking lot and quickly pulled over to the tire center which appeared closed even though it was only 5:40 and they say they close at 6 on Sunday. We went in to ask if they could do a quick patch on the tire and the dude rudely told us the door would be locked in 5 minutes and they said they could not do it because their compressors were already drained and off, I told the guy (who was the supervisor) that the tire was going flat and that we had nothing else we could do but he still turned us away, while all the technicians were standing in the bay area talking amongst themselves, after this I get on the phone with a manager and the manager of the store says that it may take a little while for the compressors to come on but the dude would do everything he could to help us. The guy came out and noticed my boyfriend looking in the trunk and asked if we had a donut tire which we did but we had already driven on it once before and prolly pushed it more than recommended, and I told him this but he just said that itd be our best bet to use the donut, and we live an hour away from Ocala. The dude went back inside and locked the door while were stuck putting the tire on. Mind you its pouring down rain and by the time were done we are absolutely drenched and had to go buy towels from inside the walmart. This was such a disgusting and rude experience.

We waited over two hours to change one tire, guy came out looked at the tire and told me they didnt have any in the size, turns out he read the tire wrong and they did have it. They werent even busy.....threw off my whole day

As soon as we walked into the auto center, the lady rudely said we arent taking any more service customers today She said they had to finish what they had and close in 2 hours. No apology or anything.

The wall shows that the hours are 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. I went in at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday, was told they were closing for the evening. Too big to fail? Not this store.
